how do you get the text box text properties dialog box to appear in Adobe Reader XI on a MAC? I know windows is Ctrl-E but can't figure out what to hit for Mac.

Right-click the toolbar and you should find it there (including the short-cut, which is probably Cmd+E).

When you say Mailboxes, do you mean actual folders or the overall setting up of Yahoo mail on iPad? If overall setup then when you select Mail it should show some email suppliers, I believe Yahoo should be listed, if you select it, it should then ask for you details.
If you mean folders, if Yahoo is IMAP based if you create folders online via webmail, they should pull through to your iPad when the account has been set up.
Alternatively, if you have got mail up and running on your iPad and want a new folder, just select your account under the Accounts heading in Mail you should see a list of all the folders present, click EDIT in at the top of the screen, just to the right of where it is likely to say either Yahoo or BT and it will then give you the option to add a mailbox(FOLDER) at the bottom of the screen.

I downloaded the remote app, but whenever i go to type in the passcode on itunes nothing shows up so i can put it in. everytime i click devices it just goes to my ipod information and no 4 boxes like its supposed to. how do i get the 4 boxes to appear?

ctrl B makes the top bar (File. Edit. View. Controls. Store. Help.) appear and disappear.
ctrl S makes a side bar appear on the left side of iTunes. It shows the library which has Music. Movies. TV Shows. Apps. Playlists. Ect.
When I did the steps you suggested, my iPhone did not show up in that list.
I checked my firewall settings again, and they seem to be okay. My firewall is the only thing that I am not 100% sure of. If I go to Control Pannel>System and Security>Windows Firewall>Allow an app through Windows Firewall. It shows that iTunes is allowed. I'm not sure if something else might need to be allowed as well though. I have a few Remote options that are not allowed such as, Remote Event Log Management, Remote Scheduled Tasks Management, Remote Shutdown, Remote Volume Management, and Routing and Remote Access. I'm not sure if any of these need to be allowed or not, or if they are even affiliated with iTunes.

You can use the responsive settings on a text field like you can any div. Check out the "Resize" lesson to get more information on how to do this. You can change the size of your text div, as well as set the font size to %.

How to Get the "Paste" Box to Appear

I'm trying to figure out how to use the copy/paste features of my iTouch after loading 3.0. I can get the copy command to work by holding my finger down near the area that I'd like to copy.
The problem is how do I get the "paste" box to appear. I copied some text from a webpage, I then went to the Notes standard App, opened it, and now what do I need to do to paste what I copied. I tap the area in Notes where I want to paste, but nothing appears or I get a search window. What do I need to do to get the paste feature to appear?
Also there's other related features, like select, select all, how to I get them to appear to make a choice?

Genius, when I hold my finger at an insertion point, a box saying "Select|Select All" appears. I don't get a box that gives me an option to "paste". I donno, is it my finger??? When I hit "select" it gives me an option to "copy", the only option, I then slect copy and the box disappears, but noting appears in the insertion location. I don't receive an option to "paste".
Hold on, I finally got a "paste" box. The only way to get it was to select a new page in Notes. If you already had a notation or text on a note page, the paste box does not appear. But it seems to appear on a fresh page in Notes.
Somewhat strange, that it doesn't appear on a page with text/writings on it, but will on a fresh page.

I do not have any problem with using shift registers in timed loops. What version of LabVIEW are you using? Can you please elaborate on why neither shift registers or local variables meet your needs? I have attached a VI that saves a previous iteration and then computes and displays the difference. Let me know if you have problems running it.

I am currently using LiveCycke Designer to create a scholarship for my company. I created fields for the form and I would like to insert a text to describe the scholarship. When I insert the text, it doesn't flow onto the next page. I've tried creating a subform and clicking "flowed" and "allow page breaks within content". I also clicked auto-fit for the height, but it just makes a line. For the text box, I've clicked "Expand to fit on the height". It is also a dynamic XML Form. Is there anything else I should be doing?
I could always send the file to someone to see if they can figure it out.

Here is the corrected form..Even you you set the Subform type to "Flowed" to the subform where the Text box resides, you did not set the Page1 to Flowed (which is the key)..But when I make the Page1 type to "Flowed", all your fields above the Scholrship text boxes' Subform will go one below another.. To fix this, first I have select all the fields and wrap them into a subform and then set the Page1 to Flowed..

In a real-world application, no.
In a RW application, a typical need is merely to know the "logical role" of the button (i.e., the button that validates the form, regardless of whether its text is "OK" or "Save", "Go",...). Text tends to vary much more than the structure of the UI over time.
In this case you can get the source's name (+getName()+), which will be the name that you've set to the button at UI construction time. Or you can compare the source for equality with either button ( +if evt.getSource()==okButton) {...}+ ).
All in all, I think the best solution is: don't use the same ActionListener for more than one action (+i.e.+ don't add the same ActionListener to all your buttons, which leads to a big if-then-else series in your actionPerformed() ).
Eventually, if you're listening to a single button's actions, whose text change over time (e.g. "pause"/"resume" in a VCR bar), I still think it's a bad idea to rely on the text of the button - instead, this text corresponds to a logical state (resp. playing/paused), it is more maintainable to base your logic on the state - which is more resilient to the evolutions of the UI (e.g. if you happen to use 2 toggle buttons instead of one single play/pause button).

The handle to the Step.Button1Label gets you the data, but there are several ways to get it into the actual report.
The easiest is to use the reporttext.
In a post expression, you can use something like
Step.Result.ReportText = Evaluate("Step.Button" + Str(Step.Result.ButtonHit) +"Label")
and then the default report generation will include it in the report. Otherwise, you need to get the text into the Resultlist by various means (check the user manual, or the TestStand II customisation course) and handle the report generation yourself inside of the appropriate sequence in the process model.

The text in a lot of my books I have downloaded in IBooks has disappeared. It is mostly the older books on my IPad. The books are there but the text is missing. How do I get the text back?

Try closing the iBooks app. Press the home button to get to the home screen if you're not already there. Then double click the home button. Locate the iBooks icon at the bottom. Hold your finger down on it until a red minus appears. Tap the red minus. Press the home button to return to normal. Then relaunch iBooks.
If that fails, delete the books, then you can redownload them under the Purchased tab in "Store."
