How to change and save a new file in Edge web Lumira server for Team ?

Hi Lumira folks,
I've installed SAP Lumira 1.0, Edge edition and View a sample 'Dairy Wholesaler-Sample"
I'd like to change it and save as new file, but "Save" button is disabled and when I put my mouse over the button,
it says "Save Option is disabled in this version".
Is there any idae how to change and save as a new file in Lumira Edge ?

I've just found the reason as below.

The current version of Lumira
server for teams is 1.0. This version uses Lumira 1.22 as its 'engine' as this
was the version of Lumira Desktop that was shipped at the same time.
Hence with the current Lumira
version compatibility; namely that a newer version of the product can open an
older document, but an older version cannot open a newer document, care must be
taken when deploying Lumira server for teams.
Lumira server for teams is only
compatible with Lumira desktop 1.22. If you intend to deploy Lumira server for
teams, ensure your desktop users do not move to a later version of the desktop.
Content created in a later version of Lumira desktop can be uploaded and shared
via Lumira server for teams, but it cannot be viewed or edited online in the
browser.
Ensure desktop users disable the
auto update capabilities in the desktop preferences, and set the update to
none.

The problem that you file *.ctl can include only one control, so you have 2 options:
1) Create ctl file for each control
2) Put all controls to cluster and save as ctl file.
When you will insert this cluster to your vi, get out one of buttons and remove cluster.

Automate 'Load files into stack' and save as new file

Hello there,
I hope someone can help me with the following issue:
I have 300 folders, each containing 100 images which I need to open as layers, change the opacity to 1% for every layer, flatten the image and then save as a new file. So for every folder I would need one new file generated from the 100 originals.
I know how to do it manually, i.e. load every folder with the 'Load files into stack' command and let an action run for the rest, but that does take some time with 300 folders. Maybe someone knows how to manipulate the 'load files into stack' script so that it does the job independently.

I think you would be better off starting from scratch with a new script for the design and structure of the 'Load files into stack' script is not easy to comprehend.
I guess that’s sound advice.

What are you trying to achieve here anyway?
If you want to »blend a movie into one image« like a continuous exposure of the whole movie on photographic paper (and it has been done) changing all layers opacity to 1% might be not altogether the ideal route.
Instead converting the Layers to one Smart Object and invoking Layer > Smart Layers > Stack Mode > Mean might be better in that all layers contribute to the resulting values equally.

I'm having the same issue. I've been able to work around it by opening the txt file and copying the contents. Then I open a new file in Sublime Text 2, paste the contents and save the new file as "project.json". It seems to work, but it'd been nice if I didn't have to do this everytime I publish a new project.

Lumira Server for BI Platform and Team/Edge consumption & licensing question

Hi. I have a few questions.
Question 1:
From my reading, I've heard that Lumira Edge/Team server may not be a part of BI-Suite License. I read a Lumira Server ASUG Webcast recap by Tammy Powlas here (SAP Lumira Server for Teams Roadmap ASUG Webcast) over the weekend and one of the Q&A questions struck me:
Q: Is this included with the BI Suite license from SAP?
A: Lumira Server for Teams (Edge Edition) is not covered under BI Suite License. However, Lumira Server for BI Platform (RTC Planned in April) is covered under BI Suite licenses
In a separate conversation late 2014, I thought I'd heard that Lumira Team/Edge server was supposed to be usable by BI Suite licensed customers, but it sounds like I'm mistaken?
Question 2:

Is this slide to imply that the version without HANA (or HANA XS) for BI Platform will only really just serve as a user rights management and Lumira document repository? And that if I want to view a Lumira document, I must still open from the Lumira Desktop client?
It was suggested I start a new discussion thread to ask this licensing question about a product that's not out yet (but the slide says it's GA so I'm still confused) so here I am with my discussion thread!
Hopefully someone can make me less confused. I'm hoping the answer is as a BI-Suite customer that we do not have to make a decision to either invest in new Edge/Team licenses or buy HANA XS hardware to establish a beachhead of Lumira usage in our organization. We've been struggling with promoting Lumira and the sharing piece has been the sore spot.

In iMovie version 10 select your Project in the Libaray and choose Edit>Duplicate Movie to create a copy of your Project. Then make your changes to the copy.
In iMovie verison 9 select your Project and choose File>Duplicate Project.

What in the heck does all that mean, and why are they trying to behave like a Windows product or a Microsoft office product. I just don't get it.
Why is another application changing my documents? It's like they've created a virus within their own programs. It's a pain in the neck and makes no sense.

I am also having the issue of a warning saying "could not be auto-saved in Pages. The file has been changed in another application. I then hit "save anyway", the warning will go away for a time, sometimes minutes, sometimes hourr, but then the warming reapprears saying the same thing. This is not the case with all Pages documents but it is the case with many.

How to change preview image of a file and NOT the icon ?
I know how to change the icon of a file, but I wish to know how to change the preview of any file.
For example: my file is "mysong.aif", I changed the icon to be "mylogo.png" using cmd+i, cmd+v on the icon. But the preview of the file still remain the same.
I know it can be changed using iTunes, but I don't want to import all my files in iTune, and iTune cannot import all type of files.
I hope someone will understand my needs...

Either use 'SYLKPIX Developer Studio SE' to develope the RAW files and to save them in another lossless format like TIFF, or try if Adobe's free DNG Coverter can convert your Lumix RAW files to dng. Then import the dngs. This way, your files will still be RAW files. This works (most times) for my Lumix FZ28.
