This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

As you can see, the stuff circled in red doesn't give me an option to download from Cloud Beta because it already says "downloaded".

I forgot the answers to my security questions and exceeded maximum attempts. If I click for assistance only two offered options are phone calls but as I come from Bosnia this is not possible. Is there any other way to reach support (email......)??

As far as I am aware there isn't an iTunes store in Bosnia, so presumably you have a different country listed on your iTunes account (?). If you do (you have to be in a country to use its store) then when will be back in that country - when you are you should be able to contact Support in that country to get them reset.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you've disabled your account then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 (you can also try that link if you can't get your account enabled via the above)
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use
