How do I manage Mobile me albums when I'm using two libraries?

I have one mobileme account. I have two iPhoto Libraries, one for home, one for a charity. The charity photos were first part of my home library. It got to be too confusing and clunky having everything mixed. I created the charity library by copying the home library then trashing and emptying the home photos from it. I also removed the Mobile me galleries that were specific to the home library. I am posting from both libraries to the gallery, but some galleries are now empty.
Now, each library shows the same set of mobileme galleries in iPhoto. But ..
If I open the home library and click on an gallery that has no photos on mobileme I can watch the photos disappear from my screen. Of course, the originals are still in the library but the gallery is empty.
Am I missing something simple here about managing galleries on one mobileme account rom two different iPhoto libraries? How do I keep a gallery from being "emptied?"

You can only manage a MMe gallery from the library that created it. When you deleted the MMe galleries from the home library copy, now known as the Charity Library, MMe probably thought you were in the home library and removed the galleries accordingly.
What you'll have to do is recreate and publish the galleries from the library that they belong in. I'd create a new charity library and copy the necessary photos to it from your current Charity library. You can use iPhoto Library Manager for that. That will give you a library that has no tie in with your home galleries. Then create new MMe galleries and publish.

We are using QPM to manage QoS polices however we are looking at decommissioning CiscoWorks. How are people managing with their QoS settings in large environments?

I have no idea about the modem and bridge mode (I don't do networking -- hopefully Bob Timmons, Tesserax, or one of the other networking gurus will drop in and address that).
But . . . you should be able to back up to the TC as long as it's on your network and recognized by your Macs. I think being in bridge mode means it will be rather slow, but it should work. Until/unless we hear otherwise, you might want to see #Q1 in Using Time Machine with a Time Capsule.

USB-6211 - Getting Error 50103 when attempting to use two counter method

I am using a USB-6211 and want to measure the speed of a motor by counting pulses coming back from sensors on the motor. Speed will vary from 0 to about 5k Hz.
My strategy is to use "Method 2" in the manual to measure using two counters. To do this I am attempting to generate pulses of known duration with Counter 0, route these pulses to the gate of Counter 1, send the motor pulses into the source of the counter1 and letting the counter determine and report the number of pulses that occur during the "gate time".
To get the pulse generator going at 8,333 Hz I do this:

Yes, I think you understand my application. The motor can turn from zero to about 5K RPM and one pulse is generated with each turn of the motor.
This application is using Agilent VEE but the statements are "C-like" so that's why I posted them like that. I can't "cut-and-paste" directly from the VEE statements and I have to type them.  I mis-typed the Implicit Timing statement. It was missing an "_". It should have been:

I think I understand what you are saying about DAQmx_Val_HighFreq2Ctr using the resources from both counters That explains why I get the message about resources not being available.
I have tried to use Counter Method 1 and it *almost* worked.  A problem comes about when the motor speed is zero (stopped) and, since these motor pulses are being fed into the Gate of the counter, the zero value makes it simply time out. Increasing the timeout value to infinite (-1) makes the entire program hang. I need it to go on -- looking for other user input, reporting other data being collected, etc. If the counter is waiting for the Gate signal to rise to start counting and to drop to stop counting and do the calculation, it will not work since it just times out.  I went to this counter method (actually called counter method 3 in the DAQ manual) because then I am trying to generate the pulses of known period and send these pulses to the Gate.  Then I am feeding my pulses into the Source of the counter and letting it determine how many pulses occured during the "gate time". In this case, zero pulses during the "gate time" should be OK; it should simply report that zero pulses were detected and start counting again on the next rise of the Gate pulse.  I thought I could simpy adjust the length the "gate time" to measure my range of frequencies.
Make sense? Any way to do this with the two counters of the USB-6211?

How do you reset the security questions when you havent used a credit card to make any purchases, only the gift cards. Apple support will not help me even though i know my account and apple id and password?

Have a new computer and now cannot access itunes without knowing the answers to the security questions. Apple support cannot reset as we have never used a credit card when purchasing prior, have only used gift cards. Can provide apple id and password and all other account details but still no help. Have we to open a new3 account and start again, this means losing a lot of credit on the existing account?!

I have the same problem. I didn't set a rescue email for some reason. To find out weather you hav a rescue password: Go to appleid.apple.com, sign in, go to manage account and then password and security if you do there will be a link below telling you that you can send an email to it. If not the link won't be there. Hope this helps.

How to fix "server problem" error message when trying to use PhoneGap build service.

I have a site that is now optimized for mobile devices and want to use the PhoneGap Build service in Dreamweaver CS6 to make a native app. Unfortunately, I keep getting the "We seem to be having server problems." error message when I try to create a new project. I did notice that the configuration file was created at the site root. I've seen a few other similar threads on this, but no solution. I've checked on any firewall issues (none) and know that the PhoneGap server is not down. The problem is on my end.

Anyone out there who could really explain to my how i save the order of the tab bars when the application terminates, making them stay in the order when the application is re-launched? I have been all around the web for this one, and I can´t find a explenation that really explains how to do it. It would be really awsome if someone out there could help me with how I could solve this, really explaining where the different code should go. Keep in mind that i´m using storyboards!

Google's search preference ([http://support.google.com/websearch/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=425 Support Answer 425]) relates to what happens when you click a link in your search results page: whether it loads in the same tab or a new tab (or new window, if you don't divert new windows to tabs). So that's useful, but it doesn't address your request.
The short term workarounds are:
* If you usually search by pressing Enter, hold the Alt key to launch the search in a new tab -- setting the preference '''browser.search.openintab''' makes the Alt key unnecessary
* If you usually search by clicking the magnifying glass icon, hold the Ctrl key to launch the search in a new tab or "middle-click" the button -- as far as I can tell, there is no preference to do this automatically
Some tab-related add-ons might solve this problem. I saw one blog post saying Tab Mix Plus will change the magnifying glass behavior to always open in a new tab.

the question is clear but may not be what you're really asking. You cannot place a light source outside the window unless you build the scene in Motion's 3D space. You have an interior shot, you need lightning to appear to be flashing outside the window. That would not illuminate the entire scene, necessarily, but it might cast a hard window shape onto the floor or the wall. Draw a mask shaped like the window, with the curtains and mullions, and distort it in perspective and place it on the surface.Illuminating it can be done many ways and I'll leave you to discover them. However, remember that lightning is an instantaneous discharge, like a photo flash, not a light bulb. And yet the convention for film and stage lightning is more like the ramping up and down of an incandescent lamp. Horror movies tend to use only one or two frames of lightning flash, accompanied with a cut to a closeup, to illuminate the threat in a scene and then a cut to a reaction shot of the protagonist.

How to set plant to all WBS when creating Project using Copy Standard Project (CJ20N)

I have created standard project with several WBS. Now I want t o create operative project in CJ20N by copying standard project. While copying I want that the system allows me to define the plant for which the project is created and it gets automatically copied to project defination and all WBS elements. Since I have around 30 plants, I havent maintained any default plant in Standard project. How I can achive this requirement to specify the plant when creating project so that it is automatically copied to all WBS.

I can see three viable options over here. If you are using the same plant across the project structure (on all the WBS elements) you can then go with the suggestion Saurabh suggested (Defaulting it in the project profile itself). In addition to writing a substitution rule at the PD level, you can also go ahead with the option of mass change in case you have created a project(by copying from an operative project already with some default plant.)? Is something stopping you from carrying out mass change? Please let me know.

How can I get a scroll bar at the bottom of the page so I can see the right side of the page when I am using two windows?

With two or three pages open, I have scroll bars that allow me to see the right side of the other pages, but not on the Firefox page.

Thank you for the reply, Fred, but when I went to my saved screenshot, I realized that the shortcut on my desktop had opened in IE, not Firefox. There is no scroll bar and the directional arrows do not work. My daughter has been playing with my laptop again. When I set up the same conditions with Firefox, there is no scroll bar, but the arrows function properly, so I can read to the right edge of the page. Now to find someone who knows IE11. How do I get my iphoto albums to my tv using apple tv?

I have looked at every set up guide I can find. I have chosen the albums, etc to share. My homeshare is on. I can get netflix and play my itunes on my tv, but whenever I try to put a slideshow on, the photostream says that there are no photos in this album. Very frustrated!!

Rudegar, the link you present here is all about PhotoStream. And PhotoStream is related to iOS devices only.
I am guessing the question relates to iPhoto on a Mac or PC..
To see stuff from your Mac/PC on your Apple TV you can use Airplay or use Homesharing. Since Homesharing is defined to iTunes only, I'm afraid that it will be limited to music and movies only.
On iPhoto for Mac and for Windows, I see in Preference a Sharing tab a way to turn on Sharing. So after turning on Sharing in iPhoto I go to my Apple TV, Menu>Computers, and then I see my default Shared Library, hoping to see my photos…. But no, it still only contains Music, Movies and TV shows...
So my conclusion is that there is no direct way to use Apple TV to show photos on your Mac/PC. Sad, but true...
