was just wondering how i can access like my main folder or like a "my documents" kinda folder cos i wanna find where my old bbm contact list is cos Ive gone through an update to BBM and it not alloweng me to restore my contacts

Hello lucasjackson and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
There are 2 ways you can access your BlackBerry Media card files.
1) Go to your Media folder. Once there, hit the Menu key and choose Explore. You should now be able to explore your media folders. (KB05475)
2) Enable mass storage mode on your BlackBerry and connect it to a computer. KB13564 will show you how.

Drap and drop the tones from iTunes onto the phone. Select the contact you wish you add the tone to. Click edit and select ringtone.

Sorry. This doesn't make a lot of sense. Each iPhone user should have their own cloud accounts with which to sync contacts.
The iPhone is not a multi-user device.

He must have signed into his icloud account using your device. You need to disconnect the device from that account and then sign in using your account ID.
Go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. Then log in using a different ID.

If your contacts aren't on icloud.com when you check from your computer, and they aren't on your phone, you'll have to try restoring your last backup (or recover them from another backup source).
