I deauthroized all 5 computers 8 months ago. And over the course of those months, i have been on many computers at work and authorized my computers. However, i have relocated and can no longer deauthorize those computers.
I need help.

In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."

5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.

Your library will only be where you put it. it does not magically appear anywhere.
It has alwasy been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything on the new computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some counties:

FYI, many carriers can not unlock an iPhone if it is not active on their network. They probably don't recognize the IMEI because it's not registered to an account that's active on their network.

Trying to figure out how to enter time for resources that dont have access to PWA

I am fairly new to Project Online and have configured most of my server settings. I have created a project and set the enterprise resources then published the project to PWA. Once there the users with Project lite and project managers can see the
tasks that have been assigned to them and there time sheets also display the tasks. I can't seem to figure a way to enter time in for all the other resources that do not have some sort of subscription. Most of these resources are labor positions and do not
have access to a computer to input their time. This would need to be done daily by the shop supervisor. I didn't know if this was possible or if I would manually need to enter the that data for those resources in the actual work section in project manager.

Unfortunately, Timesheets are limited to 'users' who have a subscription, even for the Shop Supervisor to act as their delegate. So in this case, updating the project schedule directly could be the only option (or using a third-party app, may be).
If you are using only the tasks functionality, then you could set the Shop Supervisor as the default assignment owner to these resources and have the shop supervisor update it in PWA.

The only way is to do a deauthorize all, then re-authorize the devices you want to have access to your content. Remember, you can only do 1 deauthorize all per year though.

If you log into your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes then on your account's screen (under the 'Apple ID Summary' heading) there should be a 'Computer Authorisations' line with a 'Deauthorise All' button to the right of it - you can only 'deauthorise all' once every 12 months.

To my knowledge you can't; there are occasionally issues that arise that require plugging the devices into a computer to have iTunes resolve the problem.
Can you use a friend's computer (I recommend creating a new user account to do this just to prevent possible issues with their existing iTunes account, doesn't seem to be as much of a problem recenlty as it once was, but it's always better to avoid the possibility).
You might also find an Apple Store with someone there who is willing to help, or library/school with computers you can access for free in order to fix whatever is going on with the iPad.

Thanks for the help, but i've actually done that before.
It does not help, because it only shows the photos on the camera roll and do not show the photos synchronized with that pc that i dont have access anymore.
The photos/albums all appear on the ipad, i can see it without problems but i cant get them out of the ipad to save onto pc for backup.
And i reaaly need it, as it is the only place that i actually have these photos now...

You need to use the Deauthorize All function. Remote individual deauthorization of a crashed computer isn't possible, and remote deauthorization of a working computer requires VNC access to it.
