How to add newly imported audio - as a new storyline/angle to existing multi cam Project??

I have a 6 camera multi cam Music Video Project I have been working on in depth for 5 days. The "band" has sent me a new & improved .wav file to replace the audio I have been working with on one "song". I have imported it into the event, cannot figure out how to add it as a new angle (that I will manually sync on the timeline) and then make it the active audio monitor angle. I see ways to "connect it" but not how to have it appear in the 6up display & on its own story/time line in the precision editor. This is like reinventing the wheel. I am losing mu mind. Please help?

How exactly are you doing this?
When I cut out a part of an audio region, then drag the remaining parts together, so they are touching, the track will skip the cut out section when playing the file. Also, if I select the remaining parts of the region and use the command "Edit > join regions". This will create a new audio file with the cut out part deleted.

alias column in my union query and then cfloop over it, using a SQL
update query to update the Union results to #currentrow#?
I thought I could only update tables, not queries.
You must mean that I can place a loop in my SQL statement,
but I have no clue how to do this.

How to add already imported photos from a specific folder (on a hard drive) into a LR collection?

Sorry if this is obvious, but I can't for the life of me figure it out…
I'm using Lightroom to organize images for a book project, importing each folder of images one at a time and placing them in collections to match the client's file structure. E.g.
* Book project
** Landscapes
** MISC
** Still life
** Travel
So far I have been importing each folder, then dragging all the images from the "Previous import" option into a new LR collection. Unfortunately, I imported a folder (MISC) and then imported another (Still life) without copying the MISC images into a new collection. Now I can't figure out how to get the images from MISC into their own LR collection. I can't re-import them because they're already in the LR library. I don't think I can remove and re-import them either…
Is there any way to do this without me going through my library and finding each individual image and moving it manually?? There are a lot of images so I fear that would take days!

I'm curious why you need to create collections that seem to have identical contents to a folder that you imported (or did I misunderstand you completely?)
There's no need to create a collection that has the identical contents to a folder, just use the folder! Creating a collection in this case is extra work that produces no benefit.

Go to the MISC folder in the Lightroom Folder Panel, select this folder, then select all photos (Ctrl/Cmd-A) and then drag them to the collection

I understand you want to know how to use your dolby audio.
Have you tried installing the newest audio driver found here? The driver includes the dolby software and the IDT audio control panel should have separate adjustments available for Dolby. With the driver installed, try opening the IDT audio control panel and verify if that functionality is present.

Hello Jacky,
To combine all the answers above and have a topic-based reply please go through the below steps:
#1. Inactivate the current extension field Company (I see it is actually a String value and this is not what you want to have)
#2. Go to Setup -> System Setup -> Extension Reference Types
Check if you already have a Company reference type
If not, create a new Extension Reference Type for Class Company. Fill in all required information.
#3. Create a new Extension Attribute
Select Data Type: Object Reference
Now you can add the Company type as reference

My Address Book contains more than one email address for some of my contacts. When I add such a contact to a new group, I would like to specify which email address to use; but I can't find a way to do that. The message goes out to all of the contact's email addresses.
I could, of course, create separate cards for each of a contact's email addresses, but that solution would be worse than the problem I'm trying to solve. Any suggestions?

Select the group, then *Edit > Edit Distribution List...*. Select the email address you want to use for each member of the group.

How to Add 5.1 audio to DVD

this is probably listed somewhere, but in a hurry, deadline, yada yada. Project made in premiere, 5.1 encoded in audition. Rendered in Premiere Pro 1.5 to Mpeg file and when imported to encore, it looks like no surround sound. Suggestions?

Did you create a Dolby Digital or DTS 5.1 mix in Audition? If so, just import that file as the audio track in your En project.
If you used the Surcode Dolby Digital encoder in Pr, then make sure to export from Pr as elementary streams (.m2v and .ac3) and use those in En.
Multi-channel audio won't preview as multi-channel in En, but En will pass the multi-channel audio unaltered through to the burned disc.

How do i *only* import audio files?

I use a 12 year old computer so the layout may have changed with recent versions. Use Finder > File > Find Specify the folder or location (e.g., the whole computer) you wish to search, and Kind is Music. You can use the + button to add more criteria such as opened in the last week.

We did FDMEE setup in production in Nov. 2014. At that moment the FDMEE source accounting entities for EBS source shows 80 primary ledgers. In Dec. 2014 we have two new primary ledgers added in EBS. In FDMEE I cannot see the two new ledgers shown in the source accounting entities list. Can you please tell me how to refresh EBS's source accounting entities in FDMEE to show the new ledgers added last month?
Your quick help is highly appreciated since our clients are doing Dec-2014 reconciliation.

Do you mean this FDMEE gl balance staging table? AIF_EBS_GL_BALANCES_STG. I don't see new ledger balance data in this staging table at this moment. Snapshot import may not help.
I have two new ledgers created on 12/22/2014. After initialization only ONE ledger instead of two is added in the entities list. Do you know why? Another ledger has no balance data in EBS gl_balances table yet. Below is system innitialization log details:

You cannot 'transfer' fonts to Premiere, they must reside in the appropriate folder on the Mac.
The fonts need to be True Type.
