How do I know if the program has been downloaded to another computer or not? Also how do I know if it is the educational version or not?
What exactly? Your questions don't make much sense since you failed to provide an explanation what problem you actually have, what program you actually mean and so on. That aside, edu versions are technically not different from the normal programs, just their licensing is different.

When I click on "Where did the error occur" -> "Adapter Engine", I do not have a choice of errors from the dropdown. I only see one option "*".

I've also managed to overcome this problem by selecting "Subscription Authorization" in the Alert Category Definition page, and entering SAP_XI_MONITOR as one of the roles.
After that, I am able to see a the alert category defined. By default it's already subscribed, because I'm using the same user - PISUPER.
I saw in another post that the option "Suppress Multiple Alerts of this Rule" should be left unchecked. I tried that, but I still do not see any alerts raised in ALRTDISP.
What did I miss?

I had the geek squad from bestbuy supposedly install iphoto 11 on my mac but it is not there and when i try to download it it say the app has been download by another user on this machine. What do i need to do get get this app on my system? If they could not do it right the first time I do not have much faith in their advice.
Assuming you've done a system wide search for it including the Applications folder and it's not there......
I think you will need to address this with them - did you pay them for the application? Or was your purchase price to include it? And the question(s) to ask them:
If the app store states that it has been downloaded, ask them where it is and which Apple ID they used. (the store keeps track of Apple IDs and machine IDs on everything you download).
I have absolutely no faith in their advice; however, in this case, it's not so much technical advice, but an answer to your questions: you paid for something and it appears not to be there. -

Thanks.You should have received some type of notification from your carrier if it was successfully unlocked.
To test it yourself, you can try putting a SIM card from another carrier in your iPhone, but there is no setting or anything you can read.
You can also give Apple a quick call or chat and they should be able to confirm if its unlocked or not.

I don't know what card framework (OCF, JCOP tools or other) you use.
For the JCOP tools framework it is very simple. Connect to your applet by creating an instance of the com.ibm.jc.OPApplet. This class has a method called public int getState() wich returns "the applet privileges" in form the flags NOT_AVAILABLE, LOGICALLY_DELETED, INSTALLED, SELECTABLE, PERSONALIZED, BLOCKED and LOCKED.

After restarting my computer firefox is deleted for Windows, when i try to open firefox a message pops up saying the program has been moved from its original location and is unable to run How do I get Firefox on my computer permanently?
I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. I have even totally uninstalled firefox, and that has not fixed this. I still get the same message that firefox is running and I need to close it or restart (which I have also tried dozens of times). I have removed things like Java, and that has not helped either. If I cannot even get on line in firefox, how can I fix this. I am not crazy about using internet explorer, but right now, it is my only option. I even tried to start in safe mode, and the same message box pops up!

ITunes & Quicktime has an invalid signature. The program has been removed
When I try to update itunes through the apple software update, i get error message 'itunes and quicktime has an invalid signature. the program has been removed.'
When I go to download from the apple website.. it downloads 10% and then stops.
I have tried downloading through google chrome, firefox and IE, I have tried to delete my temp file, And I have also gone into internet options and ticked 'allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid'.
Nothing is working!!! Does anyone know how to fix this?Okay. Try downloading and saving the installer onto a different PC. Copy the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) onto a USB key or thumb drive or other external drive (or even burn it to a CD) and then carry it to your PC. Copy the installer onto your internal hard drive, and then start the install by doubleclicking the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe).
(If we can get a working copy of the installer onto a PC, installs will usually go through without the invalid-signature/not-valid-win32/unknown-publisher/etc errors.) -

We are a retail shop which has a copy of AppleCare Protection plan. The box is not sealed. How can I tell if the product has been registered or not.
Since the only thing needed in that box is the small piece of paper with the (very long) registration code on it (usually found inside the booklet), see if that is actually there and, if it is, call Apple at 800-275-2273 and ask to be transferred to the Applecare department.
