How to count the number of calls that traversed the DB lookup node successfully

Hi All,
I need to obtain the number of calls that successfully traversed the DB  lookup node.
Can you please let me know, what is the variable I need to add after the DB lookup node to capture the number of succesful calls.
Kindly help.

Hi Nirmala,
I hope you are looking for how many calls passed the DBLookupnode in script.
In DBLookup node you have a Right Branch and Wrong Branch.
1) After the right branch, set an unused peripheral variable and store the Value "Success"
2) For the wrong branch, set the same variable with the Value "Failure".
You can execute a query against the HDS and have the numbers.
Else you can setup a CallType as well before and after the node.

Senthil

  • HT201318 If you increase your iCloud storage capacity can you increase the number of songs that exceed the 25,000 limit on the iMatch. If it does not apply specifically how can I increase this rather constrained limit?

The whole business of cloud storage is unclear to me. They say that you have 5G of memory free upgrade to 15 for twenty-five dollars and that this is unrelated to music and video memory. I get this, but I have purchased iCloud Match for $25 but I've quickly maxed out the 25,000 song limit. How can I increase this limit. It is at this point I am unclear about the $25 for 15G additional storage... can this be used to increase iTunes/iCloudmusic storage to increase the music Storage? One would think that apple would make these distinctions clearer. Can anyone carify? Thanks!

iTunes Match does not use your iCloud account.  Your annual Match subscribtion pays for separate storage to host your iTunes library.  As far as I know, you can't increase the 25,000 song limit.
If you recently purchased the storage upgrade for this purpose, in the U.S. you could call 1-800-MYAPPLE for a refund if you don't need it.

  • Report on 'the number of calls' on an IVR Option menu

    Dear NetPro gurus,
My customer has an IVR on UCCX which works fine.  However, they have recently add in an 'Option 6' where when PSTN caller press on it, it will redirect the call out to an 1800 number onto the PSTN.
The call connects perfectly fine.  What my customer wants is to have a report on how many PSTN caller press on this newly created Option 6 of the IVR.
For all the other 5 IVR options, they all have an individual CSQ assigned to them and there is a 'Set Enterprise Call Info' step to send the 'options selected' to UCCX.
However, for this Option 6, since there is no CSQ (because the call gets redirect to a PSTN number), is there any way i can script it so that it can be tally and identified by Cisco Historical Reports too?
I have spent a lot of time on this already so would appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this.
    Cheers,
    Hunt

    Hi Hunt
There are quite a few posts on the subject on the forums.
Basically you can do one of these things:
    1) Run an 'application summary' report - typically the count of 'flow out' calls will be the  number of calls sent to your 1800 number, if this is the only non-CSQ destination that your script sends calls to (e.g. if there are no other external numbers, voicemail, or internal DNs that you send the calls to other than via a CSQ).
    2) Run a 'custom call variables' report and then count up the number of rows that have the info that you set on 'set enterprise call info' when the call was routed externally
    3) If those aren't good enough, then you can produce a custom report to show the data in the format the customer wants. This would require some good SQL and Crystal skills...

  • Adding caller with name and number from call list to the contact list only inserts the number and not the name

I recently bought a BlackBerry Z10 and moved my cell service to Rogers to take advantage of the name display service offered by Rogers (Fido also offers this service).
Due to the number of calls that I receive from first time clients, I wanted the name display service to help me know who was calling. Evidently it is impossible to add clients to my contact list before they call me so I'm constantly seeing numbers that have no name to help me decide if I want to answer the call.
When I try to add a caller from my call list to my contact list, only the number gets inserted in the new contact. The name needs to be entered manually.
I understand and realize that not all call display formats are the same and that it's virtually impossible to parse the first and last names from the name portion of the caller id.
However, I would like to see BlackBerry add the functionality to insert the name portion of the call entry from the caller list to a "Nickname" entry in the contact list just like it adds the number to a "Home", "Mobile", or "Work" entry in the contact list.
If a user doesn't have a name display service, there would be no change to how their contacts are added because there is no name variable to copy over.
Can someone from BlackBerry please let me know if this feature can be added to BB10 and when it can be added? For me it's an obvious feature that should just work.
I am really enjoying my Z10 but I'm feeling let down that something so logical and helpful is not supported out of the box.
    Regards,
    Marc

    Hey ViciousFerret,
It appears that you are not aware of the fact that both Rogers and Fido offer name AND number display service (although the name display feature is an add-on service) and have been offering it for many years (since 2006). Here is a link to the name display service description of each provider...
    http://www.fido.ca/web/content/manageyourcalls/calldisplay&lang=en
    http://www.rogers.com/business/on/en/smallbusiness/products/wireless/addons/valuepacks/
As you can see from the link below, Rogers and Fido have been offering this service since 2006.
    http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20060914005951/en/Teams-HP-Rogers-Wireless-Fido-Succeed-North
My BlackBerry Z10 shows both the name and number when someone calls (and the caller is not in my contact list).
All I would like is for the Z10 (and Q10) to support the addition of the name and number from the caller list to my contact list without me having to type the name. As I mentioned in my original post, to avoid the OS having to parse the first name and last name from the name portion of the caller list entry the name could simply be added to the contact list as a "Nickname". If your provider only has number display, nothing would have to be copied from the name variable in the caller list to the contact list.
I find it difficult to believe that BlackBerry would not be aware of this name display service since it's been around since 2006 with both Rogers and Fido.
I hope I have clarified the reasons why I would like to have this feature added to BB10 and how it's surprising that this simple feature is not already a part of the BB10 OS.
Either way, I don't think this is a difficult feature for the BlackBerry team to add. They're just copying a 2nd variable from the caller list to the contact list.
I'm surprised that Rogers hasn't asked BlackBerry to add this feature to their phones. I think it would be a popular feature for those who receive a high number of calls from first time callers.
How can I get this feature request to BlackBerry for their consideration?
    Cheers,
    Marc

  • How do I count the number of records returned in the CMIS query

How do I count the number of records returned in the query CMIS?
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ora:t:IDC:GlobalProfile WHERE ora:p:xRegionDefinition = \'RD_PROJETOS_EXCLUSIVOS\''}
    Euler Homero

    Hi Euler,
interestingly enough, the reference guide for CMIS ( http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/CMIS_Query_Language ) that I found does not mention the COUNT function at all. On the other hand it states that: "The SELECT clause identifies which virtual columns to return in the result set. It can be either a comma-separated list of one or more queryNames of properties that are defined by queryable object types or * for all virtual columns."
There are, however, some other posts like e.g. http://alfrescoshare.wordpress.com/2010/01/20/count-the-total-number-of-documents-in-alfresco-using-sql/ which state that they could make it working.
Having asked in the WebCenter Portal forum, I assume that your content repository is WebCenter Content. The CMIS doc for the Content is available here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/doc.1111/e15813.pdf (no COUNT there either). It does, however, mention explicitly that "CMIS queries return a Result Set where each Entry object will contain only the properties that were specified in the query.". This means your could rather investigate the Result Set. Note that there are also other means than CMIS how to get the requested result set (e.g. calling a search service directly via so-called RIDC).
In the given context I am also interested what your use case is. OOTB CMIS in WebCenter Portal is used, for instance, in Content Presenter, where it is content rather than "parameters" what's displayed.

  • How to calculate the number of events that happened per clock hour.

My example case has a list of patients that were discharged from a hospital yesterday.  The patients are in a field caled "Account number".
The field "Discharge Date" lets me select the date.  The field "Discharge TIme" shows me the time each patient was discharged.
Example:  0715, 0830,1005, 1010, 1025, 1435, etc.   I need to run the report to know how many patients were discharged per each clock hour.  How many were discharged from 0000 to 0100, 0100 - 0200, 0200 - 0300, etc.
    Acct #     Disch Time
    P12121     0715
    P23233     0731
    P34343     0812
    P32333     1015
From research I am assuming I need to capture just the first two numbers that represent the hour and discard the minutes.
I would like to see the results in a similar format to this.
    Hour     #of Patients
    07-08     2
    08-09     1
    09-10     1
    22-23     x
    23-00     x

    Jamie,
I attemped to create the formula and got an error message.
Also, Please explain in a little more detail how I do the following:
"create a group on this new field, you can then right click on your patient field and choose Insert Summary > Count and add this to the group level.

  • Counting Number of calls Occurring at the same time (Concurrent)

    Hi All,
Thanks for the help in advance.  I have a T-SQL problem I’m not sure how to solve.  I have a table which holds calls.  The table gives a start time and a booked duration time which I can use to create a booked end time.
I would like to count the number of concurrent number of calls in 15 minute periods for a specific date range.  In other words – I could like to count the number of calls which are scheduled to occur at the same 15 minute time periods.
To obtain the 15 minute periods I can join to a table we have specifically for this (a time look up table) so I the Call Start and Call End to the nearest 15 min slot.
The base data looks like this (CallID is unique):
I would like the results set to give a list of 15 min time periods (in DATETIME) with a count of Calls occurring in the time period.
    Here's a mockup in Excel:
Can anyone give a good solution.  I suspect a CTE would be used – but I’m not sure how.
    Many Thanks,
    UnoT

    Try this on:
DECLARE @CallsSample TABLE (CallID bigint NOT NULL, call_datetime smalldatetime NOT NULL, booked_duration int NOT NULL, BookedCallEnd smalldatetime NULL, Start_Qtr_Hr_15_Min time(7) NOT NULL, End_Qtr_Hr_15_Min time(7) NOT NULL)

  • How to limit the number of items that a list control can hold?

    Hi,
I am using a Flex3 List control for one of my projects.
I add drag & drop functionality to it, so that i can drag & drop elements from one control to another.
How to limit the number of items that a list control can hold / can be dropped in a list control ?
    - Sen.

    1. Listen for the dragdrop event on the control you are dragging onto.
    2. check the length of the items in the dataprovider - if it exceeds your maximum override the default drop action with e.preventDefault(); (assuming you used e for the event on the handler).
    Regards,
    Mark.

How do I limit the number of emails that show in my active mailbox?  There was a way in Settings on ios 6, but i can't find it in ios 7.

You need to delete your current hotmail account set up on your iphone.
Once this has done click 'Add Account' and select the new 'outlook.com' tab.
Set up your hotmail account again from scratch and this will then allow you to select how many weeks/months of emails you sync to your phone.
Im not sure if anyone else had a similar problem to me prior to iOS 7, but if i deleted an email from my hotmail account on my iphone - it wouldnt sync with my actual hotmail account. So when i logged in online all the emails I had deleted on my phone would still be showing as unread.
But by setting the account up as above, they now sync perfectly.
    Well for me anyway

Since I want to set more row can be displayed, but choice no any method can set. Best Regards,

How do I delete excess email messages from my iPhone.  There are 300 messages listed, and every time I delete some, more are added from old messages.  How do I limit the number of messages that can appear on my phone?  How can I delete messages in bulk,

    You can't.
All photos transferred from your computer are stored in the Photo Library. The photos in the album or albums below are not duplicates - they include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library. This way you can view the photos in a particular album only by selecting the album, or you can view all photos available in all albums by selecting Photo Library.
Just as with an iTunes playlist. A song cannot be in an iTunes playlist unless the song is in the main iTunes library. Placing a song in a playlist does not duplicate the song. Remove the main iTunes library or the songs from the main iTunes library that are in a playlist and the songs will no longer be in the playlist either. This way you can listen to the songs in the playlist only by selecting the playlist, or all songs in your entire iTunes library by selecting Music under Library in the iTunes source list.
The same with iPhoto on a Mac. A photo cannot be in an in iPhoto Event or Album unless the photo is in the main iPhoto library. Placing a photo in an Event or Album does not duplicate the photo. This way you can view the photos in an iPhoto Event or Album only by selecting the Event or Album, or all photos in all Events or Albums.
