I dropped my iPod touch 4th generation on the tar and cracked the screen. I am unaware if you need your warranty information to get it repaired. This is the first time it has ever Borlaug in the time frame of the warranty. If I do need it how do I find it, I have been on the site for about two hours and it is not telling me how to.

I own an iPod Touch 4th generation, I have had it since August of 2012. It seems like I need to charge it everyday. I get around 12 hours of Standby and only 4 hours of Use. Is there anyway I can get my iPod to last 2 or 3 days? It used to last longer before I updated it to IOS 6.1.3.

I have a iPod Touch (4TH Genration). It was frozen for two days straight on the apple logo. I kept holding the two keys and tried to connect it to itunes and it wouldn't budge. On the third day I conected it to itunes, and it told me that it nedded to be restored and that my photos would be backed up. Now here I am with a funny acting ipod and NO photos!

i am trying to completely delete my tunein radio app so i can separate my accounts from android phone and ipod touch 4g. when i logout/ into my new account, it still keeps my presets from my previous account. i want to seperate my accounts because my brother can listen to texas rangers games on his iphone but i cannot listen on android because it is blocked by restrictions. any advice?

How do i enable my disabled ipod touch 4th generation? ...I had just downloaded my first app when someone stole it. I asked people who might know where its at and luckily a friend was able to get it back for me. only problem was, it was disabled already!

after all ive gone through with it in just a days time of actually being able to use, its stolen,but luckily I got it bac,\k, but then unlucky its disabled when i get it back. didnt have a computer i could downlaod itunes on and connect to my ipod via usb cable. Finally, my friend brings me her laptop computer and I download the app. yesss. then i connect ipod. nothing happened at first. still said ipod disabled connect to itunes on display. then after i exited out of the various windows i opened to get it to its current position. bam, out of no where it sends out a notification sound and its showing itunes logo with a usb cable beneath it arrow in midst of the two pointing to i tunes. wallah itunes shows ipod touch on left and displays downlaod process after i answered various questions to allow it to downlaod updates and restore my ipod. . i was excited and relieved needless to say... why am I here now though, with what seems to be the same problem. you see it downloads a part of the file then about 20 mins into it or less than 25% through, i hear a beep sound from my ipod again. no it wasn"t finished with download as i had eexpected it to say but instead it said itunes was unable to access my ipods files cause my ipod had a password protection on it and that i needed to enter that password on my ipod first in order for the itunes app be able to access it.!!! HELLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ANYBODY SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. How do I fix updates in iPod Touch 4th generation?

I know I cannot update my iPod Touch to iOS 7.
The App Store icon shows that there are three updates available, but when I go to the update page there are none shown. If I look at all updates I notice there are three apps in the list that show as needing an update. When I click on any of these apps I get a popup screen that tells me the update doesn't apply to version 6.1.3.
I'm fine with that, but I would like to see the updates not show up on the App Store icon if they cannot be installed in 6.1.3.
Is Apple trying to tell me I should retire my three-year-old iPod Touch?

That's because there is a bug in iOS 6.1.3 that puts the notification badge on the App Store icon when there is an update available even if that update is only compatible with iOS 7. Therefore, you don't see the app under Updates because it is not compatible with your iOS version, but the bug still causes the notification badge. If you leave it on the Updates page for a little while, the badge will go away. But it will reappear after a few hours
The only thing to do is to report it as a bug to Apple using http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipodtouch.html . Maybe if enough of us do this, they will fix it.

after a lot of trying and contacting the Apple support in the netherlands...... it is recognized by iTunes and iPod updater. it look like it works but it is not possible to disconnect the iPod. I'll tryed the hard way, and have the next problem; the display of my iPod sign up with the Apple-logo and map-attention, the hard disc is working and
it is not possible to reset the iPod. also read and tryed the the next issue

The SN will only idenify the iPod when it is found. Unless you had already set up the FindMyiPod feature, wifi is on and some other conditions are met, you look for it like any "dumb" device like a shoe.
