How to change 5.1 output channels?

I have set the output channels of 5.1 surround in the AUDIO MIDI SETUP to physical outputs 5-10. Soundtrack PRO still uses its own selection/order of 5.1 outputs (ie 1-6). How can I use other outputs of my audio interface?

Change the outputs? ... you can't .... STP ignores the AudioMidi setup output allocations and has no internal system for assigning channel outputs to hardware outputs ... how could this be? ... how could Apple violate its own CoreAudio principles ...
The only workaround I've found is to use Cycling74's Soundflower audio routing tool ... Google it ... it's still not Leopard native, tho I think some folk have had luck with it ...
Maybe Apple will get around to adding what is essentially "basic" routing features to the next update ...

There is no audio line input on your Mac, get a USB interface, get one that is specified for guitars.

How to change Form Builders output folder

Hello,
we have a big forms migration project in our company and are currently setting up our development envirionment.
We have a src/ and a run/ folder.
src/ holds the sources like fmb, run/ holds the fmx, plx etc.
The run/ folder is the folder where oc4j searches for the fmx.
The src/ folder MUST be the working dir of Oracle Forms Builder(OFB), because the builder searches for *.pll in his working dir. If it does not find them, the librarys will be removed from the form (thus, they will never ever run).
The problem for us is, that OFB compiles the files to working dir (src/). We will have to copy them manualy to run/ to test them*.
*I know, you can start each form right from OFB. But we have a start form, that does a lot of initializing for the app. If you try to start a form standalone, it will rain error messages. So you have to start the app by starting at that form.
How can you specify the output folder of Oracle Forms Builder?
How do you set up you development envirionment?

For building a complete application it could be quite useful to do a batch-compile of your forms and do not do a manual compilation using forms-builder.

They would show new color as I wantted,

How to change the column header/channel name in an LVM file?

Hi all,
I made a VI (see attached JPG) that reads 2 voltages, but after calculations and other processes, ends up writing 6 columns of data to an LVM file (7 if you count the time).
I have read in other posts that you can change the name of each signal so that the header of each column in the LVM files doesn't just say "untitled". However, as you see in my code, some signals are numeric (double) and one is a logic (1 or 0), so there is no way to edit the waveform properties of those signals (since they are not waveforms).
Any ideas?

I'll further mention that in the loop, for each channel you want to set the name of, the attribute name for the name of the channel is "NI_ChannelName". The example in the thread above takes advantage of the fact that "NI_ChannelName" happens to be the first one defined. I think it would be more robust to not bother reading the existing attributes, and instead just write the "NI_ChannelName" attribute with whatever new value you want.

I haven't tried this .. but I think you can provide the encoding attribute to the xsl:output element. See the link for more details :

How to change Master Agreements search channel in Workbench

Hi All,
When we search in Master Agreements search channel in workbench then it displays a report just below that search, and when we click on that then it displays Master Agreement Search Agreement Detail.
In this details sub-agreement payment terms are not coming because Class id is different, but when I look into standard report : Master Agreement Search Agreement Detail, there query is having class id 1003.
Is it possible to replace this standard query in report or if we can replace this report in Master Agreements search channel in workbench.

I see. I think SAP does not allow the standard FCI queries to be linked to Custom ones from the Setup --> Reports section.
In this case, you will first need to create a CUSTOM version of FCI-ConSearchMore and then link the custom version of FCI-ConSearchAgrDetail to this via the Setup--> Report section.
Then in the Setup--> Desktop Channel, you would need to go into the Master Agreement Search link and update the Parameter Definitions section with the new custom queries. This will ensure that in the Workbench page of the user, the desired results will be displayed.

Apple Loops - How do you change the monitoring output?

Anyone know how to change the default output of the Apple Loop player to another output (eg. 5-6), or is this just wishful thinking?

Very easy. Go to the mixer tab, and select the ALL button at the top of that window. You should see a channel strip called Prelisten, usually on audio channel 256. Change that output to whatever, and that will change the monitoring output for loops, the bin, and the Sample Editor.

I'm working with LabView 8.5.1.
I have periodic TTL impulse with constant frequency – signal to start , which I'm used to start data acquisition (PCI-6251)and generation signal (PCI-6221).
When TTL signal a detection, necessary generation some analog signal (PCI-6221) and acquisition other analog signal (PCI-6251). Then wait following TTL signal.
At this moment I write the part of the program which is responsible for data acquisition. Function retriggering (In examples C:\ProgramFiles\National Instruments\LabVIEW8.5\examples\DAQmx\Synchronization\Multi-Function.llb\Multi-Function-CtrRetrigg Pulse Train Generation for AI Sample Clock.vi) is used. This function necessary,because we start data acquisition each time on arrival TTL impulse, andrepeated creation of the virtual channel of data acquisition with the newtrigger spend a lot of time.
The problem consists in the following. Generation of the data from other card should occur on the same impulse TTL as for the data acquisition card and then generation zero value.
How I can realize it? I planned to change the form of an impulse of generation when detected TTL an impulse, without reinitialize process.

Change the output of the Prelisten mixer channel to the outputs you want it to play from. The prelisten channel is used for the sample editor and the Apple loop previews... you'll find it in your mixer somewhere in the high audio channel numbers...

Currently iam trying to modify the Java Concurrent Program (FDExtractAndFormatting) in Batch Payment Process. This Program is generated in text format in 11i APPS. Now we are upgrading to R12.1.3. In R12.1.3 output is coming as PDF format. Here my requirement is how to change the output as text format in R12.1.3 also.

1. It is seeded java concurrent program. Some attributes are missing from 11i to R12. In 11i it is a text format.So i have to investgate on how to retrive those attributes in R12. What is the concurrent program name?
Have you tried to change the output and submit the request?
2. Once all are attributes are coming in PDF format. Client wants to open same output in text format as it is 11i (In R12 it is generated in PDF format).If the above does not help, please log a SR.

Ah... ok. You are using the Wireless Direct with the printer. You computer is wireless to channel 6. That is all you can do unless you changed the router's wireless channel which will only automatically switch on your computer.

if it is normal report .then
go through the write statents . one of that is below

if it is ALV then you have to define an internal table which are the fieldds you want palce in the Row .
so that
data c type i value    '1'.

fieldcatalog-fieldname   = itab-field.
fieldcatalog-col_pos     = c.
append fieldcatalog to fieldcatalog.
clear fieldcatalog
c = c + 1.
endloop.
so that the Col_pos will be increased and the Column data will be moved into Row .
