I don't know what you mean by "cannot put music on my macbook", but the most recent version of iTunes that will run on Mac OS X 10.5.8 is iTunes 10.6.3, which if Software Update doesn't install it can be downloaded here:

It sounds like you are trying to download the latest version iTunes, and you have gone to the following page to download the installation file:

Once the file downloads, you will need to locate the installation file (this depends on where your computer downloads files to) and double click on the installation file that downloaded to initiate the installation.

How to delete in iTunes for Mac some PDF files, previously synched with iPhone and then deleted from it?

A while ago I synced some PDF files from my iTunes to my iPhone. I've deleted those PDF files from my iPhone recently but now i'm trying to delete them from iTunes but can't. How can this be done?
P.S. Tried to select/highlight them (OK) and then to delete with cmd+Backspace - doesn't work

So I tried to download itunes again, but that seems to require snow leopard. Can I download an older version of itunes that will work with os 10.5.8, or do I have to buy 10.6 and download the new itunes?

If you're using the BlackBerry browser, you can't configure anything to bypass the RIM servers. I believe you may do so by using the Opera browser, but I haven't tried it myself so cannot comment with authority.

I know for a FACT that lots of people including myself were trying to figure out yesterday what's wrong with itunes 11.0.3.
