How do I get a download zip file from firefox to my desktop

I download zip files from different web sites and they go to the download folder in firefox, but I can't access them to open,unzip, or work with them on my computer offline. How can I move them from the download folder in firefox to my computer desktop?

In order to open ZIP files, you have to download an app to enable the opening of the ZIP. Here's one you can use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.winzip.android
Next, when you install that, open it and go to your Download directory. It should either be in sdcard0, sdcard, or sdcard1, then go to Download.
Once you find it, touch and hold the file, then click '''Unzip here''' and it will extract the files in the ZIP folder.

Data cannot be retrived directly form the cluster table
as the Cluster results are stored in Cluster Key say for example PCLkey
and form that Key we need to fetch the data
these clustes are not the part of PNP or PNPCE tables

Thanks for the help. What I was trying to do is extract one from an existing application. But I guess it is easy enopugh to set one up from scratch. I wasnt sure of the start period of the app that i wanted duplicated, but opening it in the classic app client, and dropping down on the year dimension gives us the info.

I am having trouble downloading zip files from an e-mail to Firefox and want to know if Firefox is where I should be downloading the zip file.

I have never downloaded a file from an e-mail, so I am "dancing in the dark" on this. When I download the file from the e-mail, I cannot determine what support engine I should place it in. One choice given me was Microsoft Work Words but when I select it, I can go no further.

When I drag an image from one project to another it just moves to the other project - no special preference settings required.
If there are several versions of the same image, all versions go along with the image.
If the images are stacked, all versions and all of the stack move to the new project.
Only if images are synched with other services, iCloud, MobileMe then occasionally they appear again in their original albums. Are your images part of synched albums?

as you correctly pointed out its not XLS but a csv file that works fine.
I just tried my luck for XLS file, but as you said it does not work for XLS file as well. original file contained images which were lost
after the download and garbage characters got inserted in.

but for reading/writing I am using inputstream/outputstream but doing that through reader and writer.

I have never had trouble downloading songs from itunes and placing them on my ipod, previously the download would show up and then I could either drag the song over to a link to my ipod or follow some prompts to get it there. The tracks may not come in with the correct title, so you may need to look for the tracks as something like "untitled" and then edit the titles. Go to the Songs view and click the Date Added header to sort by that column. If the little triangle is pointing upwards, click the header again so that it sorts with the most recently added items first.
If you still don't see the tracks, make sure that the tracks are in a format iTunes can accept: AAC, MP3, WAV, AIFF, Apple Lossless and, if you're on a Windows system, WMA.

How do I get my bookmarks, passwords, history from Firefox 3.5 on another computer to Firefox 3.6 on this one?

Problem about bookmarks is solved messily. Problem with importing profile folder from my memory stick (E drive) isn 't. I ,your instructions. so it seems I am not in Firefox 3.6 but 3.5 Firefox and I use the Run in the start menu to locate the file. Then I check Firefox security and there is no additional passwords imported from that folder.

How can I remove Blingee Search Canvas files from Firefox (Files can be seen in about:config).

Can't download PDF files from Firefox or Safari

When I click on a PDF from a webpage it has always downloaded and opened with Preview. Recently (potentially correlated to when I had to download Adobe Acrobat) the PDFs won't open at all.

Back up all data.
Triple-click the line of text below to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):
/Library/Internet Plug-ins
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste (command-V) into the text box that opens, then press return.
From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
I've seen an unconfirmed report that the "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you might need to remove it as well, if applicable.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

Problem downloading ZIP file with Squid-3.0

Hi,
I have upgraded my Linux CentOS squid proxy servers to Squid version 3.0. Since then I can not download the following file it just hangs :
http://download.oracle.com/otn/java/sqldeveloper/sqldeveloper-1.5.5.59.69.zip
I dont see any error in the squid logs or on my firewall.
I can however download it on one of the older servers still running Squid version 2.6.
It is just very strange as I can download ZIP files from any other website with the upgraded servers.
Any ideas on what might cause this ?

If you have already interested, I found the solution. The problem is that oracle website (and probably others) uses “Vary” field in the header and squid doesn’t support this (by default). You have to download squid sources on http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/ and compile these with “--enable-http-violations” parameter :
*./configure ‘--enable-http-violations’ ‘…’ ‘…’*
make all
make install
