How Do I Make Contactsheet in Bridge CC?

Hi there!
I used to use bridge CS6 to make a contactsheet. (not using photoshop)
But now, I cant find how to make a contactsheet in Bridge CC. I used to select OUT PUT in CS6, but there is no Out Put bottom in CC.
Could anyone help me please?

The reason for your (and my) original confusion is because the instructions (not here - but in the original link) are incorrect. At the bottom of this help thread Install Adobe Output Module it has a NOTE; on how to access the Library.
It calls out "User" Library here, then gives instructions on how to find it - which obviously causes confusion. I know the original instructions mention say "Mac OS:/Library/Application Support....
So, why they felt the need to call out this note and direct us to the User Library is beyond me.
"Note: In Mac OS, the User Library folder does not appear by default. Use this TechNote to access this folder."
When you go to that tech note it says to do this:
"Apple made the user library folder hidden by default with the 10.7 and later releases of Mac OS. If it's necessary to access these files for Adobe-related troubleshooting, use one of the following methods to make the user library content visible.
...Hold down the Alt (Option) key when using the Go menu. The user library folder is listed below the current user's home directory.
Note: After you open the Library folder, you can drag the Library icon from the top of that window to the Dock, Side Bar, or toolbar. That way, it's readily accessible.

the desired application as default to different file types.
That said, if you have made a correct install (at least with CS) the file

Suppose I have a wireless bridge from Linksys, which lets my network disk be on my home wifi network. It's set up to grab an address via DHCP. But, I'm thinking - my neighbor also has a wifi network. How do I make sure the disk is talking to my Linksyst router, not to others that may be in the vicinity? The router has a MAC address filter, and that's great but it's the wrong direction: how do I make sure my wireless devices aren't talking to other people's wifi routers?

To prevent your wireless devices from accidently connecting to a neighbor's system, you must set up wireless security.
You will need to enter the following information in both your wireless router and your wireless devices:
1) a unique SSID - this identifies your network
2) your chosen method of encryption
3) your encryption key
You should be able to set your "network disk" (or the bridge that it is using) to only connect to the wireless system that matches 1, 2, and 3 above.

Usually the default program associated with an image file extension is an image developing Program like Lightroom or an image editing program like Photoshop. If you want to change the default associated program to Adobe Bridge you would use Window's Controls Panel file association applet.

I agree with Yammer.
What I do is move my Preview panel to the middle (just drag and look for the "blue" placement cues) and have the Content Panel on my right. By dragging the size of your Bridge window or by dragging the panels separation regions left or right, you can increase the size of your Preview window to your satisfaction.
I've no clue as to why Adobe chose the workspace they did.

I am biased against e-mail for three reasons:
1. All too frequently the message sent is blank and the one posting never knows.

2. Any edits to a post never get reposted, so those using e-mail are "in the dark".
Yes, but then again, one should read first what was written before sending it to the world (and sometimes it can be pretty to be in the dark...)
3. They do not get the advantage of scrolling up and down the responses to see what others said, reviewing what was said that did not work, or seeing what was not suggested.
That is solved by hitting the links in the email to visit the forum or thread. Mail is just faster and the times I have to look at the history are far less to normal posts. I do find it more confusing with the general forums and I'm clueless where the moved discussions come from, like this thread that seems to be answered and is about an old version and a problem that has been discussed many times before.
Guess old fashoned, but don't see any advantage to having my e-mail clogged with dozens of posts each day. I follow 4 forums.
Don't know what email you are using, I do have Apple mail but used to work with Entourage (the MS Outlook version for Mac) but both do have the option to create rules. I created a folder for each forum or other source that moves the mail automatically to the folders for the particular forums. Also have the option for Smart folders that creates a copy from predefined sources and puts it in those folders for better overview and searching...

In addition.. Focusrite have stated they will not be releasing a 64bit version of Liquid Mix as they consider it outdated software these days.... even though at one point a limited release beta version had a 64bit AU version included but it was so unstable it was rapidly dropped...
However the 32bit to 64bit bridge plugin 32 Lives, states it will handle and 'convert' the Stereo version of Liquid Mix to 64bit but not the Mono version... within LPX

Finally, like others here, I would be extremely surprised if Apple added 32bit AU support back into LPX.. That '32bit tech' is long dead and gone....in terms of modern DAWs... as it is in other DAWs such as the recent PT versions...

How do you make a 3d octagon in photoshop cs4 extended?

How do you make a 3d octagon in photoshop cs4 extended that you can map artwork to? I've been searched online for a solution that doesn't involve using a 3D program but can't find anything. Can't you extrude a shape like in Illustrator, or exporta true 3D shape from Illustrator that will work? I'd use Illustrator but the mapping thing is finicky, and doesn't alow wrapping images around angles. (now someones going to say: "Don't mention any other programs in a PHotoshop forum!" Yeah yeah, there should be a forum then about using different Adobe programs together.) End of rant, any suggestions much appreciated.

It turns out that I got a message that this update had already been installed, which led me to more carefully look at the Bridge window and (finally) see that the Output module had a Quality dropdown: Full, 300 ppi, 150 ppi, 96 ppi and 72 ppi. Thanks! I decided to compare the CS4/Bridge results to those I got in CS2 with its convenient File/Automate/PDF Presentation/Multi-Page Document routine that I like.
My project was an 8-page PDF made from scanned pages of handwritten notes into which some fairly small type had been insert using the Photoshop CS2 Type tool. In Photoshop CS2, I had settled on "medium quality" JPEG compression as giving a "reasonable" file size (about 7 MB) and "very good/excellent" image quality. I experimented with making the PDF in Bridge, using all five Quality levels. See table below. The Bridge "good minus" file was about the same size as the file produced in CS2, which I judged to be "very good/excellent" and slightly better visually than the 300-ppi, 23.5-MB Bridge file.

I appreciate that you may not be all that interested in these observations, but it seems to me that Adobe has done us no favors in the multi-page PDF department in going from CS2 to CS4!
Install the Old Contact Sheet/Picture Package Plug-Ins
I had already done this some time ago, in order to get in CS4 the File/Automate/Contact Sheet II feature I liked in CS2. It does not appear to me that this plug-in has anything to do with make multi-page PDF's. Perhaps I'm missing something.

iMac G4s of different ages could run different versions of the Airport Card. If yours was only compatible with the original Airport Card, then I would just get a WiFi ethernet bridge, since it won't support 802.11g, or WPA2 encryption. Apple's UFO like Airport Extreme base stations can all function as a WiFi ethernet bridge that is easy to setup on all iMac G4s. Some third party routers work as well, but you have to isolate which ones can run on 10.4. Those that came with Airport Extreme capability you can find an Airport Extreme card made for them, and while it is limited to 802.11g, unless you are doing major local area network traffic, or streaming to an AppleTV, 802.11g is plenty good with WPA2 encryption. shoo: if i had to do that for every file i get i would go insane, as scott said, post contract: files that they (sub contractor) supply you, presume them ok unless you KNOW otherwise, or a copyright flag pops up contradicting ownership.
