I made an In-App Purchase 4 days ago and my Purchase did not delivered.
So I in past few days I tried to reach Apple support team via link provided in my Receipt and itunes Support site 2 times with 48 hours delay each time,Both time I received an email with my case number( which then I tried to use caselookup gave me nothing )....no mail no call no in web help from so called "Support team" whatsoever
I prefer email/online support rather than calling them as I'm not in USA and not native either and I'm using US store for my account
I desperately want to know how much more should I wait for someone to help me there ?

I think it's just a little over $200 if you don't have an older version to upgrade. Around $100 if you do.

If you already have the Tiger re-installation media, dont pay to have it installed. There are many excellent sources on the web that have tutorials that you could print out and have handy, or you could view the tutorials on another computer nearby. Also many cities and towns have local computer clubs that meet up to exchange ideas and chat, some specifically apple. I would ask around. Many of these clubs are free, and the members help each other at no charge
If you dont own a Copy of Tiger, Craiglist or eBay might be your best bet. Just dont overpay. People like to charge exhorbitant amounts of money for older copies of OS X.

You do need to install Windows twice - once under Boot Camp and once under Parallels - but you can legally use the same CD with the same licence for both installations. There is no need to buy two copies.
There is a program called Monolingual that will assist in removing the additional language support. Be care, as it has removed the components needed to run Rosetta for some users who were not as careful as they should have been.
Parallels has to run from within OS X, but some people have had success running Windows off of an external drive. I have not tried it, but the instructions can be found HERE.

How long does it take to reconnect back to BT from...

I've ordered BT infinity which means I have to get my line from BT again, when I ordered, I was given the date of 1st March to connect both the line & infinity with the timeframe of 8am-1pm. However, my current line provider rejected that date, and I got a new line activation date of 8th March, no timeframe(didn't notice this until today). I have manually rescheduled the infinity install for the 8th as well, 8am-1pm slot. As it says on my 'services' page, the line will be activated 'up to midnight', I am worried the infinity guy will turn up, and not be able to install infinity because the line still isn't a BT line.
Is this likely, and would a call to CS be any help if so?

I don't think so. If it's a sim provide (infinity and line on the same order) I'd expect there to be something inbuilt into the system that ensures the telephone side of things is done first thing.
That's an expectation, not a fact I know of a few people who have migrated back with no problems. But similarly, there have been a few post on here where it's failed. I guess you just need to wait and see!

Apple repair: How much does it takes? (quanto tempo ci vuole??)

hello, I bought a brand new iMac in August. after a week the bluetooth adapter was broken.
I went to the genius bar in Milan (Fiordaliso-Rozzano) and the Genius confirmed the issue.
They ordered the new card and they told me that within a week I would have gotten my imac back.
20 days have passed and on apple website I still see "repair in progress".
I've called 2 times but by the phone they haven't been able to give explanations, and they told me to wait...
I can go pick up my Mac and take it to another repairer? 20 days is too much for a bluetooth adapter!!

We are not Apple. We do not know the availability of repair parts. Unless some other repairer has one on hand, it will take just as long or longer to get your computer fixed.
You could contact the location it is being repaired at and ask to have your unit back until the part comes in. I believe that would be a reasonable request.

I am trying to set up my new iPhone 6 plus from the icloud back up I made on my old iPhone 5c. Its been several hours, everything appears to be on the phone but when I go to settings to try to update the ios, it states I cannot perform the update until the restore is finished.
How long should this process take and how can I tell if there is a problem or if it is just taking a very long time...in other words, how long is TOO long and indicates a problem?
I also cannot perform another back up until this is done so I am concerned about losing data.

I was wondering if I could use an expert's opinion on the time and effort (FTEs) that goes into cleaning 50,000 PO lines that contain item descriptions to create a clean item master and a (basic) catalog.
The idea is:
To remove duplicates, invalid, non recurring/ redudant items
To create categories and sub categories (Standard - no coding)
Is there any defined tool and process-steps, not only for SAP but in general? Do consultants do this manually (with Excel spreadsheets) or some other means.
Any references will be very useful.

could be any time from a day to some months, just depends how big the mess is and how detailed the wishlist is and how well you want become.
Most consultants will do this probably with Excel as they are used to it.
Mixed tools can speed the process up if the people are used to those tools, or slow it down if they are not and need training before they can start.
Is it really only the description which will finally be different for some thousand materials that finally need to be created?
I would start with TAANA transaction, this would give me already an aggregated view on the items, as it can be used to group and count the items by description (and other parameters such as year) so it is down in seconds to the number of variations. Means the duplicates are eliminated.
Then you identify the one-time buys from previous years and remove them from the list (the output of TAANA can be worked on with Excel inplace)
Now starts the hard work to remove the garbage. This is usually a manual work, looking for typos which made this different from the same item with the correct description. And even identifying duplicates that are totally different written "Elbow - stainless steel" and "Stainless steel elbow" and far apart from each other in your list.
For this I use Excel with the Fuzzy Lookup Add-in
Watch some videos on youtube to see how it works, it's great.
And finally you load the materials with LSMW. If you are experienced with SAP material masters then you know which fields this materials need, they all could be defined as constants and your input file could only have the description, if that is really the only difference, which I actually don't believe. There might be differences in material group, in the unit of measure and usually in the purchasing group too (probably even more fields). And exact those differences in the other fields have to be considered in the cleanup too.
So, just technically eliminating duplicates and the worst garbage and all the one-time buys and finally load uniformed NLAG materials with just different descriptions could be done in a day. But the experience tells me that this can quickly evolve to a bigger long term project with harmonizing the way how the description will be written, harmonizing units and material groups.
