I did see your response. Thanks. The other thing that happened was after I enabled Adobe on my Dell it apparently knocked out my Mozilla. Now I can't get internet connection unless I use Internet Explorer which I would prefer not to. I'm going to visit our IT folks tomorrow and see if I can get some of this resolved.
The PDF files I obtained that I am trying to transfer to Excel may be too complex because there is a great deal of extraneous text information in the basic document that lies outside of the tables I want to transfer. I'm going to try and highlight the tables only and see if this works.

How do I maintain column formatting when converting from PDF to Excel? All info is no longer on the lines or in the columns they started out being in? Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps I am expecting too much from Adobe ExportPDF. The reason I subscribed to this service, for which I pay a yearly fee, was that I need a way to convert scanned and digital documents to Word &/or Excel. I read the link you included but to be candid the more I tried to understand what was written the more confused I got. The process should not be this difficult. Currently I am using a NEAT scanner to create PDF documents of whatever I scan. After I changed the OCR setting on Adobe ExportPDF the output was much better but not to the point it was usable as it was. Information that appears to be lines and columns are sometimes not recognizing two columns and just putting them together in one. Obviously not usable. The other thing it does is bunch numbers that appear in a column that are just a bunch of numbers that I have no way of fixing.
Please let me speak to someone who can help me. Right now I not getting anything of value in my paid subscription.

Hi, I just got a new MacBook Pro. I'm installing Final Cut Studio 2 on it and I was wondering how long it normally takes to install that program on this type of computer. Right now it's saying 10 hours (and that's after 2 hours having already passed). Is that normal? Is my MacBook Pro going at the right speed? Is it normal for the laptop to be hot?

HT4623 how long does io 7 take to update from io6 on a 4S?

I'm wondering how long it takes for an upgrade of the software to occur?
To upgrade from ios 6 to ios 7, my phone has been hanging for over an hour on the start up screen with a timeline below the apple indicating it is about 33% of the way complate.
The upgrade now has taken about 4 and half hours so far.
As this is the first time I've upgraded the SW, since the 4S was my first iPhone, can anyone give me an indication of what to expect?

Replacing Shipment Pending.   How long does it normally take for it to be shipped?

The website says one week, from when they received it. But I was told something different when I called in (was told 10 bus days)
I have been told by a friend that Apple will NOT ship a replacement phone back until they have one available that is the same (model, gb size etc) as the one I sent them, however, I sent them the 3gs, which is quite old by Apple standards. So now I am worried that I may be without my iPhone for an extremely long time.
Has anyone else gone through this?
I can't seem to find an email address or anything like that to ask Apple directly, and because of a nasty cold, i am not able to call them as I have lost my voice, so I thought I would see if anyone here had gone through the same thing, or could direct me where to find the information that I am looking for.

How long does it normally take to wirelessly update a 4S iPhone to the new version 7.0.4 IOS?

I'm updating my iPhone 4S from the 5.1.1 IOS to the latest version 7.0.4, I think. It seems to be stuck at almost 90% complete. It's been updating for about 3 hours now. I'm doing the update wirelessly using the Settings>General> Update operations on the phone. Should I stop the update? Should I try to do the update through iTunes instead? Would there be problems if I stopped the update now?

How Long Does it Normally Take to Update Album Artwork in the iTunes Store?

My apologies in advance, I know this has probably been asked before, but I'm having trouble finding it.
This is my first attempt at setting up a podcast in the iTunes Store. I think I have everything set up correctly, but I made a mistake on the album artwork - I created a PNG file with transparency, which appears as black. I have replaced the PNG file with a JPEG file with a different name (as suggested by the Apple instructions), and updated the RSS XML file to reflect that new file name. I also had a typo in the description, which I was using the <description> tag for. I corrected the typo in the <description> tag, and also added an <itunes:summary> tag with the same info.
I've waited for a few hours with no updates appearing. Is there a way to force the update, or do I just need to wait? I've verified that the raw RSS feed is updated correctly from the site.
