can you tell me what is the preocedure to check the sign
of value whether it would be ' - ' or ' + '.
if i have to check the sign of -1100 then system should tell me the sign is ' - ' . how it can be possible.

Try this.
Check whether the value of variable say v1.
If v1< 0.
Then display the message as ' - '.
else.
Then display the message as ' + '.
endif.
The message is according to your requirement.

You mast build Summary column out of the query and select maximum to your maximum value of CP in Report level (or last for last value).

After OPEN DATASET statement check if sy-subrc = 0 if its success then proceed with split statement and save the dataset values into a internal table and while debugging the internal table you will find that whether all values get into internal table.
Checking sy-subrc after OPEN DATASET statement is must to fill up the values in the internal table.
For e.g.
OPEN DATASET p_inpfile FOR INPUT IN TEXT MODE ENCODING DEFAULT.
IF sy-subrc NE 0.
    WRITE :/ 'No such input file' .
    EXIT.
ELSE.
READ DATASET p_inpfile INTO loc_string.
      IF sy-subrc NE 0.
        EXIT.
      ELSE.
        CLEAR loc2.
*Spliting fields in the file-
        REPLACE ALL OCCURRENCES OF '#' IN wa_string WITH ' '.
       SPLIT wa_string AT const INTO loc2-pernr
                                       loc2-werks
                                       loc2-persk
                                       loc2-vdsk1.

There are 2 concepts attached to a bank balance. The balance as per your books of accounts and another is the balance maintained with the bank. I believe i need not explain these 2 concepts. These 2 balances can be obtained from Oracle system provided some of prerequsities are met with.
Balance as per your books - This is nothing but the GL balance available. In order to obtain balances for each bank accounts, it is advised that each bank account should have a separate account code combination. This is achieved generally by having a separate natural account for each bank. The code combination is attached to the cahs account for each bank. By maintaining separate account code combination, the balance in each code combination can be obtained from GL (provided transactions are accounted and posted in GL). These balances represent the balance for each bank according to your books of accounts. You can create an FSG for this purpose and provide the same to the customer, so that they can run the same whenevr they want.
Balance as per bank - This balance is maintained by oracle in 2 ways - either the bank balance can be manually entered for each bank account for each date (quite cumbersome). Else, while loading the bank statement, the bank balances are also loaded. There are various types of bank balances stored - value dated balance, available balance, float balance etc. Depending on the balances provided by bank along with the bank statement, the bank balance can be recorded in oracle system. After the bank statement is uploaded and balances stored, standard cash management reports are available to query for the bank account balances. In order to view daily movement, the bank statement should be loaded on daily basis.

Must be the server has different clients,one declared as application server ie abap stack client and the other declared as Integration server ie XI. U might be trying to open idx5 in application server client, in which idx5 exists but you cant open the screen even, that can be achieved through we02.
000 is the default client when XI server is installed .We can create separate clients on the system through sccl tcode.
As told we can find the client on sap logon screen.
Logon to sxmb_adm and check whether the client is declared as an application system(r/3) or Integration server(xi).Try idx5 in xi not r/3

How to check the whole values of a set of map exist in the vector of map?

I have a set of map; map<int, set<int>>myset;
and a vector of map; map<int,vector<int>>myvec;
myset contains;
1=>11 16 30
3=>2 11
6=>2
7=>9 12 16
8=>9 13 16
myvec contains;
1=>11 15 21
2=>16
3=>11 16
4=>2 13
5=>11 16 30
6=>9 5 10
First, the first value of myset(11 16 30) will be checked with all the values of myvec, if the whole value(11 16 30) available at certain value in the myset, then it gives the key of myvec. So, the output for the first value is 5.
Next, if you consider the value (2 11) in the myset, there are no matching values that contains whole 2 11 in the particular value in myvec. Therefore, what we do is, delete the last value of the current set, that is 11, and now consider 2 as
the value and find the matching value from myvec. That is (2 13) and the key is 4.
Like wise when we find the first possible match, then we print the key of myset immediately, there may be some other possible values available in the values of myset.
I have written two functions that check the particular whole values of the myset matched with a particular values in myvec.

You have neither a set of map nor a vector of map. You have two maps. Each contains keys of type int. The mapped values of one are of type set<int>. The mapped values of the other are of type vector<int>. If
you don't understand the types of the objects you are using, you will never be able to use them properly.
Help you solve what? Do the two functions you wrote perform as desired? If not, provide a complete description of how what they do differs from what you want.
Somewhere in code you have not shown, you need to call AreAllValuesInVec for a particular set and vector. If this function returns false and if the set contains more than one element, you need to delete the last element of the set and try again.
If the set contains only a single element, you need to perform some "failure" processing that you have not described. When the function returns true, you need to print the key of the map element which contains the vector. What are you

I want to know how to check for the Memory Usage of an XML Parser.
See, a product was developed completely in DOM parser and now I am replacing that thing with SAX Parser Completely, because the DOM parser was taking huge memory as u may have guessed.
BUt the thig is that, now I want to check how much memory is being taken by the SAX parser alone and DOM parser alone so that I can compare them.
Can anyone suggest me how to do that ???

I tried that, but in the API docs, it is mentioned that freeMemory()Returns the amount of free memory "in the system"
and totalMemory() Returns the total amount of memory in the "Java Virtual Machine".
So if I compare both the Values then would it give the Correct result to me ???? Beacuse the freeMemory() gives the data in terms of the Host System whereas totalMemory() provides the data in terms of Java Virtual Machine ..... are they Same ?????
I think I am clear in explaining what exactly is going on my mind ...

I want to check the total value of a field (this total is obtain by using property of that field thru personalization).
that means , in a table 3 columns are there (col 1, col2 & col3). I personalized the total property as true for col3.
now i'm getting the total for that field.
I want to check that total whether it crossed 100 or not.

You can achieve by using OATotalRowBean, search for OATotalRowBean in this forum you should be able to get some sample code.

If you need to access the table's column footer object for any reason, call the OATableBean's getColumnFooter() method. If row insertions are enabled, this method returns an OAAddTableRowBean; otherwise it returns an OATableRowBean.
