How do you add fonts and clip art in pages? I seem to have few fonts in pages. New to Mac. Thanks! Also seems that there is no clipart in pages? If there is, where can I find it?

On the Mac you add fonts to the System by double clicking on them, they then get opened in Font Book where you can open/close and organise them.
Most ClipArt offered with other applications is rubbish. Apple has left it to you to source your own, better material. This may help:

If you select your dynamic text field on the stage, you can
select the font that you want to use in the properties inspector
and whatever xml data is placed into that field will have that
font. Don't forget to embed the font if it's not standard.

If you are talking about an iPad/iPhone/iPod, there is no way to add fonts. But there may not be any need to. To input special characters you can use an app like Unicode Map.
If you are talking about a laptop/desktop running OS X, I think all the characters you need are already in the fonts provided. To have the maximum diacritical marks, go to system preferences/language & text/input sources and check the box for US Extended. Then select US Extended from the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen. Here is a list of shortcuts for making the various diacritics. Just ask if any questions.

I have been working on projects in PP CC 2014 and I want to change the font to Raleway, which a designer just sent to me. Can I add this font, or do I have to buy a subscription to Typekit?

I just found another thread which suggested double clicking on the font, installing it, and then rebooting my laptop. That seemed excessive but I installed all weights of the font, rebooted my laptop and then Premiere could see all the varieties of the font I had installed. Pure simple awesomeness.

If you Google Fonts for Mac, you'll find many possibilities. Be aware that (mostly) the really good quality fonst cost money

Default layout and styles can be set by setting up a sheet with your settings and saving as a user template (File > Save As Template). I don't know of a way to set defaults for moving between cells in a table.

Page borders? I'm not sure what you're asking but you ca use the Rectangle Tool in the Tool Bar on the left to Add a Rectangle around the page.
You can apply a stroke colour by going to Colour Panel and selecting the Proxy for the stroke and the colour you need.
And you increase the Stroke Width by going to the Stroke Panel.

I try the pages ->add a page beak but it messing up with all the images below. Examples : I want to insert a page between page 1 and 2. My images doesn't follow my text. All the images stay in place and all the text bump 1 page. Pretty frustrating!

Two solutions:
The Easy One:
Create a Form (which will be the button) and add text to it or choose a picture from iphoto. Now give the form/picture a hyperlink to the same site. So now if you press the button, the site will refresh and start at the beginning/top
The advanced way:
1. Publish your site on the web (not just local). Copy the URL
2. Now create a Button like displained in the solution above. As Hyperlink you'll now have to set external site and paste the before copied link AND add the following at the end of the url: #widget0
3. Add a html widget to the top of the site.
4. The widget's content should be <a name="anchor"></a>
5. Publish your site again on the web and look wether it works.
This way won't work, if the created site is linked as an iframe.
