How Do i Recieve Files thru an E-mail?

The other day my sister send me pictures of her new baby boy cause she is over seas, and she used adobe Photoshop album starter edtion 3.2. When i went to the E-mail it told me that i have recieved files from Adobe PHotoshop, and then it told me to down load it. so i did but i still can figure out how to get the pictures, or download them, as you can see im new to adobe photoshop and stuff jus not understand what im doing wrong to the reason why i can veiw these pictures called customer service and they are useless, so if anyone has a solution to my problem that would be great, Thanks for takin the time to read/ listen to my issue.

Hover the mouse at the top of an email with an attachment, in the area shown in the image below, and it should reveal the attachments icon - select it and download the attachments to wherever you wish on your HD.

Yes I am contemplating the another threat . I still want to send two files because the two files have very distinct type of information . The first one is operational and the second one is about statistics . Of course that I can send both type of inforrmation in only one file . I just want to save time to the end user and let him select what infomation he wants to see .

How to fetch XML file thru Sender File adapter

Dear friends,
I am having a scenario of fetching an xml file through sender file adapter. When i am testing my mapping in Test mode of message mapping it is working fine but when i fetch the real source xml file which is not having the XML namespace and Source Message type.
It is throwing error in Runtime.
At the same time when i edit the source xml file with the XML NAMESPACE & Source Meessage type it is passing successfully to the target system.
Kindly tell me friends how to solve this problem.

How can I send files thru iChat?

I would like to send some of my music files to my phone but I don't have the option of sending files to my phone. Why not and is there any way I can send files to my cellphone? I've tried the Bluetooth but that tells me I have to wait 9 hrs. Is there another way that's faster?

That's probably your SIM card (the 32MB card in the phone).
An alternative way would be to upload the files to a webhost (you can make a free website basically anywhere on the web, tripod.com comes to mind). Keep the files to a minimum and watch your bandwidth though because the service is free, Tripod will limit your downloads/uploads to something like 10MB/day which is crazy small.
Once the file is uploaded to your webhost, use your phones WAP browser and punch in the direct link to the file and it should download. Keep in mind that you WILL BE CHARGED for downloading data onto your phone unless your phone plan incorporates that already.

I'm using iPad 3rd generation (ver. 5.1.1) and it's native mail client.
I've read how to attach file to the email. But it might work only if I create new email.
My problem is attaching a file to a reply email.
Is there any solution for this?

From my experience I can notice that Apple has an excellent support team, but it doesn't listen it's consumers. This is 3rd generation iPad, but this feature still doesn't exist. I've had a better opinion about this company.
IMHO this feature is a basic function of any other mail program. About 7 years ago I had a simple mobile phone with mail client which supported this function, but costed about 100$. Now I hold in my hands device with price ten times higher but it's native mail client doesn't have this feature.
Different Android, Windows devices allow to do this, but iPad doesn't.

Currently the only way to open psd files on Photoshop touch is via the creative cloud. Also, the layers you created from Photoshop on your desktop machine will be flattened when opened with Photoshop touch on your iPad. But you can retain the layers from the touch app when opening the psdx file on your desktop photoshop.

THIS works on every phone known to man, the ability to send and recieve addresscards(vcf-files) between phones. But not with a high end phone like iPhone,

Sending through email, yes but the question is how to send vcf-files to another phone directly and not through email. There is as you know mobiles out there that does not utilize email as a mean of communicating and even worse sending vcf-file to iphone users with to success. This is done today by using a well known format called MMS. If you have not heard about it, you must be working at Apple since they ignore to add MMS-support in their/your iPhone.
A app called squirellMMS fixed that in early hacked iphones. But now? who knows.

Open file x with a FileReader or BufferedReader or maybe another class. Search Java API for this.
Read file x.
Converts contents as you want.
Write file y by a FileWriter or BufferedWriter.

As I don't know how long a record is, that's not a very useful answer. How many bytes are you expecting and how many do you actually get?

Send files thru email

hey all
is it possible to send files thru email using a java program??? i tried using Runtime..... and executing outlook...but i could not figure out how to give filename and reciever's name at the command prompt...can anybody help me in this???

Hi Sumi,
You could do it so that you create a .bat or .cmd script to your server which does your ftp transfer.
To do this you must use sm69 to create a external operating system command which you can call from FM SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE. To SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE you the file you need to transfer as a parameter.
What happens is that your abap program passes the file to windows batch script (.bat .cmd) which will then do the transfer for you.
Here's a sample of ftp-script for windows:
echo open IP_ADDRESS_TO_YOUR_SERVER > c:zftp_transfer.ftp
echo USERNAME>> c:zftp_transfer.ftp
echo PASSWORD>> c:zftp_transfer.ftp

Ok, this might be a bit trivial but if your server is unix/aix etc.. Instead of using batch script you must do a shell script.

How to fix 'missing files' in Lightroom 4? [was: adobe lightroom 4]

I have the scenario whereby all the images, I assumed, on my hard drive were as I imported to my catalogue. but it now appears that all of my images, are showing as previews but some are showing as 'missing files'. Attempts to reconnect are proving futile as the usual click on and find previous file location location point me to the 'c' drive with a request for the file name. On doing this, the 'C' drive doesn't appear to the have file name I require. Have I in-advertately scrubbed something? I have a lot of images of my grandkids, some of which I can delete but there is one particular image of my premature born grandaughter in the hospital I really need to keep.
I can't do any saving, moving of files whilst these question marks are in place, can someone help as this software, is not as user friendly as I first assumed. All I want is a simple walk thru explanation of saving images from a camera and sorting of existing HD files,(many from past shoots on different cameras), to enable me to sort into some kind of format.
Would it be a good idea to completely scrub all of my images from the 'C' hard drive, (I have a backup on my external deskstop drive), and start afresh?
I have a external drive connected to my laptop and all those images are showing ok with no missing file links. It's only the laptop internal drive that is showing the problem.
any help would be a bonus as the online youtbe video instructions don't answer my problem.

Creation of multiple records in reciever file as per occurance of 1 segment

i have a got a requirement in an IDOC To File Interface
the Requirement is under sending IDOC there will be multiple segments whose fields will me mapped to reciever file,so here i got a business requirement as
IDOC -
Segment 1-occur for 1 time
segment 2- occurs for 1 time
segment 3-occurs for 3 times so here PI Need to create a file with 3 records as segment 3 repeats for 3 times, here segment 1 and segment 2 field values repeats for all the 3 records int the file and segment 3 fields values will have to be mapped respectively for each record of all the 3 records from each segment 3.
i dont know on how i can acheive this.
can any of sap group provide me the solution.

Create your target structure as mentioned and do the mapping as shown below.
<Records> 0..unbounded
     <segment1_Fields> </segment1_Fields>
     <segment2_Fields> </segment2_Fields>
     <segment3_Fields> </segment3_Fields>
</Records>
Now do the mapping like this..
        segment3 -
>RemoveContext---> Records (parent node mapping)
         segment1----->CopyValue(0) ---> segment_field1
         segment2----->CopyValue(0) ---> segment_field2
         segment3----->SplitByValue ---> segment_field3
Note: You can also use "UseOneAsMany" instead of "CopyValue" function to repeat the segment1 & segment2 values in each record.

This information initial value is (maybe) stored in Windows Register (register.exe) at Software\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend Server\Filetransfer -> PathDownload, you can read it thru class CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES method GET_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD_PATH and update it thru method REGISTRY_SET_VALUE. (Else there may be some parameter ID to force data, but I'm no longer sure)
