How to declare variable in solution file for use in project files.

Hi Folks,
Apologies if this is not the right place to ask, but I would like to declare a variable in my solution file that can used by all of the projects (prof files) in that solution.
More specifically in the project files, references are stored using relative paths which cause issues if they don't exist. I would like to replace the relative paths with a variable set in the solution file that can easily be changed when the solution is
built in a different location.
So I would like to replace "../../../SomeProject" with "$(SomeLocation)/SomeProject" but set the $(SomeLocation) in the solution file.

And the Global Interface in the solution file is actually used for Visual Stuido add-ins. To know details, please read the following MSDN article:

Here you can find "If the Globals object is associated with the
Solution2 object, then the value persists in the .sln file. These values are persisted when the solution file is saved."

It's about the solution interface.
As you can see although they may save something to your solution file, it is not intended for you to use it in your project.
What's your projec type and can you alter to use some common ways?
For example:
1. If it is in project level, set your value public so that all classes can access the value.
2. Or you can choose to create a xml/text file or any file that you can read by code, and then read the value out from that file.
It will be much better than thinking about set value in the solution file.

U need to make a parameter in your Callback, parameters are seen outside of sequences, then in PreUUT u will make statement to update parameter, or use the parameter in your callback directly

I have the latest adobe creative cloud and i'm using Mac 10.8.2
My client gave me a wmv file that she wants some people blurred out in the background but when I go to import the media, it's greyed out. I'm assuming that After Effects will be the best solution for this, but maybe there is another way.
I can purchase a video converter and convert it to .mov but that costs extra money that I don't want to spend just to do this one project.

Since the upgrade to version 9.0.1 of Firefox, the Bookmarks feature changes are confusing me. They seem to be confusing themselves as well. The list of bookmarks has changed. The font size is so small that my aging eyes cannot read it without fogging the screen with my breath. Some folders are out of alphabetical order (where I know they were previously good), and some are missing altogether (folders to which I frequently add references).
As for missing or deranged files or folders, was there something that I should have done or now need to do to recover those after the upgrade (or before)?
With regard to font size,
1. there is no “Edit Bookmarks” or like option to edit the list in this version
2. the “zoom” option in the “view” list of functions is greyed out when in “Show All Bookmarks” window
3. expanding the browser window has no effect on font size
4. “Preferences” settings for font size has no effect in that window either, including advanced settings
5. “Help” offers none that I can find.
Can any of you Help?!?

hi all,
how can i create a .jar file for my BPEL project, i am trying to deploy the project but getting an error :
"Error: [Error ORABPEL-10902]: compilation failed [Description]: in "C:\OraBPELPM\integration\jdev\jdev\mywork\Workspace_BPELDemo\BPEL_Report\BPEL_Report.bpel", XML parsing failed because "". [Potential fix]: n/a. "
and when doubel cliking on this error Jdev take me to the beginning of the ".bpel" file.
I 'm really stuck in here i am not able to deploy the process!

Handbrake, MPEG Streamclip and Evon all replace the original timecode with the date of modification. This is very frustrating when you are trying to keep the chronology right. I know that if you upload the files to iMovie from one device the chronology isn't a problem, but I'm adding video files from a couple of iPhones and a couple of camcorders. any help much appeciated.

Did you open Automator and just look around?
Actions are listed in the left pane.
You drag them into the workflow on the right in the order you need to process the items that you want.
If this is a on-off requirement, just make a Workflow. If you plan to use it often, make it an Application.
If you want to select the contacts you want to export, use a get Selected action. You'd then select the contacts in Contacts App before running the workflow.
I'm not on a Mac to take screenshots, so you'll have to look at Automator's help or google for more info.

Is there an actual solution to "Unable to open project file"

This has happened to me so many times that it isn't funny. So many people have asked why their final cut project files are unable to open. I have tried all the suggestions such as deleting preferences, repair permissions, saving files often and separate project files with different versions, but there always seems to be one that doesn't open and usually several versions before that as well as the autosave files.
Basically I need to save all the time and check every few minutes to see if I am not losing anything, which is very annoying. Why does this happen? It doesn't happen in iMovie. It is very frustrating. Is there an actual solution or just work arounds? Is Apple aware of this problem? Can they do something about it?

Thanks for the reply. So how should my system setup be? I have searched tons of forums. Some say that FCE doesn't like transparent images and I have used transparent images, but that is one of the things it is supposed to do in order to create certain effects. Many forums say that the file gets corrupted and so should save often and save seperate project files such as version 1, 2, 3 and so forth, which I have done, but why do the files get corrupted? If the render files are the problem, how do I know and how do I solve the problem. Like I said I have searched this forum and many others and they all say the same thing, but I still don't know why it keeps happening and what the real solution is.

You can do this by doing the exact same like you did with the if_wd_context_node.
1. Define attribute in Comp Controller and set it PUBLIC.
2. Access the attribute over the reference of the comp controller, i.e. wd_this within the comp controller itself or wd_comp_controller within somewhere else in the component.
So if you have, lets say, this defined as attribute in your comp controller:
Z_MY_TABLE_REF [X] TYPE REF TO [X] PUBLIC CL_WD_TABLE.
And then you want to catch the reference into a local variable within a method or the like within a view:
DATA: lo_my_table_ref TYPE REF TO CL_WD_TABLE.
lo_my_table_ref = wd_comp_controller->z_my_table_ref.

Currently in fusion we are generating a pdf file using given Rtf template and dataModal source through Ess BIPJobType.xml .
This is generating pdf successfully.
As per requirement from Oracle GSI team, they need index xml file of corresponding generated pdf file for their own business scenario.

I have created a New EJB Project for my proxy development. This is the usual way I develop proxies for any given service interface created in ESR. Now i am not sure how to create a dependency with the BRMS facade. If i find the jars i can add it as an external library when compiling.
Can you explain a bit more about what you ment by "developing the java proxy in a development component", how did you accomplish this when creating a proxy for a service interface?
