How do I open trial version of Premier Pro CS6 & Encore CS6?

I've downloaded and installed trial versions of both Premier Pro CS6 and Encore CS6,but when I try to open I am requested to enter a serial key, which obviously I don't have yet as I haven't bought the software.... There is no choice to select trial version at this point, any help appreciated, thanks.

How can I open a project that has been created with Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration software, on my trial version of Premier Pro CC?

I'm working with a colleague who is using Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration software on his PC version of Premier Pro CC. I am using a mac and have a trial version of Premier Pro CC. When I try to open a project file that he has sent me I get an error message-
"Missing renderer: This project was last used with Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA), which is either not available or not certified on this system. Mercury Playback Engine Software Only will be used."
When I click OK and locate the files I get a message saying "File format not supported".
Can anyone tell me what to do so that we can share project files?

Shouldn't really be the MPE at fault here ... what is the codec of the footage/sequence/project?
Second, can you create a new project in PrPro, then in the media browser, import that sequence from the other project?

Trying to download the trial version of Premier Pro

Trying to download the trial version of Premier Pro and get the message that the application download manager is corrupt and to contact customer service. Since contacting customer service seems impossible here I am. Can anyone help with this.

Thanks, I was using Chrome. Downloaded firefox and the trial of Pr download proceeded without a hitch.

Trial version of Premier Pro CC doesn't have any window menus on the right side of the top line of the window.

The downloaded trial version of Premier Pro CC is missing the small window menu symbols that are supposed to be in the rigt side of the top row of each window.

Cant open trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS6

I just downloade the trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 but it will not open, instead the following message box pops up: Photoshop.exe- entry point not found. The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

Hello all How do I download updated version of Premier Pro? I am using Windows 8.

Hello all I just finished editing my first mini documentary on Premier Pro. I took it to a friend who helped me polish it up using his Premier Pro software.
When I got home to edit on my laptop. My file could not be read or opened because I needed to update the latest version. Could someone guide me through this prcoess step by step.
I'm not sure where to start and where to find the latest update for my Windows 8 computer.

You should find out which specific version of Premiere Pro you need to use. The most up to date version is a subscription-based application, but you might not need that version.

I had to uninstall the trial version of Premier Pro, now I can't download a new one/update anymore?

Since the trial version was not working properly I tried to uninstall it via Adobe, which worked. But now it seems impossible to download a new trial version or get an update, since it was once installed on this PC. But normally I would have had 20 days of trial left, and would appreciate to use them somwhow. Is there anything I can do? It is a Window 8 PC.

How do I open other versions of Photoshop with cs6 installed?

I've installed CS6 beta to see what it can do, but it won't let me open Photoshop CS4 (my current version). CS6 is fine and looks slick, but in the meantime, I have actual work to do and all of my presets/brushes/actions/shortcuts are saved on CS4. Can I just uninstall CS6 and forget about it?
I'm running on Windows Vista, and even when I tell the computer to open a file with CS4, it opens it in CS6. When I go to the Program Files/Adobe/PhotoshopCS4/application, it STILL opens CS6.

On Windows, you can only open one version at a time. So, inorder to run CS4, quit CS6 and then launch CS4. It should work fine.

Looking for a trial version of Premiere Pro CS6 (or Production Premium CS6)

I suppose much has changed since Creative Suites started going to Creative Cloud. I can't say that I am pleased with the idea, but it seems to be making my search for an upgrade rather difficult. I've been considering updating my Production Premium 5.5 to PP CS6 but figure a trial version of at least Premiere Pro CS6 makes sense. I can't find the traditional trial download anywhere.. except maybe on the cloud pages. Anybody know where I can get a trial without all the tribulations? Also, I'm curious about how other editors feel about Adobe and Premiere going to CC?

Premier Pro CS6 Prompts for Creative Cloud Renewal

Hey all,
I just downloaded a version of Premier Pro CS6 and have a valid serial number that I purchased as a student. After installing the program, it is prompting me to renew my CC subscription. I got CC to test out CS6 before I bought it, but cancelled before being charged because I'm not a frequent user and couldn't justify the charges. Has anyone else has this issue? How can I fix it?

Cant load Editor on my trial version of premier elements 13

I have placed so many posts on here its unbelieveable
Fortsly I had problems with a bought disc with premier 13 and eventually I found out that it was a counterfiet so I sent that back
I thought that I would download the trial version of Premier 13 to see if I could get on with it and an hour and a half it took to download only to find the downlod doing exactly the same as the purchased one
I have been chatting to ATR on this forum and Arjun asked me to send him a prvate message and he would get someone to call me back but I dont know how to do that
The problem is that I cannot edit videos at all. My editor doesnt open at all and I have tried everything. Firewall off and on and installing and uninstalling so many times I have lost count
The photos work but not the video editor
If I put photos on then the editor will work but not videos
I really dont know what to do as if I cant get the trial version to work then there is no point in me having it
Please can somebody help?

Are you running into this issue with one PDF in particular, or with any PDF that you open? Did the PDF display correctly previously? How was that PDF created?
For starters, please choose File > Properties and click the Fonts tab. What fonts are used in the PDF? Are they "embedded" or "subsetted."
I would be happy to take a look at the PDF here, if you'd like. Let me know!

Question on Trial version of Premier Elements 12

This is my first effort at creating a video with this new program. I have several questions but, we'll do one at a time.   First ... When I create a transition a "banner" shows up on the screen saying "created by premier 12 trial version. Is that going to be there on the "finished product ? It's very annoying and, blocks everything.     Second .... When I looked thru the photos I ADDED some captions to the bottom of the photos. However, the TEXT doesn't show up when creating a movie. What am I doing wrong ?

I believe I have to be in "expert mode to do all of the things you asked me to try...
I went into expert and, was then able to access these items. I'm working on trying
all the things you suggested.
However, what about doing all this text stuff in a a naration   instead. Would that be easier ?
Bill Hunt had given me a way to do that earlier but, I was a bit overwhelmed and lost that text.
Maybe, that might be a more "personable" way to do this ????

1. Open Premiere Elements 12 to the Expert workspace.
2. Import a photo from the hard drive into the program via the program's Add Media/Files and Folders/Project Assets. And, from Project Assets, drag your photo to the beginning of Video Track 1.
3.With your Timeline Indicator (Blue head on Red Stem) at the beginning of the Timeline, go to Text/New Text/Default Text and click on Default Text to open the Titler which will have four sections (Text, Styles, Animation, and Shapes). Click on the Text section tab. Notice that, when the Titler opened, the program automatically placed the title on the Timeline at the position of the Timeline Indicator.
a. There are a variety of ways to start typing, replacing the default "Add Text" with what you want. What I usually do is to go to the right edge of the Add Text default with the mouse cursor and left click/drag from right to left across Add Text to put a gray cast over it and then type with the horizontal type tool. When I am ready to move the text around, then I select the Selection Tool in the trio of tools (horizontal text tool, vertical text tool, selection tool) in the Text Section and use it to select the text. When you make the text selection, you should see a bounding box around the text for you to use for resizing and such.
b. Important add ons...after the Titler closes, to open the title again for more editing, double click the title on the Timeline...when you want to close the Titler, look to the top right of that Adjustments Panel. You should see two tiny gray arrows point right. Click those arrows to close the Titler.

The last three may be more than you want now since your focus is on captions, but maybe hold on to them for another time when you want to get deeper into the Premiere Elements Titler opportunities.
