How do I sync my wife's iTunes account with my iCloud account?

She bought a macbook before we got together. So, iTunes is registered under her account. However, I have an iPhone that I sync with her MacBook (and iTunes), and now I have my own iCloud account. What I'd like to do is keep my iCloud account separate but continue to share iTunes and iPhoto. Can someone help with this?
Also, I've got more music and photos than my iPhone can store (plus my macbook is maxed out also) and I'm hoping that iCloud is the answer - store music and photos in the cloud but still access them on my devices. Am I way off here?

If she hasn't yet bought anything on her account then she could use your account with the store apps instead of her own, an account can be used on multiple devices - she can log out of an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and she can then log in with a different account. She can either use her own or your account in Settings > iCloud for backing up (assuming that she wants to back to the cloud and if you want to share calendars etc) - an iCloud account has a free 5 gig allowance, that is per account, not device

Can someone let me know how to sync my Iphone Safari Bookmarks to my iCloud account or to my Windows7 laptop. How do I merge my Itunes account with my Icloud account

Hi Readers!
I bought a Macbook Pro Retina today but I am running into a registration issue with Itunes and Icloud.
When I try to register the Macbook I have to put in my Itunes account (name: mflentge), because of the use of Icloud I have to put in an e-mailadress to register Icloud to my Itunes account.
Unfortunately my main e-mailadress already has an Icloud account attached to it, so I'm not able to register this e-mailadress.
I would very much like to use I-cloud and Itunes from the same Itunes account (mflentge), and it being connected to my main e-mailadress.
My question:
How can I merge my Itunes and Icloud account?
There are no important purchases or data on either of the accounts, so I don't mind deleting one if that means I can use my Apple ID + my main e-mailadress as one account.

My main problem with dropping my Icloud account is that my Icloud account is registered under my main e-mail adres.
Can I use my current ICloud account to be my Itunes account aswell?
Also i've been thinking to switch to the @me.com e-mailadress, are there any known limitations on the use of this e-mail (I have a Android Phone for instance, will I be able to set up an Apple e-mail account on it?).

I wrote a number of notes in the Notes app before I configured it to sync with an IMAP account. I have added an IMAP acct. to the device and configured that acct. to sync notes. Notes now has an accounts section, and that section lists "On My iPod touch" and the IMAP acct. How do I get the "On My iPod touch" notes sync'd with my IMAP?

Have you tried restoring the ipod?

itunes and iCloud are different features/services, you can use the same ID (account) for both or different ID's for each. Mobile me has nothing to do with iTunes but you should migrate the service to iCloud before June 30. Both ID's should still be effective in the case of your iTunes purchases.

     The device is not authorized to the Apple ID.
         Continue setup for the ID on the device.

        Is she able to get signed in at

                   and manage the account
Can she get signed in at
Supportprofile.apple.com ?
         How many devices are registered to that Apple ID?

The OP asked how to change the email address that is associated with their iCloud account.
To sign into your iCloud account you use your Apple ID.
Therefore if you want to change the email address or Apple ID you sign into iCloud with, you need to change your Apple ID.
If your question is how to change your primary iCloud Mail email address, AFAIK, you cannot as it is linked to and is an alias for your Apple ID. You can create an email alias. Alias can be changed and deleted.

I just tried to sync my wife's new Iphone with "my" ITunes. Bad mistake!! I guess "my" itunes thought her phone was mine and "somehow" went into "restore" mode and basically turned "her" phone into mine - ie. contacts, photos, etc.

i specifically wanted to sync my outlook calendar with my phone, not my outlook calendar with icloud calendar.
apparently you have to go into setup on phone and tell phone not to sync calendars with icloud so you can get choice to sync phone via itunes.

You can't merge accounts.
You can however share or import content from another library/account using homesharing.
