Are you asking about a web form or a PDF form? PDF forms don't support this, but for a web form you'd use File Attachment type field.

Back in Oct my TC was poppping an error that it was full. Research in here told me the solution was to backup the TC to an external HD and wipe it. I now need something off that old backup and don't know how to mount it to retrieve the documents.
I tried to mount it by selecting the EX HD in the TM software however it says the drive is not in a readable format.
At a loss on what to do.

If you see actual dates there, that you can't access, it means that whatever's in the Finder window wasn't included in that backup. See the pink box in #15A of Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions.

As you detail I can mount the ext hd in finder and in the sidebar I get an image "Time Machine Backups" which gives me a folder "backups.backupdb" which has a folder for my mac mini and then only three folders. One is the Sept 6 date, on is 'in-progress' and the third is 'latest'. Going into the Sept 6 gives me access to the same data as going in via TM.
That sounds like you only have the 1 completed backup, of September 6. The "Latest" item is simply an alias to the most recent completed backup.
Before going any farther, try to Repair the backups, per #A5 in Time Machine - Troubleshooting. Use the procedure for an external disk connected to a Time Capsule.
If that doesn't help, it sounds like Time Machine had deleted all previous backups trying to make room for a (very large) new one. See the pink box in #C4 ofTime Machine - Troubleshooting for details.
The .inProgress package is the remains of one or more failed or cancelled backups. You can't use Time Machine to get at it, and there's no telling what's inside it, but it's not a complete backup.
You may be able to find some things in it and copy them, but you may have difficulty with permissions, locked files, etc.
It looks like a file, but is actually a special kind of folder that's treated like a single object for most purposes.
Select it, then right-click it and select the Show Package Contents option. There may be one or more folders with gibberish names, containing partial backups. Navigate through the folder structure to see what you can find. That will be "hit and miss," and the results will be unpredictable.

LiveCycle forms use a very different approach to create a PDF form than Acrobat and that approach makes many features for processing PDFs non-functional.
You might want to ask this question in one of the LiveCycle product forums.

Each of those entries at the RSS site show up in my Firefox RSS folder twice. The content of each entry when I go to it is exactly the same. It's not that one is the reply to the original post or anything like that. For instance, see the attached image of the list of items that show up. The highlighted yellow on top is an example. Both of those links display exactly the same original post and replies. Why is that? Is is possible that somehow I'm subscribed twice? Does that make sense? How can I delete the duplicates, or for that matter, clear all those items that show on the list? I just want to see the new ones. Thanks.

Hey There I didn't need to change it as it shows my correct name in my icloud account. The problem is on my Mac where it still shows my Full name as my partners name.
For eg. if I send an email from "Mail" on mac and I use my icloud account then the name that shows up is my partners name when the email is received. If I send an email from the Icloud Mail box that I log into on my browser then the name that shows up when the email is received is my name which is correct.
When I go into preferences in "Mail" on my Mac to change my name, the name is ghosted out and doesn't allow me to change it ! ? It is here that it still show my partners name ?

Check Settings>iCloud>Notes
Is the switch for this turned on? If so then your notes should be backed-up to iCloud. If not then the only backup that would be available will be when you last backed up either using iTunes or iCloud.
If you use iCloud to backup then then go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup - if you see a date at the bottom of the page this will confirm when your device was last backed up to iCloud, and you may be able to restore it this way provided of course that backup date was when required note was still on your device.

How does one completely remove unwanted Apps? It seems that prior to IOS 5.0 I could do that and now cann't.

I am totally new to APPLE products and have for years avoided getting anything APPLE due to interface issues with other operations systems. I have unwanted apps and want to completely remove them from my IPhone 3GS with IOS 5.0... I seems that in the past (prior to the IOS 5.0 upgrade) I was able to do this, and now I can't.

First of all where do you want to delete your apps from, your iPhone or iTunes? If you delete your games from iTunes and keep them on your phone, when you connect your iDevice it'll sync, if you delete it from your iPhone and leave it on your iTunes, it'll still sync. So if you want to delete all apps, 1 Delete all apps on your iPhone and 2 delete all apps on iTunes as well. Is your end user using Reader to fill out the PDF form? If so, the PDF needs to be Reader enabled. Please see Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Enable Reader users to save form data.

How do I open a project in 6.0.5 that was created in CS6?

I'm editing a project in PP 6.0, but when I try and open it in 6.0.5 (on a different computer) I get the following message, preceded by a prompt asking if I want to update the older version project to a newer one:
I'm using 6.0 on a G5 Mac Tower and trying to open the same project on a MacBook Pro that has 6.0.5. I copied the project file from my documents folder to the MacBook Pro.
I've also tried opening the same project in Premiere Pro CC on the MacBook Pro - the project opens but all of the media is unlinked, and I'm not seeing the external drive listed in the media browser, so re-linking is not working
Any help is appreciated.

How to save a completed form that was created as a dynamic form, with expandable files?

I have created a dynamic PDF form with expandable fields etc. As this is to be accessible for customers to completed, how can they save a completed copy on their own PC?
I tried it myself and I receive an error msg stating that I can only save a Blank Copy of this Form: Data typed into this form will not be saved. Adobe Reader can only save a blank copy of this form.
How can I create a dynamic form (with expandable fields/flowable layout etc) that allows the applicant to not only complete the form but also, to save a completed copy?

While the form works in Internet Explorer (I'm using IE11), in that it's viewable, it opens and allows me to save etc) it doesn't work in Google Chrome and I'm getting the below error message:
Any ideas on why it doesn't display in Chrome and does in IE (I'm using the same PC and I'm using Adobe Reader XI)!
there are other PDF forms on site that are not dynamic but are fillable, and these are opening!

Have you tried applying the update by going to Help>Updates within Photoshop Lightroom? The update should be using the same licensing? Did you perhaps customize the installation location? Finally which operating system are you using?

Sounds like you are using Gmail.
Pages 5 uses a zipped package of files as its format. 3rd party servers don't understand the format and show it as the component parts.
Use Mail toenail the file or zip the .pages document before sending.
