How do I get the little google search window back in the upper right corner...it has disappeared!
The search box in the upper right corner of the sarfari window is gone. Cant find it
anywhere on toolbar and when try to drag it in from the customize toolbar, doesnt work...any suggestions..

iphone - double tap the home button (the round button with the white square) then drag your finger across the button across the bottom of the screen (left to right) when the quick access bar opens. then u will see a icon on the left hand side that looks like that icon next to the battery. tap on that and it will disable the rotation lock fetcher

I started to us "Evernote Clearly" a few days ago. The Add-on put a little icon of an office desk lamp" in the upper right corner of the screen.
The icon of the desk lamp could be clicked when you wanted to clip something in the web to be saved into Evernote.
The little icon has disappeared??? How can I get it back (and keep it)?Hi there,
Have you checked in the add-ons menu to see if Evernote Clearly is still installed and running? This article explains how to disable an add-on -- in your case you want to make sure it's actually enabled, not disabled, but hopefully the instructions can still be helpful as a way to point you to where in Firefox you change these settings.

When ever i try to migrate to another page, the browser puts up a blank page with the message that Firefox stopped the loading of the page, and there is an allow button in the upper right corner of the blank page, which i have to click on, to get to the page i want to travel to.
is this normal, and how do i fix it?can you try restarting Firefox in safe mode.

I need to delete a calendar event that transfered to my 4S from my Droid phone. This event occurs yearly. When I open this event, the edit button that normally appears in the upper right corner does not exist so I can't delete it. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it?
uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. That number means that you have an event invitation. Use iCal>View>Show Notifications to choose what to do with the notification. Since OS X 10.7.2 is required for iCloud integration, I am not surprised that there are anomalies between the iPhone and the MacBook Pro. -

The easy question first: applying a style to the welcome message. If you look at the page source, you'll see that #WELCOME_USER# is expanded to <div class="app-user">Welcome: DEMO</div> So to change the style of the message, you need to tweak the style of the app-user div in your CSS, or override it in a style block in your HTML header.
Now, the tougher question: why the text is wrapping for you. And, really, without seeing your entire page, I can't give a full answer. But I'd suggest that what's most likely happening is that the table column you're putting it in is too narrow, so it's wrapping; try replacing the td tag with <td nowrap="nowrap"> This will force the column to be wide enough to display the full message, but might result in weird formatting elsewhere on the page (depending on what all is in your table).

How to move the banners from the upper right corner to the low right corner of the screen on Mac (Mavericks)?
Sometimes, when I am about to click something in the upper right corner, the banners stand in the way. It is very annoying.
However, I still need them and it is not an option to completely turn off notifications.
Has anybody faced the same problem?Yeah, i've been playing around a bit with Notifications, and not being able to move there location is very annoying. The default location normally means it is covering one or more tabs in Safari (or any tabbed application for that matter). Might have to try Growl again.

I am at http://www.closys.com/samples_&_coupons/get_a_coupon.html and the pop up window for a printable coupon only appears briefly (in the upper left corner) and then disappears, even after putting the web site into the Tools,Options,Content,Pop-Up Exceptions. What gives and how can it be fixed. I have a time limit.

Sorry, but I have already tried this too and verified that the web addresses are listed as Allow, rather than Block. After restart there was no difference, I still get the disappearing pop-up windows.

Have you heard of any issues like this occurring based on the number of tabs that are open in Firefox?
Just a thought, even though I have not heard of this as an issue before. I keep about 80 tabs open regularly, because of research that I am always conducting (I am a blogger, a writer/author, a technophile-especially Green Tech.,), email, work, etc.?
I do have a check in the box for Firefox to let me know if the number of open tabs is causing slow down or other issues.
