How to change pdf (with dark background) so it print with white background and dark text??

I have lots of nice presentations I am studying- the problem is most of them were made in ppt with dark backgrounds and white text then converted to pdf files. So when I print them, I get a dark (black) background with white text- very annoying. Is there anyway to get it to print with a light (or no) backround with black text? This is much easier for note taking/etc. I have adobe acrobat professional.

Use the rectangle shape tool. Draw a rectangle over the entire frame. In the shape tab, color it whatever you want. Export your TGA sequence.

PS: But if you place a colored bkg in your motion project that you will effectively have no alpha channel. Are they referencing the TGA's alpha?

OK figured it out. This is for the next person seeking the same solution.
When you click on the Java Control Panel (found in the Control panel) in any version of Windows, it first looks for a System Wide Java Configuration (found here: C:\Windows\Sun\Java\Deployment). At this point you must be wondering why you don't have this folder (C:\Windows\Sun\Java\Deployment) or why its empty. Well, for an enterprise environment, you have to create it and place something in it - it doesn't exist by default. So you'll need a script (I used Autoit) to create the directory structure and place the the two files into it. The two files are "deployment.properties" and "deployment.config".
Example: When you click on the Java Control Panel it first checks to see if this directory exists (C:\Windows\Sun\Java\Deployment) and then checks if there is a "deployment.config". If there is one it opens it and reads it. If it doesn't exist, Java creates user settings found here C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment on Windows 7.

If you look in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment on Windows 7 for example you will find "deployment.properties". You can use this as your default example and add your settings to it.

Easy. If you want to add *"Use SSL 2.0 compatible ClientHello format"*
Add this line:
deployment.security.SSLv2Hello=true
Maybe you want to disable Java update (which is a big problem for enterprises)
Add these lines:
deployment.javaws.autodownload=NEVER
deployment.javaws.autodownload.locked=
Below is a basic AutoIt script you could use (It compiles the files into the executable. When you compile the script the two Java files must be in the directory you specify in the FileInstall line, which can be anything you choose. It will also create your directory structure):

Is it more than one page? If not, open it in Preview and Save As a jpg file. It can only do one page at a time (the current page showing in Preview) so you would have to do one page at a time doing Save As to multiple jpg's.

I would also recommend to write the description into the meta data. This would allow to place a text frame above the image and it is possible to add meta information and file name automatically together with the image, when you place it or even in a prepared template.
Meta data information can be written easily in Bridge in the Meta File Workspace.

For a start, the PRAM battery is likely dead. PRAM tells the computer which drive to start with, other basic information. Still, you can usually get the computer to start, though bad PRAM is unpredictable and could be stopping that.
Some computer models use software to control cooling fans. If there's no software commands they automatically go into high speed to prevent overheating. Your software obviously isn't loading, so runaway fans.

I'm trying to figure out how to change the dimensions of my PDF in Acrobat Pro.
The original artwork was created in Illustrator and the final document is primarily for screen use (not print) so was created using pixels (600x665px to be precise). However when the artwork is created into a PDF, when viewed (and printed) in Acrobat, it is rather large and I want to make this smaller.
If anyone can advise on this it'd be much appreciated!

You might play with the Touchup Object tool off the Advanced Editing toolbar.
Use the tool to select the image. Any of the four corners can be "grabbed" and a mouse drag will let you change the space occupied, on the PDF page, by the image. Not a "fine control" but, sometimes, all that's needed.
Or, in Preferences > Touchup category - the associated configuration pane permits selection of an installed image editor.
Now, using the Touchup Object tool's context menu, you can use the "Edit Image..." selection.
Edit the image and return it to the PDF.

Had a hardware meltdown and have found abouut half my music files on system hard drives AND my Ipod if safe but cannot figure out two things. A. How to get the content of the Ipod transferred to my new Itunes library B. SInce I cannot find my correct Itunes library (i believe that it is lost for good)I started a new one but it will not sync with my Ipod as it says that it is supposed to sync witht he lost version. ** If anyone can help me would greatly be appreciated. I have approximately 3,900 tunes left to tranfer my the Ipod to the new library and it is kicking my butt to not be able to figure this out. Ya gotta love meltdowns. Scott

I want to use the followup- and docflow-functionality in ICWC to copy most of the information from one process to another.
I made the definition of a copying control in the customizing -> working with a new BAdI and the copying routine. Everything works fine so far: I can get/change the description in the BAdIs ORDERADM_H method or the ibase information REFOBJ method for examples.
The question is now how to get/change the reason of the process?
Working with the genil_model_browser the reason is located in BTOrderHeader->BTHeaderBOSSet->BTSubjectSet_F->BTSubject_A1. Where can I find the reason in the BAdI methods?

Put a break point in crm_order_maintain to see what structures and fields you need to fill out. Then change the reason code in crm online, you will have all the data you need.
