How do you cancel your creative cloud subscription?!
I signed up for a student account, paying $19.99 per month. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed that I am being charged over $30 per month for Creative Cloud services. When I log onto my account it says that I have a "Free Creative Cloud Membership" and there aren't any credit card options available to cancel or manage. I'm not given an option to cancel or delete my account.
I have gone through the steps that Adobe provides on their website, but this has not resolved the problem (as there is no option to cancel or manage my account or credit cards).
I am very frustrated by the lack of support coming from Adobe to fix this problem, so I'm reaching out to you guys. Has anyone had a similar problem, and if so, how did you resolve this?

Last month we requested to cancel our original adobe creative cloud subscription (had 3 seats) and move these 3 seats to a new company creative cloud subscription.
We contacted customer support and explained that we wanted this subscription cancelled. They said via chat that it was cancelled but we have seen automatic invoices stating a payment for September had gone through on our credit card to pay for the original creative cloud subscription.
How do we go about cancelling this original subscription all together so this doesn't happen?The last charge was on September 9th 2014 for order # AD002776386NZ, Please confirm the date of cancellation requested via private messaging, I can follow up the case.

How can you reset your Creative Cloud password?
So I forgot the password to my Creative Cloud account and whenever I try to sign into it so that I can update my photoshop it tells me that I have the wrong password. It's already shown me the hint but the hint not only has multiple answers to it but I've tried the one I know should have been the right one and it still won't sign in. Is there anyway that I can change this? Because I've only had photoshop for two months and I want to get all of my updates before my one year is over with. Please if anyone does know the answer please help! I want to be able to update my photoshop every time a new update comes out!

If you cancel your Forms Central Subscription do you get a final cancel invoice?
Since the Forms Central Service is being discontinued in July, I have cancelled my Subscription because I needed to find a new service. Did not want to start something and then have half my data on Forms Central and the remainder on the new service.
I am being billed for an early termination fee (even though this service will no longer be offered) and for the prorated monthy charge for March.
Is there a final Invoice that is sent for these charges?
I have to reconcile my expense report for these charges with my Corporate Credit Card statement.
This service was cancelled around March 6th, 2015.

I believe this question was already answered via ticket #57102 - please see my response to that ticket for further details regarding the needed steps.
What I was trying to explain in my previous reply is that you can upgrade any Creative Cloud site directly through each site's admin area, not necessarily through the link mentioned on the promo page...
If you still have login issues with your Adobe ID (the updated email address) please access adobe.com -> Sign in -> Trouble signing in? to reset your password.
Please try that and let us know if that worked.

I think the answer to your (and my) question can be found under 'a few iTunes Match questions'.
bigturnip said once you download the matches that were made, they are yours. You pay for imatch and for that you can choose to use them and download to device or Mac. Once this is done, it becomes yours. You dont have to use the matches that are made. He also explains about what is used in the storage. My laptop computer is too old to run Creative Cloud programs without Microsoft constantly closing it.
Actually, Illistrator seem to work okay so far, but Photoshop continually crashes after certian moves and sometimes even upon attempting to save after one simple move that I'm working on.
I've already paid for the subscription for a couple months (forgot to check requirements firt), but now can't find how to move it to another computer.
I had a stroke awhile back, and I'm not up to full speed yet, and on zero budget. But my boss at my part-time job has allowed me to use his older desktop computer (still far newer than mine) that was repurposed to run as a dedicated DVD duplicator in his video production studio.
I think I may need to perhaps discontinue CC on one machine first and download it onto the borrowed desktop cpu.
How do I transfer my subscription?
