I dropped my phone in the toilet, put it in rice for a week and it's still not working. I want to know a rough price of what it is to REPLACE my iPhone and possibly upgrade at the same time.

    You must take it to an Apple store genius bar to keep any support by Apple...some US stores are now able to replace the screen for $149.  The out of warranty cost for a replacement iPhone 5c is $269.

    Was the iPhone 5 subsidized by your carrier and still under contract meaning you don't yet qualify for phone upgrade or subsidized pricing with your carrier?

    The glass is part number 922-9795 and dvwarehouse sells it.  So that might give you an estimate of the minimum cost for replacement (unless you do it yourself).

    Apple does not repair iPads, but will replace the entire iPad for a flat fee. If you have AppleCare+ on the iPad, the cost will be relatively minimal; $49 in the US. Otherwise, see the Service Pricing section here:

    There are independent iPad repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipad repair".  You can also look for parts and instructions and do the repair yourself.     According to www.ifixit.com the display assembly for MBA 11" models before mid 2012 is US-$ 500, labor not included.
    If you're not in the U.S., you better ask your local Apple service center.

    Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $99 for 16 GB 5G and $149 for the other 5Gs. They do not fix yours. Note the older 16 GB 5G has only a front camera and the other 5Gs (16 GB released late last month and the 32 and 64 GB 5Gs have both front and back cameras)
