How do I get the ipod touch to sync with the itune?

I have tried to sync my ipod touch with the itune, however when I plug into the computer, the itune doesn't detect the ipod touch eventhough the computer already detected the ipod touch. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the itune programme and restarting my ipod touch, however it seems like it is not really workin at all. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem. It will be really appreciated.

  • How can i get my ipod touch to sync with my mac & itunes?

I've already restarted and reset ALL of my settings in my ipod touch. I even erased all of my music, if that helps. I' ve updated my itunes to the latest version twice. I've restarted my mac numerous times. My ipod touch will not sync at all. It won't even show that it's charging when i have it plugged into my mac. I've also used 2 different USB connections (wires) & none of this has done the job. Help please.

You can try to tell the iPod to use yours:
    1. Tap Settings
    2. Navigate to "iTunes & App Store"
    3. Tap Apple ID:
    4. Tap "Sign Out"
    5. Sign in to your account.

How do I get my Ipad touch to play through the car radio?

You can buy something like this Belkin Cable here, which I use, and plug it into your car's Aux port if it has one. They can also be found in most electronics stores.
If your car doesn't have an Auxillary port, you can buy something like the Griffin iTrip, which allows you to set your iPod to transmit on a specific FM frequency, and you can just tune your car to that station. You can find that anywhere electronics are sold.

  • How do I get my IPod Touch to be recognized by ITunes

A few weeks ago I brought my Ipod Touch in to connect to ITunes to resynch (bring it up to date). It had been some time since I had done that even though the IPod was working just fine tethered to by 2012 VW Jetta by way of in-vehicle connection. When ITunes connected the IPOd basicaally stopped working and I have not been able to get it back on line. ITunes said it was an IPod in recovery mode when I first connected it so I let it go through the motions. Now when connected to my IMac the screen lights up and the Apple logo comes on for about 30 seconds, then the screen goes black again and the whole process starts again - Screen lights up, Apple logo comes on for 30 nseconds and then it goes black and starts again. The Itunes never again sees the IPod on the left hand side of the screen.
Any clues on what is going on and how to the solve the problems would be helpful. This is an IPod that would not upgrade beyond 5.? I know I purchase it several years ago, but the exact date escapes me.

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try another cable
    - Try on another computer
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

  • What do I do if I can't seem to get my ipod nano to sync with my itunes account ?

What can I do to get my ipod nano to link to my itunes to down load my music to my devise >

    1. Update iTunes to the newest version.
    2. Reboot your iPod for a trial.
    3. Restart your computer or mac.
    4. Try a different USB cable and USB port.
    5. If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job
    6. Try another syncing method: Wi-Fi sync (only for iPod touch).
    7. Reset & Restore your iOS Device.

  • How can I get my iPod touch to display all the artwork on my computer?

    Hi,
I have an iPod touch 4th gen 32 GB with iOS 6.1 on it.  I have trouble getting it to display all the album artwork that I have on my computer.  Not all of my music has it, but about 90% of it does.  Is there any way I can make it display everything that's on my computer?  I have iTunes 11 on it and it is a Windows 7 computer.  Thanks!

First, try a system reset.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod.  As before, say "yes."  Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective action is simple -  choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

You can uninstall the iTunes software and then reinstall it. Then copy and paste the old library you had to your computer at home. It should sync automatically and should be updated.

  • How do I get my iPod touch to work after the update?

I updated my iPod touch with the new software. I went through all the steps like my location and language and such and I chose to "Restore from iTunes backup". I tap next and connect to iTunes on my computer. It syncs my things and my iPod still says 'connect to iTunes'. I already did that! What do I do?
    Help!

    This sounds like your problem:

Our computer crashed last week.  We just bought a new one last night and installed a iTunes on to the computer.  How do we transfer what we have on our iPods on to the new computer without losing anything

    - Transfer iTunes purchases by:

    - Transfer other music by using a third-party program like one of those discussed here:
Copy music from Ipod to new computer...: Apple Support Communities
    - Make a backup of the iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer and right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
    - Restore the iPod from that backup.
