The wonderful people at MICROSOFT forum helped with this problem, I will post response here:
Enable the permission and check the issue status.
a. Right click on the folder and click Properties.
b. Click Security Tab, click Edit under Group or User Names and click Add.
c. Type “Everyone” and click check names.
d. Click Ok.
e. Click Full Control under Permissions for everyone.
f. Click Apply and click Ok.
g. Click Ok.
Templates are to be saved in the following location:
System folder (username:) \ App Data \ Roaming \ Adobe \ Adobe Illustrator CS5 Settings \ en_GB \ New Document Profiles
this is using CS5 on Windows 8

In addition to what Monika said, since the activation servers for CS2 were closed down, your unique serial number and your disks will fail. The only way is to download the non activation versions along with the generic serial number(s). And if you have the Premium, you will have to download Acrobat and GoLive separately as standalone versions.

Hi David,
Open the start menu, then select Control Panel in the right hand column. Open the Programs and Features section, type Apple in the search box at top right. You need to uninstall the components in the order suggested in the user tip.
Once all have been uninstalled reboot and use Windows Explorer to locate the named folders and delete them. Then reinstall.

There is a quick way to extract images displayed in an email - click and hold on the image in the email, then drag it out onto the Desktop. It should be copied to that location with no issue of permission intruding.

I changed a password to a frequesntly used site. Firefox has not asked me if I want to save this new password and I have to keep changing the saved one to the correct one. How do I get it to save the new password?

I have websites I use for my employer that require a password. The employer requires these be changed periodically. Always before, if I changed the password, about the second or third time I tried to log in and changed the saved password to the correct one, Firefox would ask if I wanted to save the new password. It is not doing this now. How can I get it to save a new password? It keeps putting in the old one.

I do music tutorials using Logic Pro 8.
I have just become a youtube partner.
I have approx 75 vids all very similar fashion to each other. The problem is only 20 of the video tutorials were accepted into the revenue sharing partner program. I have a feeling that youtube require me to provide some sort of documented permission from Apple that they are happy for me to be doing these tutorials showing the wonderful capabilities of Logic.
I am essentially promoting Apples product Logic, so I can only assume that they would be happy for me to do these videoss.

An iOS fluke or mail app glitch maybe. Not sure anyone will know why you get it. Do you're ever close the mail app? Try closing it and reset the iPad and see if the message goes away.
Assuming that you are running iOS 7, in order to close apps, you drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Mail app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Since seven this morning (now its 21.00) have I tried to purchase a product from adobe. There is a glitch in the link so that I'm send to the wrong prize. I've chatted numerous times with a lot of people. None of them have been able to sell me the right product. Everytime Theres a waiting period and the chat is cut of!

I can't answer this one but I imagine it would be a nightmare and expensive. The companies that do that probably aren't scaled for such a thing and are more likely used to dealing with big contracts. You might even have to do something such as provide evidence for how many times the music has been played -- something I suspect Facebook is not geared up for doing.
I guess if it's a small scale artist on their own private label you could ask the individual but it's a big time artist working with a record company then you'll have to deal with the record company or pay a company that works with them on licensing issues.

I have my cloud connected between my macbook, ipad and iphone. i have mountain lion on my macbook, my ipad was just purchased last week so should be up to date, and have downloaded and installed the most up to date software on my phone.

Photos do not take up space on your iCloud storage. Photo Stream is seperate from iCloud storage.
Does Photo Stream use my iCloud storage?
No. Photos uploaded to My Photo Stream or Shared Photo Streams do not count against your iCloud storage.
