How do I get a menu or header to span accross full screen?

I want my menu and header colour to fill full screen so that when the site is viewed on a large/smaller screen it spans accross the screen. I have a browser fill image which does this, but my header and menu are not expanding full screen. I have pulled the menu bar colour and the header area to the edge of the browser/page and it still stays a fixed size.
Please let me know what I'm doing wrong? or how I do this.

Menu Widgets can't span 100% of the browser width - the edge snapping thing does not work for the Menu widget (among others).
However, you can place a rectangle behind the menu that can span across the browser width, and its fill image can also fill the browser width. You can use that rectangle and its fill as the header background and keep the menu background and stroke to none so that its bounds are not seen. That way you will be able to fake a browser wide menu with items centered on the page.

Quit Safari while holding down the option key. Relaunch. Your home page, or an empty window, should open, depending on your preferences.

How do I get rid of the Clash of the Clans Full screen pop up ad?

Almost as soon as I got my new phone a few weeks a full screen pop-up ad for Clash of the Clans started showing up periodically whenever I go to use my phone right after I log in and the lock screen is disabled. I've tried stopping auto updates reseting the phone removing the games I had downloaded and it still keeps coming up. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this?

You may try an app like AirPush in the Play Store. Those types of apps tell you what is pushing ads to your device. Doesn't have to be that particular game, could be a leftover file from something else. Anti-virus apps also let you know what apps are pushing ads in their privacy tests. i know Avast Free will tell you this.

On my new 4S, how do I get my contact pic to display on the full screen when that contact calls? Now it displays as a thumbnail on the banner

Right now when someone calls that I have a contact pic set for, it shows as a thumbnail on the right side of the banner (right corner of screen). I want it to come up on the whole screen like I see other iphones do. I was told at first that this happens when I use a pic not taken with my phone, such as an uploaded pic from my pc. This is not the case, the only 2 that I have tried to do were pics taken with the iphone. Can someone help me to get this corrected? I have spent over 2 hours with verizon, they cannot figure it out and I also have a senior technical advisor at Apple trying to figure it out, but I am curious if anyone has come across this with the new 4S and how they fixed it. The senior apple advisor thinks it has something to do with syncing my contacts through itunes or google.

Yes, this is exactly what is causing the problem. Macs cannot write to NTFS formatted drives, only read. You must move the documents to the internal HDD/SSD of the Mac to be able to edit them.
Or, since you say you don't want to move the documents to the internal storage, you'll need to format the external HDD as FAT32.

How do I get my menu bar at the top of the page with no gaps? Whenever I move it there is a huge gap at the top of the page which I cant seem to get rid of, i posted about this before but none of the suggestions seemed to work for me. i'm not very good with css so im not really sure where to find the problem. In order for scanner options for both models to show up, you must have both the MP Navigator for the LiDE 210 installed and the My Image Garden for the MG3220 installed. Please make sure you have both by going to your Start screen, then type in either MP Navigator or My Image Garden into the start screen. Once you start typing it will search your computer for those programs and will display an icon if installed.

How do I get rid of the contact bar on my FaceTime screen

How do I get rid of the contact bar off my FaceTime screen. I went to add a contact and the bar comes up. Now I can't figure out how to get it off my screen. I am tapping everywhere.

I just exit (completely) by tapping on the Home button. Of course, you can also add a contact from within Face Time by clicking on the plus sign.
Do you see any occasion where you need to view the entire screen other than during a call?

How do I get a menu or header to span accross full screen?
