How do I force a turn off? Notice for need to backup, push ok and nothing happens. Window does not close.
Small window says "hasn't backed up in two weeks. Do you wnt to backup now. Ok button does not work and window will not close. Thus I can't open or shut down. Slides don't work.
Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.

I recently downloaded my digital copy of titanic and from the itunes extras screen I push play and nothing happens. The movie is not listed, only the itunes extra is listed in the list. How do I repair?
I have the same problem on the latest iTunes software and Windows 7. My window is maximzed and I do not see any tab for photos. Seems related to a recent update (IOS7?) as this was there - at least before the very big change to the interface.

I just updated my iPhone 6 to IOS 8.3. My safari will not let me search anything. If I type in a website URL, the Go button is greyed out. If I type in something to search on google, I press Go and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I reecntly spold my mac book air,to a friend, when he tries to use itunes match it says the computer is registersed to another user and cannot be done for another 40+ days. How do i get that to turn off. I have unregistered it under my account.
thanks sYou either have an incredibly complex computer setup or I think you are confusing terminology here. If you have iTunes set to share your library with others in your iTunes preferences then other computers in the area will see it as an item when they are running their iTunes and have it set to check for shared libraries. Your husband is probably seeing this when running iTunes on his computer. You can disable this sharing on your computer and/or he can set his not to pick up shared libraries.
By the way, an iTunes account is something you log into when you want to buy something from Apple. On your computer it is simply your iTunes collection or your iTunes application. So you need to turn off sharing in your iTunes application preferences.
Your husband is seeing "his" iTunes collection when running iTunes, but it is possible he doesn't have anything in it if it is a brand new computer. -

Press the <LEFT> button. The focusing modes will be displayed on the LCD.
Use the <LEFT> and <RIGHT> buttons or the dial to select a different focusing mode.
Press the <FUNC/SET> button.

Hi, I have downloaded itunes on windows 7,when I click the icon on my desktop nothing happens,does anyone know why itunes does not open?
If you only changed the name of your ID rather than creating a new ID, just go to Settins>iCloud and tap Delete Account then sign back in with the new name. (Deleting the account from your phone does not delete it from iCloud. Your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.)
If you created a new ID, you'll have to go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone. (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.) After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.
You won't lose any photos in your camera roll or photo library. If you have any photos in your photo stream that are over 30 days old that are not in your camera roll or saved on your computer, be sure to save these to the camera roll before deleting the account. To do so, open the photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you need to save to select them, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll. -

DURIM - Okay. I would expect the "Cache Warning" message because your default directories would not be the same as the ones in the settings file I generated.
If you go back to the "7.0" directory and open the "Logs" folder, can you copy the "Audition Log.txt" file and send it as an attachment to [email protected]? We'll take a look in that logfile and see if it gives us more information about why this is failing now.
Also, do you have any other Adobe applications installed on this machine, such as Premiere Pro? If so, do they launch as expected or fail as well?
I do have the trial Pro version of Adobe reader, but I have not activated it, because I fear the same thing will happen did it. I cannot afford to activate the subscription for that product and take the chance of it not working either. I depend on those two programs religiously. Here is the files that you requested. Help! iPod Touch 5th gen.
It worked fine earlier today, I was using it with no issues. I just picked it up to use it again and it's dead...nothing happens when I try to restart/shut off. But I suddenly experience that black screen going down with forced turn off notice.
I was so scared I will have a serious probelm again or not. Hence is there anyone when this sign shows?

How can I turn off imessage for just one of my contacts? Me and my husband just upgraded (both had iphone 4), I got the iphone 5s and he got he note 3. All my text to him automatically send as a imessage. Ive tried to delete his contact and then went back in and reentered it but that doesnt work.
Have your husband text the word "stop" to 48369. This should take his number out of the iMessage system.
Go into your settings under messaging and make sure the box to send as an SMS if iMessage is unavailable is checked.
Hopefully this will get your messages sending/receiving to each other. -
How do I turn off notifications for Software Updates?
In the 'Notifications' section of the 'System Preferences' app, there is no tab for managing the notifications of System Updates nor App Store.
Hey--- I like auto-checking for updates, and hey--- I like auto-downloading them in the background.
BUT I do not like being notified of updates in the middle of working! Especially when it's iTunes updates. Grrrr.
Any chance this is easy and I just missed it?
