Check Safari/Preferences/Passwords to see if the Facebook account is there. If so, select it and remove it. If you are still having problems, Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. If that doesn't work, Safari/Reset Safari.

If you enabled Find my iPhone then you should use that. If not, I'm afraid you're out of luck for finding it.
To manage your devices, go to Your Account in iTunes.

If you mean that she is sharing your iCloud account and you want to migrate her phone to a separate account, start by saving any photo stream photos she wants to keep on her phone to her camera roll (unless already there) by opening her my photo stream album, tapping Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon -- box with upward pointing arrow, then tap Save to Camera Roll. If she is syncing notes with iCloud, you will need to open each one and email them to her so she can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in her new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from her phone, not from iCloud; your device will not be effected by this), choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload her data.
Once your devices are on different accounts you can each go to icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's data from your account.

Before iOS 8 and family sharing I was using a single iCloud account shared among several Apple devices in my household. Now that we are all using our own separate Apple Accounts I want to delete shared data from other devices that were using my iCloud account. If she's on a different account now, Safari data from the previous account should no longer be on her device. iCloud tabs, on the other hand, will persist from a device that is no longer sharing the account for 14 days, after which they are automatically cleared. (This is coming from iCloud, not from her device.) You might try waiting a couple of weeks and see if they aren't automatically removed.
If you're still concerned, you could always ask her to go to Settings>Safari and tap Clear History and Website Data. This won't clear her iCloud tabs from your device though; you'll have to wait for that.

I am a relatively new Apple user and I purchased an iCloud account in November and then another one in December, thinking that I needed an account for each of my devices (3). When I found out this was the case I tried to reply to the email confirmation address for a refund and it came back as undeliverable. Tried to contact support but in order to talk to anybody I had to pay 20 dollars!! Why is it so hard to buy into it but oh so hard to get a refund?

IMO opendns is either doing this on purpose (unlikely) or they're under some sort of attack/being used to attack the specific torrent sites although I'm open to other explanations. I believe using the automatic setting for DNS is using my own ISP's DNS servers (which again, work fine... but still...)
I'd rather not use Google's public DNS servers as Google is to commercial these days and I think there's potential privacy issues.

By the subject i mean have just the browser window open with the content.
1/ The header on the window where you have the FF logo and the "Adobe Forums: Post New Thread - Mozilla Firefox" plus the window minimizing, maximizing and closing buttons on the right are ok.
2/ Status bar at bottom can remain or not.
3/ But all stuff, inbetween, such as menus, icons, address bars, search bars, etc., we'd like to remove.
Reason is, we're using FF as the interface for an application whose menus, screens, etc., will be html/css/javascript driven... at least initially. (If it's any help, the system is dedicated so the question of the user browsing the net does not arise.)
Presume all the above can be done thru pop-up windows and javascript... but can it be done continuously over several links?
Grateful for confirmation and pointers regarding the right source for the code...

You should take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[How to set the home page]]. Your homepage might have been changed by a particular site. Sites like MSN, Yahoo, etc have been know to ask to become your homepage.
There are steps in that article to reset your homepage preferences to default. I would try that first to clear out any strangeness. If that works, you can try setting your homepage again to your personal preference.
If Yahoo has been set as the default search in the search bar, you should take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[Search bar]].
If the address bar search has been changed as well, you might want to take a look at [[Location bar search]].
If that doesn't work you should look at the article [[Preferences are not saved]].

It's not that one is the reply to the original post or anything like that. For instance, see the attached image of the list of items that show up. The highlighted yellow on top is an example. Both of those links display exactly the same original post and replies. Why is that? Is is possible that somehow I'm subscribed twice? Does that make sense? How can I delete the duplicates, or for that matter, clear all those items that show on the list? I just want to see the new ones. Thanks.

Simply, sharing video via email is not advisable.
Many email services have an attachment limit of 20mb and some a limit of 10mb. As emails are sent through an array of relays, the effective limit is the smallest file size allowed on any of the relays. That means that video is rarely suitable for emailing.
Then there's the whole issue of Codecs and not all machines will have the codecs to play all videos. Plus, folks with slower connections can find it very inconvenient to download large video files.
Finally, sharing video from iPhoto via email is not supported. All that gets you is the Movie thumbnail. If you feel you must share via email then you'll need to export the video first, and attach that. Use the File -> Export command and set the kind to Original.

Other than that your options include:
Upload it to a sharing site like YouTube or Vimeo and email a link - these will allow the recipient to view the material online. That will avoid the codec issues mentioned, and the person can still download the video file if they wish.
Upload it to sharing services like Dropbox or YouSendIt and email a link. This will require that they download the material to their machines to view.
