When you reset your password then Apple will e-mail you (e-mail account associated with iTunes) a new password.
The iTunes GC was activated on your Apple ID so you can only see what the balance is as well as redeem the amount only with your Apple ID on your iTunes account using a computer, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch.

What do you mean delete from iTunes? You can't do that on an iPad. You can delete apps in iTunes on a computer. If you want to delete an app on the iPad, tap and hold down on the icon until the icon wiggles, then tap the X appears on the icon to delete the app. Tap the home button when finished.

I have a remaning balance from a gift card and every time I try to buy something from my Mac they asked me to verify the billing information, and this started since I bought the iphone 5S.
Since I created an US Apple account (in 2011) I have always bought gift cards as I don't have any credit card issued in th US. And I was allowed to create the account with other country credit card information at the time, I only was not allowed to buy/rent.
So I need NOT to be verified to use my remaining balance...

How to purchase songs with a iTunes gift card balance added to your account

I have redeemed an iTunes gift card to my iTunes account. I now have a balance of $25.00. When trying to purchase some songs to add to my iPod Shuffle, I do NOT find a dropdown box for either PURCHASE or BUY. I can add the songs to my Wish List, send a link, gift a song, etc - but NO Purchase / buy option. If I try to gift songs to myself, it will ask for a Billing Account. Why must a Billing Account be added if I already have a balance of $25.00 to use.
I have pulled a iPod Shuffle manual and it only tells me to Buy - if no option o Buy is available, just how do you do it?? This is EXTREMELY frustrating!!
If anyone has an idea just how to accomplish this, please send instructions (since the manual on line does not spell it out). Frankly I am disappointed in even purchasing the iPod Schuffle if I cannot even use the iTunes gift card I purchased.

Hello, Maybe you could go to iTunes and delete or move those files from there. Open up iTunes-------->In the top right corner go to Ipad------->once you are there, in the top part, you will find were it says Summary/Apps/Tones/Music/etc...on there click on Movies or Tv Shows, not sure where you have those videos. Once you are there you will see Little boxes right by the Movie name, those boxes have a check on them...which means they are synced on your Ipad. If you don't want them anymore click those boxes so the check disapears. If you don't want any of those files just in the Top tittle were it says: Sync Tv Shows, if there is a Check on the box...click the box so the Check dissapears and now click "Sync" at the bottom, and booom all the series have dissapeared from your Ipad I hope this helped and if you have any other questions please don't be shy to ask....

I think this might have been answered before, but this is what I know.
One way I'm aware of to clear artwork is to do a properties of any album you want to clear the artwork from, go to artwork, select the artwork and delete it.
Iirc, iTunes holds the artwork in it's database and not physically with the audio file. I normally use "Mp3tag" to add my artwork to albums so the artwork is embedded in the audio files, I tend to steer clear of adding artwork in iTunes itself. Just be weary when adding images to the audio files themselves: The audio files will increase in size of the image itself, I think that's why iTunes doesn't physically add it to the files.

I had an Ipad from where I work, but I had to set up my own itunes account for it. I purchased an Ipad 2 and want/need to return the one I have from work. I have been able to delete all info from the device. I can't delete the account from itunes though. It doesn't have a device listed for it. Did it wipe it out when I deleted the info on the device or am I missing something.
