To answer your question, though: The only way this can be done automatically, without having to manually rename each field, is to use a Template to spawn new pages. This is something the form's author should have done, but you can do it yourself as well, using some code.

How do you change the tab outline color? I wish to use a black style on my test program but the tab features have a white edge on the top and left sides to try and give a 3d look. I've tried playing with the windows style but had no success. Does anyone know how to remove this or change the color? The closest I have got so far is setting a windows 7 basic theme which removes the 3d look. This does however give a white background on the tab pages which I cannot find a way of changing in either CVI or windows. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, this border is only customizable through the Windows theme. Changing the theme to the basic is likely going to be the closest to what you are looking for without creating a custom theme for Windows.

As long as you have all of the content in your library then that remove and sync warning shouldn't cause any loss of data, but it shouldn't be happening every time. It may pay to take the following steps to reset the connection between the two,
Backup device.
Restore as a new device.
Restore the backup made earlier.
Again, this assumes all content on the device is in your library. If that isn't the case see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device first.

How do you duplicate a PDF fill in form page, WITHOUT linking the text (for MAC)??? That is, while still being able to type different things into the blanks on the duplicate pages?

The Situation (again, I have a Mac): I am filling out a 5 job application- it is PDF format, with questions, and fill in the blanks for your information- such as name, date, and employment history. Page 3, is the page used for employment history. But, there is only room for two jobs on page 3. The instructions tell you, you can "have as many page three's" as you want. In my case, I will be putting 8 jobs- at two jobs per page, that is a total of 4 page three's. I already know how to duplicate a PDF page, simply by opening the thumbnail viewer on the side, holding down the "alt" key, and clicking and dragging the desired page to create a duplicate. So what is the problem??? When you duplicate the page, the boxes into which you type, are linked. So if on the original, you type "Job A", into the experience box, it forces the same answer on the duplicate page, making it impossible to describe different positions!!!! Is there a way to work around that? Thank you!!!!!

How do you open a tab you just deleted?

You have a tab open, then you delete it. how do you re-open that tab. ctrl z does not work.

If the window that had that tab is still open and in focus, you can:
* press Ctrl+Shift+t
* right-click any other tab > Undo Close Tab
* from the History menu, check the Recently Closed Tabs list (it's probably the top item)
If the window is completely closed:
* from the History menu, check the Recently Closed Windows list (it's probably the top item)
* If it was a private window, sorry!

How do you move multiple tabs?

Is it possible to move multiple tabs?
I have about half a dozen tabs in a table that all need to move right by about 15mm or so. Tried shift clicking to select multiple tabs but that doesn’t seem to work.
Really hope I don’t have to select each individual tab to move them.

OK, let me try to understand.
You have some tab-delimited information. Is the whole frame just the text like this:
If so, just move the frame over +15mm
Or, if it has other text before or after the tabbed-delimited text like this:
The above text is a table. But it looks like the other text.
You can select all the text and make it a table, then just merge the cells for the paragraphs.
You can then delete the indents for the table as well as the borders.
But I agree that just a half dozen tab stops are easy to move.

This is controlled by your email provider, not the phone. Try deleting the mail account and setting it up again.

How do you find channel tab?

I am trying to find the channel tab in PHotoshop Element 11 to find the alpha layer for my .dds image. A tutorial i'm following that a private user has posted on the web, in there version of photoshop it shows a channel tab as well as the layers but in my version 11, it shows the layers but not the channels. Does anyone know how to access channels in the 11 version? Thanks.

Are you trying to add an alpha channel or see one that is already there?
If the channel is there already.
You could go to Select>Load Selection of the channel with Invert checked, make a new blank layer, Edit>Fill Selection>Black and then Select>Deselect.
(the channel may be of another name besides Alpha 1)
Now add a white fill layer below and that should be a representation of the channel in the layers panel.
Maybe if we knew the gist of the tutorial your following, we could give more specific advice

How do you duplicate a chart and table? - not so obvious

I have a table and a corresponding chart that I have customized. I want to duplicate the table and the chart.
When I duplicate the chart, it still "links" to the original table. As I change the data in the duplicated table, it does not update the chart.
How do I "link" the duplicated chart to the duplicated table?

Let me try again to explain, with a little more detail.
In the Sheets Pane, click on the Sheet where the Table and Chart are that you want to duplicate and Right-Click, Copy. Then Right-Click, Paste. You now have two identical Sheets, each having a Table and a Chart linked to that Table, and the Table and Chart are twins of the one in the original Sheet. Now you may Drag the new copies back to the original Sheet, or elsewhere as you desire.

How do you duplicate a page inside a PDF?

I have a multipage PDF and ive never been able to figure out how to duplicate a page I have inside without duplicating the file and pulling a page out and dragging into the other file. Just a long way of doing this for something that seems so simple. Is there a way to do it?

I found this in the help file - hope it helps!
Click the Pages button to open the Pages panel, and select one or more page thumbnails.
Do one of the following:
To move a page, drag the page number box of the corresponding page thumbnail or the page thumbnail itself to the new location. A bar appears to show the new position of the page thumbnail. The pages are renumbered.
To copy a page, Ctrl-drag/Option-drag the page thumbnail to a second location.

I have an iPad2 and am using Pages, Notes and a few other apps. Pages has and supports tabs in the document, but I have yet to find a TAB key in the on-screen keypad? It works fine off the bluetooth keyboard, but I have access to that only about 20% of the time.

How do you get page tabs to automatically delete when you close Firefox. I now have to manally delete all of them - dozen of them!

Each web page I go to leaves a tab at the top of the page above the website. They stay there until I manually delete them. My previous computer automatically shut them when I closed the home page

You can right click one tab and choose "Close Other Tabs" to close most of them.
Set the pref browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab to false on the about:config page to prevent closing the last tab from closing the browser and make a close button appear if only one tab is open.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
You can use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a pref more easily.
