How do I re-download CS 3.3 Design Standard when the correct download link associated w/ the order # in my Adobe account indicates that I have no downloads?

I need to re-download Adobe CS 3.3 Design Standard on a PC running Windows 7. The program files were somehow corrupted after we had someone migrate select files from our PC to a new Mac computer (I want to continue to use CS 3.3 on our PC vs. buying new software for the Mac). I was unable to deactivate the program; I tried running the program (links not found), repairing & reinstalling the program (script error msg) and removing the program with Control Panel (removal of components failed), but was unsuccessful in all attempts. I logged into my Adobe account, found my order with correct serial numbers, but upon hitting the 'Download' button, all I received was a notification that I had no available downloads (after repeated tries, using different browsers). I had a similar problem about a 4-6 weeks ago, but did successfully re-download CS 3.3 from my account at that time. Any ideas on how I get it back onto my computer now?

No unfortunately it won't open in quicktime either. It does the same thing that Imovie does, separates it into two file folders audio and video, and if i select video it opens to reveal 8 files that cannot be selected. VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB,VTS_01_0.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VB, VTS_01_3.VOB. All of which cannot be opened or selected.
Opening it in Idvd and folllowing your suggestion works and I get a format code of NTSC. Is that the same? Thank you for your time and response.

Ericsvaren please make sure the date range selected is sufficient to include the order for your font. I would also encourage you to make a local back up in case you need the font again in the future. im presuming that you ar ebringing up the artist folder within your music folder somewhere and it doesnt have the songs you want?
if so, the newly downloaded songs might not be in folders yet and could be at the very bottom of the music folder which has all of your artists?
alternatively, you could bring up your start menu and do a search for one of the songs, then right click open containing folder and go from there.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. I think this is one of the problems Apple is creating by changing the OS so often. I had fomer colleagues at [a major aerospace contractor] who told me that so many original files were ultimately lost because of the deadly change in the "Save As" operation that they are now afraid of every OS update. Apple has badly damaged their support base with that very prominent company (they won't update now until they've fully examined and understand changes in the pre-conditioned nature of OS computer functions), and they are a whole lot less enthaled with Mac-related equipment/software. Can't blame them, I too used orginal files that way (as easy-to-use templates), and lost some important files before I realized what was happening (to late to revert). Companies should not have to retrain employees each time an OS gets an update, it's can be very expensive several different ways. They learned a painful lesson with that one. And because I'm now retired and don't use multiple devices, I need iCloud like I need a hole in the head... but I'm told there's no way to keep Apple out of my computer. Fortunately, because of major problems when initially installing Mountain Lion, one hold-over of the hardware/software damage I experienced was that iCloud can no longer access my computer even though everything else is working fine again. That was the only "good luck" I had as a result of that expensive nightmare.

How can I buy a student version of Design Standard?

I have downloaded a trial of Design Standard cs6 and I would like to activate it as a student version. When I click on the link to buy the software it tells me that I can't buy it in my country. When I go to the specific NZ page and click the link to buy it (this link exists, therefore the software should be available) I am sent back to the US page. Everyone I have contacted at adobe seems to think that the free trial I downloaded came on a disk and won't tell me how to buy a serial number. Is there any way to actually pay for this software? Or should I just give up on Adobe altogether? At this point it's looking like it will take weeks to get hold of legal software.

I just got my mac a month ago so go easy on me but I was just working with the pages that was already on it, and then today I know it updated, and now I am unable to open a lot of my documents!:( Idk what you mean by the icloud version lol sorry! As for the version, when I open pages from my apps and click 'about' it says version 5.1? And when I open the document it just goes grey and kind of blinks and doesnt open?
