The Apps that you bought and use on your Macbook are based on the OS X operating system. The Apps your iPhone can use are based on iOS as an operating system. They are not compatible. You will need to purchase iOS versions of the Apps you want for your iPhone from the iTunes Store.

The cloud is just a different form of back up and of syncing. Not everyone has unlimited downloads. And there is certainly nothing stone age or archaic about using the most rapid method possible. The wired USB connection from a computer to an iOS device is much faster than OTA syncing.
Only a fool would come here and suggest countermanding Apple's instructions that everyone needs to backup everything, even what is available or stored in the clouds. If someone relies solely on iCloud for their backup of iOS content and that content is removed by Apple, for whatever reason, then that content is lost, never to be recovered if the user does not have their own redundant, hard backup.
Case in point; many folks prefer VLC on the Mac (and maybe the PC for all I know) for video viewing. When VLC was made available in the iTunes App Store for iOS devices, the developers had an internal fight and Apple quickly removed the app. Only those of us who acquired it quickly while it was available have it. And only those of us with our own self-maintained content backup can recover it if an iOS device has an issue or mishap and is wiped of all content.

I have already dumped my phone twice to get itunes and the app store to work and it only lasts for a small time. I don't want to dump all my info again and then get everything back to what it should be just to have the stores go down again. Every time this happens some of my other apps don't work like they are suppose to work. When I try to ask for help from "professionals" I am treated like no one knows what I am talking about, but every other person I know that has an apple product is having the same issue. I've been reading through all the articles and trying as many solutions as people have offered with no results. Itunes Playlists are showing on my macbook and my Imac, but I cannot edit which playlists are showing on my Iphone 4S, I connected it by USB to see if I could edit the playlists selected there but there was no way to do that as it says Itunes Match is on, and it's only placing copies of purchased/recently added playlists onto my phone.
People had mentioned in earlier posts, adding and removing computers, authorizing and deauthorizing, editing the playlists titles, deleting songs from playlists, turning phone on and off, toggling on and off on Itunes Match, NOTHING IS WORKING! I'm a dance teacher and I need my playlists, this is making my life very very difficult and I'm incredibly frusterated that instead of Paying for a service that was supposed to help my music problems I have paid for a service that has simply created a brand new one. I even paid for an extra 10 GB of Icloud space to see if that changed anything and it didn't so now I'm up to 40$ in annual charges all for something that is so far absolutely useless to me. PLEASE HELP! There's not even a helpline on apple phone support for itunes, or itunes match it simply redirects me to the online forums. I"M DESPERATE for your help!!

Hold the home and power button down until your phone restarts. If that doesn't work, backup and restore using iTunes.

Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1

As you have 10.5.8 you need to upgrade to at least 10.6.6 to get the App Store as this was the 1st version it came with.
A workaround is to get a friend who has 10.6.6 or better to download Lion for you without installing it. You can create an App Store account on the friend's computer I think to do this. Copy the Lion installer from that computer to a USB stick or burn it to DVD and you should be able to install it on your own computer, I think. You might have to create an empty partition on your own computer first for Lion installation as I'm not sure that it will install over Leopard.

If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

I appreciate your effort and realize I did not provide a lot of background.
My issue began when I unintentionally managed to add an additional .com onto my new apple ID and the system then incorrectly verified this "none existent" address. Following days of effort and emails to Apple support I finally ended up getting set up with my new ID on iTunes.
The next problem was my App store login continued to have the "old" ID grayed into the signin and since I had changed it to a new ID, I could not login at the App Store.
I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with a total of 3 Apple reps without a resolution to me problem.
The last Apple rep, Chad wanted to be able to take a screen shot of what I was telling him, which made no sense to me but I was willing to do what ever was required to solve the problem. Unfortunately, Chad hung up or somehow disconnected before I received the email required for allowing a screenshot. After calling back and adding another 5+ minutes invested, I decided to attempt to change back to my old ID.
Once I had changed my ID back to the old one, I could download updates and purchases.
I realize my question was asking a lot but my hope was someone would have some idea as to how to correct the problem Apple Support could not. It seems to me Apple needs to make a correction on their end but it is now into week two of attempting to solve the problem and I am pretty much disenchanted with Apple Support due to the amount of time and effort already invested and lack of progress.
