How to auto-update the field 'filename' after a "Save As..."?

It is very convenient to have the filename of a document in a header or footer sometimes. At times it is helpful to also include it elsewhere. So I 'Insert / Filename' to insert text fields with the filename as necessary.
If I change the document and save it with a new name, it is most annoying to have to manually update every place in the document the text field occurs.
I cannot find where the control(s) is/are to make the update automatic.

Double click on the inserted filename.
Click either of the checkboxes in the options window that opens.
The name will update.
Click the same checkbox again to toggle that part of the name to the original state.
Click away from the options window to dismiss it.

    We want Account Assignment Category field to come as "K" for some material numbers. After we enter material number in ME51N screen, if material number is one of our "K" related materials, Account Assignment Category field should be updated automatically as "K".
    Account assignment tab becomes active in item level after entering "K" and we want "cost center" field to be filled in that tab according to given material number.
    These fields can be updated during creating or when saving the purchase requisions. Any suggessions please?

              I m new to CRM customization. I have requirement like this..
    I have 3 entities.. Entity1 , Entity 2 and Entity3.
    Entity1 is the parent of Entity2 and Entity3. Entity2 is the parent of Entity3 and child of Entity1 ..
    In Entity1 I have a field eg:product1 which acts as lookup for Entity2 field availableproducts.  Now in Entity2 I have a field the quantity of products which acts as lookup for Entity3 as given below.
    In Entity3: fields:;; products==Lookup of Products(Entity1)
                                  quantity == Lookup of Quantity (Entity2)
    Now from Entity3 I need to update the fields of Entity1 like I have field named Price which is not visible on the Entity3 Form  but when I access this field from javascript I m getting null exceptions since the field is not in the context of the Entity
    on which it is defined. How can I update the fields of the Parent Entity1 from child Entity3  and also update the quantity field on Entity2 which are not avialable on the Entity3 Form.
    Any help is appreciated

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to copy the list item in SharePoint 2013.
    The Copy List Item is
    available only on the SharePoint 2010 Workflow platform, you can create a SharePoint 2010 workflow using the SharePoint 2010 workflow platform to achieve it.
    You can also use the Content and Structure to copy the list items: Site Settings->Site Administration->Content and Structure.

  • How do I auto-update the date (in a footer)  in Pages 5.2.2 ?

    I have inserted the date into the footer of my document. I am running Pages 5.2.2 on Mavericks.
    I would like the date to auto-update to today's date.  I found a post from 2013 ( How to auto-update Time and Date?), but my version of pages doesn't work as described.  The only choice is update to today's date as a button I can manually click, but there doesn't seem to be an auto-update check box anymore.  Is there a new way to do it or has the feature been removed?

    Click once in the Footer.
    Menu > Insert > Date & Time.
    Double click to select the Date & Time in the Footer and choose a Date & Time format
    And there is also the Set to Today button.
    Waiting several minutes (just enough time for a cup of coffee) and then clicking the Set to Today button, the time changes from 9:53 pm to 9:59 pm.
    I can't wait until tomorrow to see if the date changes, but I think it will .
    Another way (clunky) is to insert a single-cell table somewhere in your document and type =now and format to your liking.
    As far as I know, Date & Time will update after you Save and then Open your document. Please call back after you test.

    strange thing i have noticed is that if i tried to make any changes in db and updated it in llbl application then visual studio (after clean and rebuild the solution ) recognize changes only in the code behined editor but in the design editor if i
    tried to put gridview control and tried to populate it using LLBLdataSource control  then the gridview control load old fields not the new ones
    why this problem keep happening in the design editor but fixed in the code behind????
    so i tried to post this bug in LLBLgen forums and i got the following response :
    " the datasource controls sometimes act weird because vs.net doesn't update the editor properly after the source types change. This is unfortunately a problem related to the ASP.NET tooling for webforms.."
    so  any idea on how to fix this issue

    Document date is 01.01.2007
    for amount  1000SGD   payment  term  7  days
    It becomes  due  on  08.01.2007
    until  06.02.2007 you should not  consider  for calculation of interest
    SGD  on   7.02.2007 run you can consider this  item for interest calculation

    iTunes is responsible for the File Management, let it get on with it, you do your organisation in the iTunes window. And everything you need to do, you can do via the iTunes Window. Want to find the file of a track quickly? Right click on it in the iTunes Window and select Show File: A finder window pops open with the file already selected.

    You will need to group that radiobuttons so that SAP knows they are linked together. To do this using the grahical layout editor simply select all the radiobuttons and then right click on them, Now choose define group. Once you have done this you should not need any of the "clear" or "='X'" statements SAP should control it all for you.
