Connect it to your computer and restore it as a new device. Then chose what music you want to sync with it and do so just like your Touch does.

Are you talking about a book you created with the iBooks Author app? If so, you will have to recreate the book in .epub format. The Apple app for that is Pages.

FLV video playback is fairly simply, especially in Flash 9.
Have a look
at the Video classes in Flash (both Flash 9 and 8) for direct
FLV playback.
This creates a raw video window so you can create any kind of
user interface
you want. Regarding video parameters, some items you may want
to consider:
FLV file name, video length, name (for user), description,
and dimensions.
Changing video without changing page is simply a matter of
starting teh load
of a new FLV stream. In fact, refreshing the page would be
highly redundant.
Users visiting yor site will need Adobe Flash installed
(Flash 8 or 9).
Flash IS the FLV player; all other players that support FLV
use Flash
technology. You yourself won't need anything outside of Flash
*but* you will
need something like ON2 Flix or the Flash Video Encoder to
create your FLV
files.

This is just a informed post telling you guy's how to get your video's from you Ipod Touch, Ipad, or Iphone to your windows PC.
Here it is step by step.
STEP 1: Connect you device to your windows pc.
STEP 2: Open up "computer" on your pc, you should see three options. (1. Hard Disk Drives) (2. Devices With Removable Storage) (3. Portable Devices)
STEP 3: Under "Portable Devices" click your's.
STEP 3: Click "Internal Storage."
STEP 4: Click the "DCIM" floder.
STEP 5: Click the next folder after "DCIM"
STEP 6: Right click on the IMG or VID that you want to be on your pc.
STEP 7: Click copy.
STEP 8: Go to your video folder or whereever you want the video.
STEP 9: Right click in that folder and then hit paste.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

What sort of videos are they, and what app do you want to sync them to ? If they were taken with your camera and they are in a format supported by the iPad, then you could sync them to the Photos app - with the iPad connected and selected on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, you can use the Photos tab on the right-hand side of iTunes to sync photos and videos (there is an 'include videos' tickbox on that tab) to the Photos app.
Or you can sync them to the Videos app. If you can add them to your iTunes library (File > Add To Library) you can then use Movies tab (instead of the Photos tab) to sync them to the Videos app. If you can add them to your library but they don't sync over because they aren't in a supported format then try doing Advanced > Create iPad Version and then try syncing those versions.

I am a complete newbie to actionscript and flash. I am using
Flash CS3 with Mac OSX.
I need to know how to add actionscript to a movie symbol?
I made a circle and coverted it into movie symbol. After
selecting it and opening Windows > Actions, it says that the
currect selection can not have actions applied to it.
I have also tried ticking the Export for actionscript option
and leaving the default options on, but still no use.

ticking Export for actionscript isnt doing anything for you,
thats to attach a movie from the library... click your movie clip
symbol, in the properties panel, click where it says 'Instance
Name', and give it a unique name, lets say, my_mc. then in an
actions layer, ON A KEYFRAME, add this
my_mc.onRelease
or
my_mc.onRollOver
or
my_mc.onRollOut
and so on, but that's how you reference the movie clip... by
its instance name
