How do you get a playlist of music to work on the basic Photo App which comes with ipad 2 - to have to play the same tune over and over again with a slideshow is rubbish !
How does one get a varity of music i.e a playlist to work on the standard Photo App which is shipped with Ipad 2 when using a slideshow ?
if you have music in your library, when tapping on slideshow a menu appears - Turn on music option. when on a song should display below it - tapping it will take you to your library.
Photo App will give you access to all albums as set in settings\Photo
Camera - select camera roll - gives camera roll only but options for everything else
Slideshow timings is under Settings\Photo

Flex 4.6.0 (build 23201) with AIR 3.3 Beta and Flash 11.3 Beta playerglobal.swc (both merged in to the current Flex build)

I read through the Flash Player 11.3 and AIR 3.3 release notes (http://labsdownload.adobe.com/pub/labs/flashplatformruntimes/shared/air3-3_flashplayer11-3 _p1_releasenotes.pdf) and this is all that is stated:
USB debugging for AIR iOS iOS developer can now connect directly? to the desktop via USB to debug mobile applications.
Every other feature seems to have a description of how to accomplish it other than USB debugging for AIR iOS.
Anyone else get this working?
The main reason I want to get this working is because our IT department is very strict on our firewalls and it is relatively hard to open the required ports to debug on our own devices through the network.I've found one way of doing it using command-line on Windows. I'm sure someone will make it easier by building it into something like a FlashDevelop template soon.
Steps are...
1. Add a "-listen 7936" param to the packager. Something like, "adt -package -target -debug-interpreter .... -listen 7936". Install IPA on device.
2. Find out the handle of your iOS device by running "lib\aot\idb\idb -devices". In my case it is "2". Will look something like...
List of attached devices
Handle UUID
2 {your UUID here}
3. Forward the local_port to the remote_port for the device_handle. Something like "lib\aot\idb\idb -forward 7936 7936 2".
4. Start Flash Debugger in another command prompt from your FlexSDK directory. Something like "flexsdk\bin\fdb -p 7936".
5. Run your app.
6. Type the "(fdb) run" command in the debug command line.
7. May need to type "(fdb) continue".

Thank you for trying to help me out.
Let me explain it a bit to remove the ambiguity.
I have 10 documents nested under a book. Each of these documents have 'n' number of pages. I want to apply my custom made master page "First" to the first page of all these 10 documents in one go. The remaining pages of the documents have to be in default "Right" master page format. How will I do it?
I tried selecting all the documents and importing the formats from another document with the custom made "First" master page. The master page format is getting imported but the first page of all the documents still remain with the default "Right" master page format.
I think now my question is more clear... -
How do i get an itunes library from a phone when the computer has crashed and it needs to go on a new computer
1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

I can't start Facetime. Keep getting a pop-up window saying that "an internal FaceTime error occured. There was a problem with FaceTime.

Go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive on all but one device and add a unique email address on each device and delete the commone Apple ID email device
If there is also an iPhone with iOS 6 associated with the Apple ID, uncheck the phone number on all but the phone. -

My question is Itunes related. How do you prevent a playlist saved in Itunes from automatically alphabetizing the song list. I had a specific order of songs that I wanted, and Itunes somehow automatically alphabetized them. Is there a way to turn that feature off, and/or get them back to the original order? I also noticed that once a playlist has been created, I cannot manually changed the order of the songs from my desktop.. Any suggestions?
That's just the sort order. It's displaying the media alphabetically because you have clicked on the NAME column near the top of the iTunes window.
Click on the little triangle above the column of numbers (usually on the far left side of the main iTunes window) and the media will sort in the order in which you added each item to the playlist.
You can easily reorder songs within a playlist: Click and HOLD on the song you wish to move, then drag-and-drop it wherever you like. -
I had to format my computers hard drive. Now the iTunes thinks my iPOD is sync'd with another computer. How do I get re-sync the iPOD and computer and get my songs on the iPOD back in to the iTunes library. Thanks!
Can't tell you exactly, as it can be used to facilitate piracy and Apple blocks this sort of thing from occuring (except for itunes purchased music)
But you can find out what your looking for at iLounge, i'd suggest that method for "mixed" music from different sources, that way you get it all back.
Next time, hit the iTunes menu and backup your library to disks, only takes a few minutes and a few DVD-R's.
