How much would it cost for Apple to replace my MBP's speakers, if I don't have AppleCare anymore? I know the parts itself should be only $20 ( http://www.ifixit.com/MacBook-Parts/MacBook-Pro-15-Inch-Core-Duo-Speakers/IF185- 014 ), but what does Apple charge for both parts and labor? Is it possible to find a cheaper service provider to do it for me than Apple?

How much does it cost for iPhone5 screen replacement in India for a phone purchased in India.

I purchased this phone in Nov, 2013. Unfortunately I dropped it in water day before. After drying and stuff, the screen remains blank but the phone seems to be working fine. It rings when called and shows up in iTunes. Assuming that the screen may have died and needs replacement I would like to know how much should it cost. Apple will fix it. No pricing without making an appointment with the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. Usually an Authorized Apple Repair Store can do it with a faster turn around time and less expensive pricing.

If you want to save money and your iMac isn't covered by the warranty, you can replace it yourself using the iFixit steps. Place the iPod in a sealed container with a desiccant for a week. Uncooked rice works. Change the desiccant every day or so for a week.
Do not charge or turn on the iPod until dry. Then try:

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
