How download ML? Download page has all sorts of upgrade to ML but no ML download. Checked "Software Upgrades", which says i'm up to date although I'm on x.6.8?
How do you download MLion?
The support/download page has all sorts of upgrades TO ML, but not ML itself (unless I'm blind).
Help me please.

Unless you have already purchased Mountain Lion and are trying to re-download it, it is not available for download. The current version of OS X is Yosemite which is free. If you really want to buy Mountain Lion:
Upgrading to Mountain Lion
To upgrade to Mountain Lion you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or Lion installed. Purchase a redemption code at the Online Apple Store: OS X Mountain Lion. Mountain Lion is $19.99 plus tax. Use the code to redeem a download of Mountain Lion from the App Store. The file is quite large, over 4 GBs, so allow some time to download. It would be preferable to use Ethernet because it is nearly four times faster than wireless.

On iWeb, how do I Create a "FAQ" page where the top of page has all the Questions as Hyperlinks.
The hyperlinks would not actually link to a separate page, but would automatically scroll the page to the spot where the question is answered.

As is pointed out what you would like to do is old fashioned Anchors, real easy on a conventional site but not so easy in iWeb.
I made an FAQ by just making questions followed by answers and increasing font size and using bold to make the questions stand out so it is easy to use.
Much more work for you but will approximate what you are trying to achieve is this: On the FAQ page make your list of questions each of which you will make into a hyperlink to go to another page. For every question add a blank page to write the answer on. Uncheck the relevant box so that that page does not appear in the navigation bar. Write your answer on that page then under it make a hyperlink back to the FAQ page. The page would also by default have the normal navigation menu at the top, but adding a "Close Window" or "Back To FAQ" link that is actually just a hyperlink to the FAQ page is helpful for site visitors.
While a lot of work to make the extra pages it should work well and solve your problem.
The simplicity of iWeb soon provides problems as soon as you want to do more than the basics offered. -

Assuming the manual is in PDF format -
When you are in Safari and viewing the manual, right-click (or control-click) on the image of one of the pages in the Safari window. From the contextual menu presented, select "Open with Preview".
This should open the manual in a separate Preview window.
Then in Preview select Save in the File menu; you will be asked to give the file a name (you do not need to change it) and choose a destination. Make your choices, click OK.
In a few seconds the file should appear as an openable PDF in the location chosen. -
My Dad gave me his old Macbook Pro and I downloaded another version of Lion so it's tied to my ID and it worked but I cannot download any iLife apps at all? It doesn't even give me a choice to purchase it just say accept? And gives me a dropbox that says that these apps are tied to another ID and I need to log into that ID in order to download it.

This is a common issue with second hand Macs. The iLife apps came bundled free on this Mac and they are registered to your dad's Apple ID. The only way for you to acept them into your Apple ID is for you and your dad to contact Apple Care, explain that he has passed the Mac to you and ask that the iLife apps be released from your dad's Apple ID so that you may accept them into your Apple ID. -

If you went ahead an purchased ML before recieving your redemption code then you're just out $20. Not a big deal - you should have been instructed on how to get a redemption code for the OS X update.

Hello, I have MacBook Pro with Retina display. How can I get retina support to my Adobe Acrobat pro? It is version 10.1.13 and it says it is up to date.
Problem is that my pdf files look terrible although I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). I have Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard version 6.0 (Mac). I have installed every possible update. I think problem is that for some reason my CS doesn´t support retina display? If I view a pdf file in iMessage, it looks fantastic. But if I open the same document in Adode Acrobat Pro, it looks awful. What can I do?

Snow Leopard is a paid upgrade, so you can't get it in Software Update.
First, check if your Mac is supported > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 Then, buy Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
After that, make a Time Machine backup and/or a clone with Carbon Copy Cloner, insert the DVD and upgrade. The disc will upgrade OS X to 10.6.3, so open > Software Update and install the most recent version -
automatic update disables norton toolbar. it has all usernames and passwords saved in it. Every time Firefox updates it is not compatible with Norton Toolbar. When will this patch be available. If not in the next day, how do i go back to firefox 20 which is compatible
The problem with Firefox updates is that before Comcast or Norton get their ducks in a row and get the Norton Toolbar working, there's another update from Firefox and we're back in the same boat.
Why can't these people work together with every update? I realize the browser is free, but if you want us to use it, it would be nice to get everything ready to work properly with the Norton Toolbar prior to updates. Firefox is a great tool, as is the Norton Toolbar, but tools are no good if we don't have the right ones. -
I have tried to download an audiobook that contains Two Parts. The second part was successful in downloading. However, the first part was not. I keep getting "Part 1 could not download at this time". I should have enough space for the download. Any suggestions of what I can do?
