How to Apply!!! xMSA Online SR04 in portal

I have downloaded xMSA Online SR04 but unable to apply the patch.
I have tried through SDM and JSPM are there any other way.
Are there any pre-requsites.

I have one BPEL process running in SOA domain and that process is exposed as a web service and this end point is secured by policy "oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy". I have one web center framework application, which is running in a separate domain, this webcenter application is using web services data control created from above web service. While creating data control from web service i provided policy "oracle/wss_username_token_client_policy" to data control file(.dcx).
My application is using JAAS as authentication mechanism. I want to put logged in users credential details to web service client call(which is data control here), so that the web service call will be authenticate with SOA server.
Is there any way client policy "oracle/wss_username_token_client_policy" will help putting logged in users credential detail in soap for authentication.
Request for any suggestion/guide lines on this problem.

I ran the opatch lsinventory and they look alike. I am pretty sure that my Dev/SIT/UAT are similar. Right now
Dev shows 20 policies, includes "OAM_TOKEN"
SIT shows 19 and missing "OAM_TOKEN"
UAT shows 18 and missing "OAM_TOKEN" and someother...
Can you please tell me how to get those policies and the reason what could have gone wrong to get this discrepancy between the system.

Is there any way to track the number of current online users in OID?(or 10Gas) therefore, I could find out who is online and how many people are online. Does OID provide the feature? Or, I have to write a Java class to record it when a user logon? what if the user doesn't logout and the seesion is timeout?

When your NetWeaver license expires, it can be restarted, but will only run for 1/2 hour, to allow installing a new license.
Step 1- Start NetWeaver CE from the control console
Step 2 - Log on to NetWeaver Administrator http:///[server]:50000/nwa and go to Configuration tab then Infrastructure sub-tab, then Licenses
Step 3 - Make note of your System Number and Active Hardware Key in the System Parameters section
Step 4 - Navigate to the Service Marketplace http://service.sap.com/licensekey
Step 5 - You are looking for SAP Business Suite - SAP Products with ABAP Stack, Without ABAP stack (WEB AS Java-J2EE Engine) SAP Enterprise Portal link
Step 6 - Fill in your Hardware Key and System # - Make sure you choose this License Type: J2EE Engine - Web Application Server Java (it is not the default selection)
Step 7 - A message at the bottom of the page will note a new key has been generated and you can Download the txt file needed (you also receive an email with the info as well)
Step 8 - (Restart NetWeaver CE - if its timed-out) On the Licenses page of nwa click Install from File > Browse to the txt doc you downloaded and ADD
You now have the new license install. Make note of the date to schedule the time for any future updates, so that service is not interrupted.
If you cannot access the license key on the Service Marketplace you will need to contact your SAP account representative.

Actually the addm report of my test database is giving some recommendations and i am not getting ,how to apply those on my database.
so i am putting some data here,if anybody could give me some hint regarding that it would be of great help as i am new in dba.

Investigate application logic for possible reduction in the number of COMMIT operations by increasing the size of transactions.is telling you that it appears you are doing incremental commits. Are you? Can you change it if you are?

We are developing a portal using Weblogic 10gR3. Right now the URL's that are getting formed are very long which includes the nfpb, nfls, pagelabel e.t.c. The requirement is to have a very user friendly url something like http://www.x.com/portal/<<pageLabel>>
The Weblogic documentation mentions something about URL compression, however unable to apply it for dynamic URL's. We have URL's which are formed on the fly from the WLP Content Repository
Is there some kind of servlet / filter provided within WLP. I read somewhere about an URLTransformationServlet. But there was no documentation on its usage. Can some one share a sample code snippet with me. That would be really really helpful, as we are having a slight time crunch here.

WLProxy configuration falls under the weblogic server product hence you will have to raise an SR with that product to get any suggestions.
Before that I would suggest you play around with the parameter I have suggested and see how it is impacting the url and then if there is any specific area you are stuck on check with the WLS team.
Like I mentioned earlier, I do not know if this will completely meet your business requirement, but something you can look into.

URLCompression servlet is the only option that weblogic portal provides out of the box to compress the URL of WLP. I understand this does not suite your requirement.
The other option I can think of that can possibly help you achieve this is to configure any weblogic proxy plugin that you might be making use of, see the document

You need to use WLST online. I am not sure what your exact requirements are but one good way of working this is to have a WLST script that deletes all your WL customisations, like connection pools, JMS Servers etc and then creates it. That way you can run the same script repeatedly and it will get everything up to date for you. However you have to remember that everytime you add something new you need to update your delete section. Also your deleting should not fail if the item does not exist. I hope that makes sense!
As to the specifics of WLST examples to do this then check out the WLST examples in CodeShare.

I met a problem about apply J2EE licensing.
I install NetWeaver 2004s in AIX machine. The j2ee licensing invalid after 28 days and the j2ee will shutdown every 30 minutes. Then I need restart j2ee engine every 30 minutes. So I go to SAP licensing key website to apply a licensing.
The SAP mail me a licensing file that just only for NetWeaver_ORA.Then I use Visual Administrator to run this licensing. It's work for NetWeaver but not for j2ee. so my j2ee's problem still in.
Has anybody can tell me how to apply the j2ee licensing because I can't find any selection about j2ee in SAP licensing website. I just can find NetWeaver 2004s.

General Patch readme shows you that if patch require down time or no? other than that you need to assume from your server performance wether you will able to apply patch online with sufficenet worker or not? and how much time will it take? also consider the size of patch you need to apply. And then take decision wether to apply patch online or not?

Macbook pro system running slow - etrecheck shows issues - any idea how to apply fixes?

Hi I normally consider myself pretty web savvy but I'm totally lost on what to do here. This computer has been running slow since I got it, but the harddrive went sideways recently. Start by going to Safari/Preferences/Extensions and un-install the above.

Adding some RAM would help. Even though you haven't restarted for 4+ days, this is a little high. The 2 places I’ve seen recommended most to buy reliable RAM are below. I have purchased RAM several times from Other World Computing and have always been very satisfied with the product and service. They have on-line instructions on how to replace the RAM. OWC has also tested RAM above what Apple states is the maximum. I now have 6GB installed on a machine supposedly limited to 4 GB.
