I want to create a button that will redirect a PDF form to an email address entered as a field in the form. In other words, a "return to sender" function. The button function has a submit to URL where you can use "mailto:[email protected]". How can I substitute the value from an email field in the form itself for the "[email protected]" value?

You can also get it (WINDOWS) via the character map:
Type character map into the search box. You will find the symbol there. Select it, then copy, then paste into your document.

You can connect many computers to Apple TV but syncronisation works exactly with one computer. That's why I use "streaming". But you can sync one computer, then another, and so on. The content on your Apple TV is the content from your computer that has synced last. But you can not mix it.

Is this for a web form or a PDF? If PDF, you would have to use Acrobat to edit the form and replace the submit button action with either a "Submit a form" action using a mailto type URL, or use the doc.submitForm statement to do the same.

Report Generation Toolkit: How to programmatically insert same values across a MS Words template

I currently have written an application that reads information from an Excel/CSV file and key into the Words document.
I did this by introducing a specific bookmark inside the Word document and use the Append Report Text.vi to insert the bookmark.
Now, there are some values where it requires the same bookmark to appear in multiple places. Ie. The same value should be replicated
in many places. I tried to insert cross-references in the template, but whenever the Append Report Text is performed, it overwrites the bookmark.
Hence the cross reference cannot find the bookmarks again.
Another issue is the font size of the replacement. It seems that it keeps on replacing it at Font 10.
Whenever the above VI is called. Is there a way to retain the same bookmark font as per what was saved as the template?

Hello. I've been looking for an answer to this problem all over the Internet and haven't found anything! An Quicktime GURU out there?
THE PROBLEM:
I have several mp4 video files that iTunes won't sync to my iPod. They play well on QT, FrontRow and iTunes but then iTunes says "This video cannot be played on this iPod".
Yes! you know that message too...
We all have gotten that message before, even when we know the video will play perfectly on the iPod because it was encoded on H.264, AAC, etc, etc...
Doing a little research I came to the fact that the problem is that these videos are missing an "iPod Atom Tag" which tells iTunes that the video can actually be played on the iPod. Seems quite simple but wait, there is a catch...
Nobody knows how to insert this iPod Atom in the mp4 file!!!
I found a nice UNIX app called AtomicParsley which let's you edit these tags but then I'm missing the important information... The iPod Tag code and the value which is supposed to be set to...
THE QUESTIONS:
Does anyone here has any idea on how to push the iPod Atom inside the mp4 file? Will AtomicParsley do the job?
Which is the code of the iPod Atom? Is it uuid?
Which value should I assign to it?
Is there anything else I have to do to the files to make them iPod friendly?
Most people would say that the easiest way is to use Quicktime Pro to re-encode the files but then the files grow in size, they loose some quality and features and not to mention that it takes forever to re-encode them again...
I believe that this app, AtomicParsley can do the job if I know which tags to modify and the values I should set them to but that's the information I'm missing...
I would really appreciate if someone can point me into the right direction and give me a little help with this matter. Thank you very much!

I appreciate your comment but I guess you didn't exactly understand my problem...
Handbrake is a program that extracts the video from DVDs and encode it into a movie file, usually mp4 files like the ones I need to fix. It won't work with movie files that you already have on your computer.
Here is the deal again:
1 - I have mp4 files in my HD. I am not encoding from my DVDs.
2 - AtomicParsley is a program that can insert atoms in an mp4 file and it only takes a few seconds to do it and the movie itself remains untouched. I believe this tool will work fine but...
3 - I just need to know what to tell to AtomicParsley. That is the iPod Atom code which I think is "uuid" and the value it must have which I really have no idea... :P
Using this tool will insert the atom in a few seconds so I don't have to re-encode everything from scratch. Each encoding takes a few hours for a whole movie. Why spend many many hours re-encoding when you can solve the problem in a few minutes...
Again, thank you for your comment. I'll keep waiting for an answer and keep the re-encoding option as a last resource.

How do I insert multiple values into different fields in a stored procedure

I am writing a Stored Procedure where I select data from various queries, insert the results into a variable and then I insert the variables into final target table. This works fine when the queries return only one row. However I have some queries that return multiple rows and I am trying to insert them into different fields in the target table. My query is like
SELECT DESCRIPTION, SUM(AMOUNT)
INTO v_description, v_amount
FROM SOURCE_TABLE
GROUP BY DESCRIPTION;
This returns values like
Value A , 100
Value B, 200
Value C, 300
The Target Table has fields for each of the above types e.g.
VALUE_A, VALUE_B, VALUE_C
I am inserting the data from a query like
INSERT INTO TARGET_TABLE (VALUE_A, VALUE_B, VALUE_C)
VALUES (...)
How do I split out the values returned by the first query to insert into the Insert Statement? Or do I need to split the data in the statement that inserts into the variables?

Select List - populated by a recordset that gets a list of technicians.   In this format:   Label - > Tech name   Value - > Tech ID
Textarea - To paste zip codes into that the tech services.    In this format:   12345,12346,12347,etc..
When I want to submit the form, I want it to take all of those zip codes and insert them into the database as a single record each with the tech's id from the select list.

The issue is - let's say I paste 105 zip codes into the text area.   It will insert the FIRST zip code 105 times into the database instead of inserting the 105 zip codes individually.

Ok, so all of that mysql stuff just needs to be ran once until the connection is closed. I didn't know that. That probably makes it run better too.

There are a few additions because it turns out I also have to check to make sure the zip code is in a state that the tech is licensed in. : ( I have a question about how to do that because it is different. Do I need to post a new question or is better to ask here since my stuff is usually in left field?

How do I insert the current date to hidden field?

I have a form for updating personal information. There is a field in the table called "dateupdated" that I would like to have on the form as a hiddent field that will automatically get the latest date (now).
Any idea's how I can set the hiddden field to current date?

You don't need a hidden field to do that. Depending on the database you're using, you can either use a TIMESTAMP column (in MySQL) that is automatically updated, or you can use a SQL function to insert the current date.
For example, in PHP, you can use NOW() like this in a SQL query:
$insertSQL = sprintf("INSERT INTO date_test (created, message) VALUES (NOW(), %s)",
