How do I get my internet working?

Hey all. Here's my issue. As shown below, I have a house, and a guest house. The main house has internet that works just fine, however, it doesn't reach all the way to the guest house. We have the two airport utilities shown below, and are fine with creating a new network (preffered, actually). Let me know what we need to do.
NOTE: I have tried multiple times to plug random things into eachother, no dice xD

How do you propose to connect the Express and Extreme to each other - wired, or wirelessly?
Wired is always better, but if that is not an option then you must place the Express in a location that will receive the best possible signal from the Extreme, while still providing wireless service for the guest house. This requires experimentation since everyone's wireless environment is different. If you determine the best place for the Express is in the main house, placing it in line of sight of the guest house, preferably in a window, will offer the best opportunity for acceptable wireless coverage in the guest house.

You can have as many networks as you have routers, actually twice as many if you configure Guest Network, which will be wirelessly extended to the Express. The latter may be more appropriate for your needs.

You can connect to the Internet via the Ethernet port or wirelessly. To connect either way you need to have internet service from an Internet Service Provider, or via Wi-Fi. To connect wirelessly at home you need a wireless router like an Airport Extreme base station.

you may be connected to the wireless network but the question is the internet working properly on the wireless network...
what i mean is that i can make a wireless network without the internet so i can save and share files and have other devices connected to the same network access them... but you have to make sure that your internet it running properly... may have to reconfigure the router is your using PPPOE or if it was working prior to your post then try to restart your modem... that usually resolves most issues.

Thanks for the info, this really helps.
Power up the AirPort Extreme for a few minutes, then hold in the reset button on the back of the Extreme for 10 seconds and release. Allow a full minute for the Extreme to restart to a slow, blinking amber light.
It might be possible to use wireless to configure the Extreme, but I recommend using a wired connection. Temporarily, connect an Ethernet cable from your Mac to one of the LAN <-> ports on the Extreme.
Click the AirPort icon at the top of the Mac's screen and wait a few seconds for a listing of New AirPort Base Station to appear. Just below that, click on AirPort Extreme.
The illustration below shows an AirPort Express. You will see AirPort Extreme on your screen.
AirPort Setup will open up automatically and take a minute to analyze the network, then announce that the Extreme will be configured to extend the Time Capsule network.
Enter a device name that you want to use for the Extreme and click Next
Wait a minute while AirPort Setup configures things for you. When you see the message of Setup Complete, click Done.
You can disconnect the Ethernet cable that you used for the set up now. Things should be working. The Extreme is providing additional wireless coverage the the Ethernet ports are enabled. You can connect to any port that you want since they all operate the same in this type of setup.

You could try a PRAM reset. Hopefully it'll restore the sound as you need to release the keys after the second chime:
Reset PRAM
Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P and R.
You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.

Based on what you've posted, your computer does not have the right tuner. You need a QAM tuner to record locals from FiOS, or a CableCard tuner to record all local and cable channels from FiOS.

In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.

Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
