How to change the Owner of a Process

We have a Business Process Flow and the owner is someone no longer with our company. Not finding a way to change the Owner on the process. Does anyone know how to accomplish that?

Open CRM -> Settings -< Processes -> Select BPF -> Click Assign at toolbar, select user and click OK.

When i changed the owner name from planning to xxxxx i get "User not found reverting to nothing".

No....
There is no 'ownership' of a tablespace. No such thing.
UserA.tbl1 is owned by UserA, which is the same as saying it is in the schema UserA. It might be in tablespace USERS. If you want to change which tablespace it lives in, you can 'alter table' it to the new tablespace such as BIG_USERS. It would still be UserA.tbl1. I think you can move it online using Oracle's online reorg abilities.
If you want the table to be owned by UserB, then you have to either export/import or CREATE TABLE AS SELECT it into UserB's schema. However doing so means that the table can no longer be referenced as UserA.tbl1. If you want that reference to work, you have to create a synonym in UserA's schema that points to UserB.tbl1. At no point does the ownership of the tablespace come in to question.
I think you meant 'schema' instead of 'tablespace' in your original quesetion.

With RSRT we can customize the number of process per query but I don't know where we can customize the maximum number of process per user.
In fact, my production environment reach always the max number of process available in SM50...

A user is not have the No. of processor but a work process can handle N No. of users. If a user hit any transaction v acn say from a list of N worl proceesor which has been taken the work.

How to change the owner of a folio

I've created a folio using the latest version of DPS. My client, who has purchased the Professional version of DPS, is going to distribute the app as an "in-house" iPad viewer app (they're an Apple Enterprise Developer).
I've shared the folio with several people at the client company via Acrobat.com and that works well.
Now we need to create the final app. When the client logs into the Folio Producer with their Adobe ID, they can see the Folio, but when they try to click the Publish button, an alert appears that says "Only an owner of a folio can publish to the distribution server".
How can I change the owner of the folio from myself to the client?

How to change the owner of a document ?

I am trying to change the owner of a document, when the document meets certain conditions using an Agent (server Extension). The getOwner() method of the PublicObject returns me the DirectoryUser. How do I get the list of DirectoryUsers so that I can select the new owner to be used with the method setOwner() of PublicObject.

How to change the owner of an Information Broadcasting setting?

Hi,
I have created and scheduled some reports to be distributed via the Information Broadcasting functionality. I would like know if it is possible to change the "owner" of the setting in order to cater for the following scenario.
User A has created and setup a few Information Broadcasting settings. I would like to change the ownership of the setting so that User B has access to make changes. At the moment, users only have rights change their own settings.

Found a workaround although not ideal. I can temporarily assign the user the required rights to view all setting. User can then copy the settings (using save as option) and once done I can remove the rights.
However, the report format would have been customised and saved (using save view option) prior to setting up the information broadcast. When transfering ownership I also need to transfer the ability for the user to edit the saved format without starting from scratch. Any table or transaction I could use to do this? So at the moment I have a solution to enable the new user to change the distribution list and schedule, but not the report format which is required.

How to change the status of a process chain

Hi,
I went through Siegfried's blog and knew how to restart a process chain at a failed step which doesn't have "Repeat" option.
But is there any other function module through which we can change the "Actual State" of the process chain, in siggi's method we can change only the "i_state" of a particular process but not the "Actual State"(refer to RSPCPROCESSLOG table) of the process chain.
Please do give your suggestions if there is any way to change the "Actual State" of a process chain.

We can directly change the status of the process chain.
there is a specific way to do it, you can go in se38 and change the status from one to another ...go to se38 .... type....rspcprocessmonitor*.........presss f4...
you will get a standard program ..
now go to this program ...and give the set of inputs .... like PID and all from RSPCPROCESSLOG table ..
and in the state give the state you want and press f8.
this should work.

Two solutions
1 use select dbms_metadata.get_ddl('INDEX','SYS','<index_name>') from dual;
Issue set long 100000000 before doing this
2 use exp,export only this table and don't export the rows.
Then imp show=y log=<any filename> full=y file=<dump filename from previous step>
And yes, this is someone in their first DBA year should know.

How to change the "owner" of a MacBookPro?

I had a MacBook, whose screen got broken, hence bought a MacBookPro with Snow Leopard installed. ALL content of the MacBook were transferred to the MacBookPro with the MigrationAssistant (which worked like a charme, kudos!).
Now that the old MacBook's screen is repaired, my wife would like to use it? How do I change the Name of the laptop? I would NOT like to create a new user with her name, because then I'd need to reinstall all programs and settings; just to change the name of the Administrator from mine to her name.
Can she also continue to use the same iTunes account (which is in my name)?

Hmm - I'm not sure. I'm not that familiar with Time Machine, and I can think of a possible permissions issue.
When you change the user account short name according to the method recommended by Apple, you first create a new account and then delete the old one, which means that the changed account will have a different "UID" (User ID) than before. The system is smart enough to fix the ownership of the files in the account's Home folder to the new UID, but I don't know how Time Machine deals with such a change. For instance, suppose a document was originally saved under your old user account which had a UID of 501, and Time Machine duly backed it up at that time. The file now still exists in your wife's Home folder, now with its ownership corrected to your wife's UID, say 502. The file hasn't otherwise been modified in any way. Does Time Machine "know about" such a UID change? Suppose a month from now that the document gets corrupted, and your wife wants to restore it from the week before. Will Time Machine "know" that she is the rightful owner?
I don't know the answer - hopefully one of the Time Machine experts here will comment further. My own instinct would be to put the old Time Machine backup aside, get a new external drive, and start a new Time Machine backup with the new drive, keeping the old backup for safety, at least for a while.

This may be an easier method for you to do what you want. Open Accounts in *System Preferences*. Click the padlock to unlock your admin account.
Right click on your *My Account* name in the left hand window. Choose *Advanced Options*. This brings up a window that will allow you to change the short name easily. As long as you don't mess with any of the other settings you should be OK. Change the Account name and the User directory name to match.
Be sure to go under sharing in System Preferences and change the computer name also.

I have a application written in C ( OS Solaris 10 ) actually this application runs under some pre defined and standardised environment (specific to my project ).
Now I have requirement to access API of a library( already existing code ) in my application to perform some operations. I need to enhance my C code.
This API ( or library ) is not compatible with the standardised environment set for my application.(standardised environment (specific to my project ))
Can anybody please suggest me how can I set the environment (compatible to the library)while using that API (or library ) and reset to my project specific environment after the result is obtained from the new API (library ).
To be more specific during execution of my C-Application ( Environment variable LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/secure/libmtmalloc.so ). I am enhancing my application to use PAM Modules ( Pluggable Authentication Modules ) PAM APIs exposed performs internally some operation and return some values to me.But inside the PAM my application is crashing during malloc operation.
I have written a test application when it uses PAM APIs and perform the same operation under normal enviroment (uses libc for memory related function) it works fine.
So please tell me how can I set this environment variable LD_PRELOAD to libc only during execution of this API and revert this environment variable LD_PRELOAD back to libmtmalloc after it performs this operation is done.
Please dont tell me about the bug with libmtmalloc.so instead please provide me with some programming solution to achieve this.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
You need iTunes 10.7 or later.
