How do you update the SIM card on your account?

I just thought that needed to be said.
I had a texting problem with my iPhone and found out after 6 hours on the phone that I needed to get a new SIM card. I went to the store and picked it up. I asked them to help me activate the iPhone with the new SIM card. The people at AT&T tell me they can't touch my iPhone. ***? Why sell it then?! Well anyways...They tell me I need to go home and get on iTunes and update the SIM card on my account. I have been looking for 2 hours now and can't figure out how to do this.
If anyone could tell me how to update the SIM card on my account, it would be so greatly appreciated.

You just install the new SIM card into your phone and then attach the phone to your computer using the dock or USB cable like you normally would. The phone will be recognized by iTunes and activated for use with your new SIM. (It's just like the fast re-activation that happens after you do a restore. If you blink, you'll probably miss it.)
If you've plugged your phone in and now it's sitting there saying "iPhone sync complete", then it's done.

I just recently updated the logo for my podcast and want to know how to alter the one shown on iTunes. I use hipcast to host my podcasts and it tends to update my info on iTunes when I change it via hipcast but does not seem to be working for my pic.
Make the new image - it should be 1400 x 1400 px - and make sure to give it a different file name from the existing image, or the iTunes Store, which caches the image, won't know it's been changed.
Upload it to your server and change the URL in the feed, or make the change by whatever method you used to enter the original in Hipcast.
It's likely to take the iTunes Store quite some days to update the image, so don't panic if it doesn't update at once. -

The term "factory unlocked" has no meaning. Your phone was not legitimately unlocked. Contact the carrier it is locked to and find out if you can get it unlocked.

Verizon is a CDMA carrier. I think your phone may be a 4, and not a 4s. The CDMA iPhone 4 does not have a sim slot, because it doesn't use a sim.

You cannot. The iPhone is locked to Softbank, and only they can unlock it. Problem is that Softbank will NOT unlock the phone, as they do not offer iPhone unlocking.
Buy an iPhone in the Phillipines.
PS Before you go on a rant at Apple, be aware that Apple does NOT unlock phones and they do not set unlocking policies. The carriers (Softbank in this case) set the unlocking policy. -
