How to control and manage several microsoft accounts and have control

Windows 8 has brought many unique challenges, and very few IT people seem to be able to answer questions like this.
I am a mechanical engineer for a small company who wishes to install Windows server2012 on a new server with new laptops for each user, and some users are intended to have windows tablets in addition to having laptops.
We have written policy in place with regard to using office equipment only for business use, not personal, and that all information is confidential, and only free applications may be downloaded or else they will be paid for by the company for all
who require to use them, so there are no issues with regard to who owns what.
Please reply to the question below in simple language, I understand computers and software and how they work, but I am not an IT guy, and our company cannot afford to employ a permanent IT person, so I need to be able to ensure that certain controls
are in place and effected properly by the IT contractor we employ.
The company must at all times have control over and access to all data on laptops and the server, as it is all intellectual property of the company. How do we create Microsoft accounts that allow us to remain in control despite employees using their
mail address and personal pin numbers as an alias to operate ?

How, exactly, are you "animating"?
If you are exporting Layers to SWF Frames, the export dialog provides a field in which you can select a specific Layer to serve as a static image. See online Help.

How can I manage several itunes accounts on only one iPhone4S?

I don't want to get illegaly some applications from my friends or collegues itunes account.
In fact, my company decided to give me an iPhone4S for a professional usage and it is strongly recommended to not use my personal itunes account.
(I had already an iPhone 4 for personal usage)
So I created a new iTunes account, dedicated to professional usage. Now, I need to download on my professional iPhone business applications that I have bought with my personal itunes account.
I hope that it's a common problem with iPhone in the enterprise and that somebody has found the solution...

This is a good opportunity to have a User Account for each of your family members. And each User Account can login iTunes with their desired Apple ID.
You can set this up from the Apple Logo > System Preferences > Users & Groups.

you're not alone. my ical dock was also buggy. when it was closed it displayed the date that was one earlier than the current date in the menu bar. and when i opened, ical, it displayed the current date. i removed the icon and then replaced it like you did and it fixed the bug (that was really annoying me).
i had a clean install of Leopard, don't know if you did upgrade or clean install.

In your view, you have to add the UI element TabStrip. You will have an empty tab strip then. Right click on the tab strip, and add a 'Tab'. Continue in this manner to add as many tabs as you want. Each tab will have a header, specify the tab title in that.
Now go to each tab, right click and insert element. You could insert any element like a table, Input fields etc. Event handling has to be done separately for these elements. At the tabstrip level, you need to handle only the onTabSelect event. This is the event triggered when you change tab selection in the tabstirp. In the properties of the tab strip, there will be a field selectedTab. Specify the ID of the tab which you want as selected. This will be your initial selection.
You can also enable and disable tabs, say grey out tabs that have no data etc. All this can be done by context attribute binding.
You can also refer to the view by name TABSTRIP in the component WDR_TEST_EVENTS.

Have you already tried to completely delete your iCloud account on your iPhone and then to add it back again by using your new email address.

Managing Microsoft Accounts in a Small Business

Windows 8.1 pcs and tablets suggest that users "sign in with your Microsoft Account". This is so their settings can sync between devices.
How do I centrally manage and administer these Microsoft Accounts? with Windows Intune? is there another way?

There is no central management for Microsoft Accounts. It would be nice if there was. However, they're supposed to be semi-personal.

How do I transfer files from one account to another?

I did a PC to Mac migration and that was transferred successfully. Now, though, I want to transfer the files brought over from my PC (that are now on another account on my Mac) to my main account. I searched for a solution and found that I should be able to do it through my shared folder, but my other account is not showing up in my shared folder so I'm not sure how to go about this. Thanks

Any account should have access to the Shared folder:
It's outside of any user's home directory and should be accessible from any account. If you're having problems, call back...

Those settings shouldn't be changed, if the account is not a new one, after all, if the user has different settings in old accounts, it means there must be a reason to do it (because of hardware and/or furniture restriction).

Just have bought an ipad2 and i would like to manage several IDs on my computer (i.e keep my iPhone ID and create another one for the ipad to manage apps for my iPhone (4) and the apps for the iPad).
How can I resetup the iPad to create that new ID on itunes?

If you have separate iTunes accounts for the two devices then you'll need to buy 2 copies of any app that you want on both device - you can't copy or move apps from one account to another (they are tied to the account that bought/downloaded them). If you want to reset the iPad then logout of the account on it (Settings > Store and tap the id on the right-hand side) and then Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings will reset it back to factory defaults.

Purchases using one Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID. Purchases are forever tied to that Apple ID used. You have to decide which Apple you want to use for purchases and stick to that Apple ID so that you can share: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID : > use the same Apple ID here to share purchases.
