How do I stretch (or compress) the viewing time of a video clip in Elements 12?

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? For now, assumed Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
Typically, if you increase the length of a video clip, you will create slow motion. If you decrease the length of a video clip, you will create fast motion effect.
You can right click the clip on the Timeline, select Time Stretch, and use the Time Stretch dialog's settings to change the video duration.

How do I stretch or compress an audio clip without changing the original?

When I drag an audio clip, like footsteps, from the browser library into the timeline or sound editor, and then time stretch it or compress the speed, all instances of that clip seem to change with it. How can I make different speeds of the same clip in various instances in the timeline? And do it so that the original clip from the browser is still at the original speed when I drag it in again?

For each instance go to *Clip>Replace With Independent Audio File Project*

What you say about Send Later timestamp is correct.
When you click Send or Send Later a time is set regardless of when you actually sent the Send Later email.

If you can't remember your passcode, you'll need to restore your phone. If you never synched to iTunes, all data on your phone will be erased. No way around this.

Adding the date/time stamp to videos already created

We have someone using Elemets 8
They need to add in the date/time stamp to video's that are already created.
The camcorder we have does record this information but doesn't allow that information to be put onto the screen its a Canon HD HF200
We were told by Adobe support we can do this but they wanted $39 plus $39 an hour.
Anyone out there able to tell me how we can get this done for free?

How do I set different viewing times for the mobile gallery.
I' like to change it from about 3 seconds to10 seconds.

I hope this is something that will be corrected in the next vision of either theoperrating system, or in the gallery. three seconds is way too short for showing pictures to friend while telling abut them. Even apple's screen savers ware slower between the transitions.
I'll do a search ontne store for an app. Do you think I should search for a different photo display, or for something that allows one to change settings on the current gallery app?

Working jmeter javaserver faces jsf - how create an XPath to keep the ViewS

I manage to test JSF 1.2 using JMeter but there is a trick, even if you are using the HTTP Proxy:
1) The first HTTP request get a page with a form.
2) The second request perform a JSF action on this form.
Make sure that you are sending the value of javax.faces.ViewState found in the from at the second request, otherwise the View restore may fail.
For this, create a XPath extractor. The XPath query is: //input/@value. Choose a reference name, ViewState per example.
In the second http request, send a javax.faces.ViewState parameter with the value ${ViewState}.
I spent a couple of ours finding this. I am not a JSF1.2 seasoned programmer but I hope it will help saving you time. The answer seems to be rigth, however I don't get the meaning of how do the XPath creation...
I just wanna to know how can I do the creation XPath on Jmeter (to use on jsf) pass by pass... (just like a tutorial) I read the text above but I can't get any the understanding....

I have an additional question/problem.
Running JBOSS 4.2, JSF 1.2 and JMETER 2.3.2
Scenario 1 (SUCCESS):
I run one thread and one threadgroup, regex/xpath return the "ViewState" value correctly and the test runs perfectly until I stop it.
Scenarion 2 (FAILURE):
I run multiple threads and one threadgroup, regex/xpath eventually return the DEFAULT value instead the "ViewState" value to all but one thread. The more threads the faster they fail. It really seems like there is a threading issue.
In any case only one thread will remain running correctly.

How do I sync the "view size" when I copy clips from one sequence to another in FCE4?

My idea was to edit an advanced clip in a separate sequence (bad idea) and then copy it into the main sequence, but I ran into an obstacle.
For a clip to fit the window in Sequence 1 it is shown at 44%, while in sequence 2 it is enough with 22%. Problem is, when I copy a clip from sequence 2 to 1, it appears twice the size. How can I adjust this? The clip from sequence 2 becomes disproportionately big on the screen when copied to sequence 1.

As Studio X pointed out, you open a huge can of worms when you work with sequences of different specifications, but try this -
once the clip has been pasted into the sequence, click on it on the timeline so that it is selected. Now Control-click on that clip, and from the drop down menu, choose Remove Attributes.
When the remove attributes pane opens, check the box for Basic Motion and Distort (if they are not grayed out) and click OK. This should reset the clip size.
If this is successful, you can do this to multiple clips all at once by selecting them, then clicking on any one of the selected clips and doing the above.

How to open PDF file with the view I wish without many clicks

I am getting many many scanned files daily and I'd like to able to skim thru each file as fast as possible.
Since the way each file scanned is consistent, when I open it, I am clicking a button to rotate it counterclock, then click zoom-in a few times to be able to read the top portion to see if the file is of my interest.
Can we customize the way the files are opened? I wish that once I open it, it will be rotated (so that I don't have to tilt head to read it), and zoom in big enough for me to read it.
I did try (I am new to this) "accessabitly settup assistant", but couldn't achieve my desired effect.
Any suggestions?

Actually when I asked whether they could scan it differently, I was told "no" for that type of scanner they have, and they have been reading it the same way as I just start to do, for years.
Maybe someone knows about what scanners have the feature to do these tricks?
I tried the preference setting. It's still less manageable. However, I manage to be able to click 3 buttons to get to the top portion to be readable.
First, I rotate it counterclock (which mess up the view zoom in setting preference).
Then I click to "show one page" button;
Then I clcik to make the document to fill the width. (at this point, the zoom in is about 79%).
