How do I see all image attributes?

I'm working on a previous designer's Illustrator CS3 document (DVD label). The goal is to have the background images light enough for the text to show.
As you can see in the attachment, there are 5 images across the bottom. The middle one is the only one that stayed ghosted. When I have the file open in Illustrator, all the images appear lighter, when I print the document, or export it as a JPEG, the other 4 images print full color. Help!

When you do, you may try stripping the images to their basic form and:
1) Create fill no stroke path (rectangle or whatever) covering the image(s);
2) Give the cover path a grey colour corresponding to the desired whitewashing (see below);
3) Click Make Opacity Mask in the flyout from the Transparency palette, possibly ticking Invert Mask (see below).
If you tick Invert Mask, the paler grey the more transparent image; if not, the darker the more solid image. At 50% K, there is no difference.

On a pc that is partitioned, both identities are using FireFox as browser. On one ID they can see all images on a website, such as CNN or NYT.com but on the other most of the images (within the story content and advertising images on borders of webpages) are missing. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I need help to fix it.

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
*Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
*Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
*Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
*Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
Make sure that you do not block third-party images, the permissions.default.image pref should be 1.
If background images are missing then make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows Accessibility settings and that you allow pages to choose their colors in Firefox.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
There are also extensions like Adblock Plus (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images and other content.

Or search 'disk size' in the App Store.
Be carefull with what you delete & have a backup BEFORE you start, you may also want to reboot to try to free any memory that may have been written to disk.

I use a lot of popups. Somewhere in my sheets I have a column that contains the data that each popup is based on. This is nessasary for me because those popups need to be updated from time to time. So I would copy and print/paste that column. Another way would be to just take a screenshot:
If you want something that will update when the popup is changed Numbers doesn't even do that within the app.

You can only view your account's purchase history, you can't view a history of card redemptions.
My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to).
To view your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
You've tried logging out and back into your account to see if your balance then shows ? Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.

Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Songs that you purchase from the iTunes Store are simply files. They only sit on the computer where you purchase them, until you copy them to another computer.
That is how it works. There is no web site where you can play all your files. It's primitive I know, but there may be changes coming.

Normally setting a height on a container which you have no control over is not a good idea. The text can be enlarged and that will throw everything off. The best way is to set no heights at all but use padding and make sure your background image is flexible enough to accommodate the text enlargement.
