How do I get a refund for movies I can't download?

I purchased two movies on iTunes and I can't download them on my computer or my iPad. I would like a refund. I purchased these movies so my kids could watch them while traveling on a plane, but couldn't download them so we didn't get to use them. These movies do not show up as purchases for which I can report a problem in iTunes. Will someone please help me request a refund for these?

The iTunes Store support people should be able to take care of the problem. You can contact them using Express Lane.

    Unless the movies are defective, you probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

    I was able to get a refund processed for storage I accidentally purchased by calling the above number ^^.
    It did take me three calls because the system is fully automated and it was difficult speaking an answer to any of the automated questions that would actually get me to a live person - the first time I was automatically hung up on for not replying; the second time I couldn't get past the automated system.  The third time I was finally transferred to a live person; and after being transferred to a second live person it took about 20 minutes to get the refund processed.  I'm hoping it goes through and will be watching my credit card statement closely for the next week.  Apple will call me back a week from today to ensure the refund was processed.

    Apple probably won't refund your money. But if you post details about your problem - the iPod touch forum will probably be the best place - perhaps someone can help you sort out the problem. Alternatively, if there's an Apple Store near you (if you are indeed in Cupertino, the Palo Alto store may be the closest), you can probably get help at the Genius Bar.
